Beach house vacation rentals in Block Island

A great setting for a large family gathering. Lots for everyone in the family to do from the kids to the grandparents. The kids especially loved the puppets and playing hide and seek in the house. Tony was flexible with check in as our flight arrived earlier than originally expected. Would highly recommend 😊

Great location. House was immaculate! Very well kept. There are a lot of rules but that is how you keep a nice home and an enjoyable stay!

A happy annual reunion weekend with friends. This was a great spot that was comfortable and clean and had all the conveniences we needed. We even got so lucky with the weather to be able to use the deck looking out onto the water. Good times.

Joseph was a wonderful host . Very responsive and friendly, helpful. The house was in a very quiet neighborhood overlooking the water with a beautiful reflection of the sunrise and a beautiful sunset. Small private beach . Nice coffee and cheese shop two miles away with a few fabulous shops. We were there to relax and that's exactly what we did !! Thank you Joseph

This is a lovely home, on Clark's Cove peninsula, in "The Whaling City"! All amenities are included, & it's just steps away from the beach & historic Hazelwood Park! Also, the deck faces west, so there are magnificent sunsets every evening! We really enjoyed our stay here, & we're spreading the word amongst family & friends!

A fantastic beach house in a wonderful, quiet location, just a twenty-minute walk from all the town’s amenities and restaurants. The house itself offered substantial accommodation across both floors and was exactly as the owner described. Our only small recommendation would be for the owner to provide some blankets around the house. During our stay, the outside temperature dropped as low as 35°F, and although the house has heating, the open-plan living area could get a little chilly. Other than that, we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend this property to any family looking to stay in Niantic.

We stay at Patti's place twice a year for a time of reflection. The location is peaceful and restful, right on the water. Patti always has a plate of cookies waiting for us and lets us know about any changes. We had a cold, wet first day, so were particularly delighted to be able to use the new gas fireplace, which kept everything warm and cozy. We're booked in for late fall already!

Beautiful home! This was our first time staying in a house instead of a hotel and we were not disappointed! House is clean and comes with everything you could possibly need! Brenda is so nice! Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, close to everything you need. They hosts answered quickly and the house was clean. The upstairs movie room was a huge hit for the kids. Even had its own bathroom. Gym in the garage was a bonus! Thank you for everything!

Beautiful home- everything appeared brand new and in excellent condition. Courtney was great to communicate with- and kind enough to let us check in a little bit early since the place was open. We are definitely hoping to come back again!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and hope to return. It is perfect for our family of ten. Six adults and four children. There is something for everyone. There are outdoor activities and indoor activities. The children's books were upgraded this year and a big hit. The pool is delightful and Tyson was proactive in making sure the temperature was right. The house is clean. It has everything you need with no added clutter. Anne was generous in allowing us to stay a bit later when checking out and we appreciated it.

My group of 4 loved this house in EH Springs. We were out east for a long weekend for a wedding, 4 adults. The pool is huge, the backyard had plenty of room to spread out, and there were plenty of supplies for outside (cushions, towels, etc). The bedrooms were comfortable and spotless, as were the bathrooms and kitchen. Dariusz and Patricia left us a really nice welcome gift (wine, snacks, a cake!) and a handwritten card. We felt very welcome - every detail was thought of - the house was fully stocked with coffee, condiments, lots to get us started when we arrived. We agree with other reviewers - while the pictures here are accurate, they don't do the house justice!! I really hope to come back :)

Maher’s house was an amazing peaceful experience. I enjoyed my time there and he had great recommendations to restaurants and activities! He was very responsive with all questions we had. I will totally stay here in the future if I can get the chance again!! Thank you Maher!!

We had a group of 8 adults and 7 kids (5 and under) and the space was great for a large group! There was plenty of room for the kids to run around downstairs and the large yard was fantastic. We were there in the winter so couldn’t take advantage of the pool but we did make a trip to the local beach (5 min drive) and use the fire pit. I definitely recommend Gregory’s place for both larger groups and families! We would love to return!

This is a wonderful house. Very clean. Interior space is well laid out and was more than ample for our family of six adults and five children. The large living area comprising the first floor with access to pool, pool deck and hot tub allowed for a perfect balance of togetherness and separation. It is nicely furnished. Great pool, deck area and hot tub. Beautiful views overlooking Fort Pond Bay. The approach road is a little bumpy, but it will in no way prevent us from looking to rent this house again.

Dear Crystal, Thank You for hosting my family's Mystic Aquarium, leisurely shopping, and fresh seafood dining trip. Some family arrived from Albany, NY, Medway, MA and New Canaan, CT. Great New England meeting spot for us all. Your house met all our needs and helped to increase the great memories we took home with us. Heading to the beach couldn't be easier from your place. Would love to return for a summer beach stay. Thanks again Crystal for providing a clean, welcoming, and comfortable Beach House.

Meg's place felt relaxing and spacious. It is a short walk to a private beach, which we enjoyed even though it's winter. You can see the lighthouse in the distance from the main bedroom upstairs. The beds all have memory foam mattresses so if you like that, it's good to know. I'm not a fan of memory foam but that's a personal preference and nothing against the home at all. The house felt like it had been taken care of and maintained well, with some apparently recent updates to paint and such. We did find the place to be a little dusty, especially the floors, and my husband and I were a bit sneezy due to the dust and/or pet dander present in the home. Easy to find, easy entrance (keypad on door). In a nice quiet area of Point Judith but an easy drive to Narragansett. We recommend On Point pizza for amazing slices (4 minutes' drive from Meg's place), and Celeste for a more upscale dining experience (10 minutes' drive).

My family had a wonderful time at Robert’s home. The house was clean and cozy and the view of the water was peaceful. He was super communicative and friendly and check in/out was a breeze. The house is in a great area and super close to East Hampton, Amagansett, and Montauk. Highly recommend!

Karen and Rob were so helpful and friendly, from initial outreach, to check in instructions and local recommendations. The house was easy to find, easy to access, and so peaceful! We loved our stay and would happily recommend it to others looking for a visit to Montauk.

Carrie’s house is better than in the pics. The yard makes the place private and quiet (a small refuge near the beach). The rooms were nice, spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped! The outdoor shower actually had both cold and hot water. It is a great place. Carrie responds almost immediately to any inquiries or questions! The home is a seven minute walk from the beach and is a great place to spend the week or weekend!! Remember: Bring your own towels and sheets (not provided: Carrie sends reminders about this as well).

Jennifer’s placed checked all 4 C’s with 5 plus stars! Extremely comfortable, charming, cozy and clean. We absolutely loved the enclosed porch and fire pit areas. Great getaway for my parent’s 60th wedding anniversary weekend on the NoFo. I’ve rented from lots of owners, Jennifer is by far one of the best. Great communicator and very flexible. Highly, highly recommend!!

Absolutely amazing, chill space. Travis was responsive and thoughtful. His second home as well as rental so it was well cared for with nice touches. Would rent again in a heartbeat.

We must have passed the residence hundreds of times going out Montauk over the past 40 years. What a hidden gem. We were so fortunate to have the opportunity to stay at this location. The home was very well appointed, tidy and clean. What a gem of a home, even in the off season. We would love to return.
