From start to finish our stay was absolutely lovely! The inside decor is so tasteful and stylish, it’s very easy to tell a lot of hard work and love has been poured into the place. The scenery is so beautiful, tranquil and just simply peaceful, the perfect place if you want a romantic getaway.We want to say a special thank you to Ruud, who kept in contact with us from the moment we booked to the minute we left. He helped us with travelling to the cottage, and advised us on the best route. He greeted us, with a huge smile, a handshake and took us on a detailed tour of the cottage, taking time to carefully explain how the different machines worked and how to use the heating etc. When we did bump into him in the garden, which is a beautiful extra, with a nice pond and lovely seating, he was so warm and funny, making us feel right at home. The best stay we’ve had in Amsterdam, and definitely would return x

An idyllically located house with fantastic lake views – perfect for our city trip to Amsterdam, The Hague and Rotterdam. The location is ideal (almost in the middle of the three cities), communication with Jorrit reliable, friendly, fast - and self-check-in went smoothly. Highly recommended for a city trip!

Lovely place. Super easy check in!

Nice house in nice area. Maja was very friendly and house offered anything we needed for staying 4 days. Walls was thin so everything could be heard at neighbours and other rooms. But all in all nice place to visit amsterdam, good public transport to the city center. 5/5 would visit again.

We were with 5 people at the beginning of July 2023 in Groet near Jantien and have filled up very well. For about 15 years, we have been vacationing at irregular intervals in the area of Bergen and now know a large number of accommodations. This house has all the previous tops and from our point of view represents exactly the casual, Dutch holiday style with a large kitchen, beautiful bathroom, 3 bedrooms, large garden, parking and proximity to the supermarket and bakery. We will come again this year, but will not mention this tip ........😉 Hans

This is a beautiful house in a perfect location close to the dunes and beaches of Noordwijk and Noordwijkerhout. Great location for cycling and walking with nice cafes and restaurants nearby. The house makes you feel right at home and is beautifully decorated. Bink is a responsive and friendly host. We would definitely love to stay here for our next trip to the area!

Great stay, can recommend

We spent an amazing 4 days in the apartment celebrating my mother’s 80th birthday. Everyone loved the apartment, the views are to die for, great amenities, high quality furniture and plenty of spaces to sit and relax, even in winter. Would love to come back!

The three of us stayed here before a sports event. It was all as described. Well furnished, well maintained, clean. We were very pleased!

We loved the 4 day stay. Close to Amsterdam, private parking, private garden. Very cozy with an oven. Super great shower. The bedding smelled very nice (freshly washed). I personally enjoyed the towels very much ( thick and soft). The decoration is just like that. Will recommend the cute house. Best regards from Germany,

It was a cozy, warm and comfortable accommodation. It is located in a very peaceful hill with a nice view of the see. Especially it takes only 10 min by slow walk to the Ijmuiden beach, everyday, we could see and walk at the wide beach. There are always several people to walk or jog with dogs, families, and friends. They are also very kind to greet each other with a smile. It was also very comfortable to go to supermarket, or other netherland cities. Most of all, the host, Julie is very wonderfully kind. She replied to my question very quickly even at Christmas days. Thanks a lot. I would like to stay here later again in Summer (good weather).

Beautiful apartment, fantastic host, and even better location

We were very satisfied with our stay at Nanda’s place. Nanda and her husband have created an incredibly beautiful and welcoming home in Utrecht. Staying in their house truly feels like being at home. One of the highlights was their amazing collection of vinyl records, which we thoroughly enjoyed. I can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation – everything was perfect. The location offers excellent access to the city center, and the communication with Nanda was seamless and friendly. It was an outstanding experience overall!

i really enjoyed my stay at margot’s place, it was within walking distance of zaandam station so i could easily get to amsterdam centraal, and it was a quiet area. a warm, cosy place to stay in winter! margot was extremely helpful and communicated everything that i needed, couldn’t recommend this place more!!

Marcel is a very nice host, super reactive, and this house is a nice alternative to downtown accommodations in Amsterdam (or Harlem) if you're visiting the area.

Great, cozy place to stay in if you want something close to Amsterdam, but nice and quiet. Great to be on the water, supermarket/shops in a nice picturesque town 5 mins from the house and you’ll drive into Amsterdam in 10 mins. Host super responsive and smooth and flexible checkin and checkout. Recommend!

Super schöne Villa!

Indeed an amazing house with good quality beds, bathrooms, super well equipped kitchen. The house is very large but feels very cosy and comfortable. Anything you need can be found in the house from coffee, milk frother and different kinds of milk to showergel, handcream etc Beds were supercomfortable with Beddinghouse linen, all rooms set up in different colors. With 8 bedrooms this was great for a weekend away with friends with all of us having our own room. The neighborhood is lovely with all the nature and water around.

Amazing location and venue!!!

We had an enjoyable stay in Dinand's beautiful home. It was even nicer than we expected from the photographs. A great place to stay for a group and very friendly responsive host. The sauna was very welcomed after we ran the Amsterdam Marathon. Haarlem is beautiful and very easy to access the beach by bike, lots of restaurants etc near by.

My family of 5 had a wonderful time at this home! It was beautiful, clean, relaxing and extremely convenient to get around town via bus/metro. We walked every morning around town because the town is extremely charming with several restaurants and a market 2 blocks away. I made breakfast every morning in the beautiful kitchen which had everything one would need. The host was so incredibly amazing, he tracked my flight and knew I would be arriving hours before I told him I would be so he was waiting for us which was amazing after a long flight. He was so sweet, courteous and caring. We were greeted with a warm welcome and many, many treats for us in the refrigerator. From eggs, milk, selection of fresh breads, sweets, fruit, wine, a delicious pear juice, selection of deli meats, butter, and many more items. The warmest welcome we’ve ever received. As if that’s not enough, the AC worked great! The pics don’t do it justice. This is a must stay! Thank you so much for everything!!
