This was a gorgeous stay and clearly a lot of time and effort has gone in to it. The front porch is very sweet. My only regret is that we were out a lot and didn’t get to spend much time appreciating our surrounds. Would definitely stay again.

Shoreham is a hidden country haven surrounded by great wineries, great beach walks and an escape from the madness of the rest of the Peninsula. And the Rebecca's Shoreham house is a fabulous relaxing place to enjoy a relaxing break! Plenty of separate spaces, great outdoor seating options and a wonderful deck for an afternoon vino. We've stayed at Rebecca's house on a number of occasions and find it to be great value and a brilliant place for a family holiday.

What a GEM of a place amongst the most beautiful trees. Every morning, I couldn't wait to go outside to sit amongst the trees and meditate to the wonderful bird sounds. The NATURAL LIGHT in this home is something else to behold. It was bathed in it! We, our teens and darling little dog felt very welcome in this home that was decorated with respect to the mid-century era it's been built in with a few modern and eclectic twists to make it not look and feel dated. We enjoyed inviting friends over to entertain in the garden with the bbq and lovely wooden garden setting. As it's only about a 5-min walk to the beach, my keen fisherman husband and son thought they were in heaven as they could peruse the nearby pier at the Blairgowrie Yacht Squandron every morning and evening. We felt very welcome and are looking forward upon our return!

We loved staying at Jane's home in Red Rock, Phillip Island. It was comfortable, homey, clean, tidy, fit the description perfectly and offered a big back yard, ping-pong table and outdoor cricket set for our three teenage children (and for their beachhouse-owning mates who popped in and out 🙄). Perfect family home. Accessible to the main street of Cowes (but not by foot) and as a bonus we could take our two little dogs. Morning walks along Red Rock beach (five minute walk away) and its surrounds were glorious. Initially, I didn't think there were any coffee shops in the area but we stumbled across the Red Rock golf course which sells coffee and cheese toasties! It was so nice to sit there looking over the golf course. We hope that Jane will have us again.

Sam was a great host and the property was terrific. Nice and quiet, large backyard was great for the kids and only a short drive to everything you could need. Highly recommend

Wish we were staying longer. Great location. 20mins from the hustle & bustle of sorrento. 10mins from rye. 5mins from the beach in rosebud. Lovely sitting out on the front verandah with a glass of wine watching the parrots in the olive trees.

Mischee's place is a true gem on the Peninsula. We were a group of 6 adults plus a mini sausage dog and we could not fault the house or location - ample common space to relax and take in the sounds of the ocean, and total privacy from the landscaped driveway to the hedge-bounded back deck. The kitchen had everything you could need (including multiple sets of glassware, which many Airbnbs lack for larger groups) so we spent most of our long weekend cooking the Peninsula's beautiful produce. Mischee was also extremely responsive and friendly. 11/10

Kim’s place was perfect. Attention to detail, clean, didn’t want for anything, beautiful linen. Locks on doors need to be replaced as the door was wide open on arrival and sliding door tricky to re lock. 2nd bedroom was quite hot so maybe a a fan would be a great addition. Otherwise great property- will stay again.

Awesome home to stay in. Exactly as described, even better and more spacious than the photos show. We loved our stay as it felt like a home away from home. The pool was lovely, allowing us to be spoilt for choice if we wanted to have a down day and chill at home. Perfect location, close to all the necessary shops and of course the beaches, restaurants and spas. Would definitely love to stay here again for sure. Absolutely worth the price!!! House was amazing exactly as pictured , everything was spotless and there was everything you could have needed , Barb was a kind wonderful host , the pool was wonderful and lovely garden , we loved every minute thank you so much xx

Property was great, nice and private with sounds of the ocean and wildlife. The bungalow with kitchenette near the pool was a great addition for our group . Great entertaining kitchen that is well stocked with lots of pots , pans ,serving platters ect. Lots of space inside and out of the house for everyone to relax . We had a great time there.

An incredible property with so much to offer! The beautiful pool and spa are perfect for relaxation, and the expansive tennis court is a fantastic addition. Ben provided outstanding communication, always available whenever we needed anything. The host also generously allowed us a late check-out, giving us the opportunity to explore the stunning, secluded beach just behind the house. It was the perfect private escape.

We stayed at Ivys place for 24 days and it was perfect. As a family with 2 young kids, having a pool was ideal. It was very clean inside and welcoming. Ivy was very accomdating as we came to Australia for our best friends wedding, and allowed the groom to stay the night before the wedding. Ivy was very responsive. The house is in a lovely area and the kids were gutted when we had to leave. Would definately stay again and highly recommend x

Wonderful stay. Everything was as described and as pictured. Perfect for large family groups, plenty of space to come together and separate for quiet time. We had 3 young children and they made good use out of the upstairs living space (“playroom”) and trampoline. The pool once we got it sorted was the perfect temperature. Rooms were very clean and very spacious. Great kitchen and welll stocked with cleaning products as was the laundry. Check in/out was easy and Anna was friendly and a very responsive host.

No need to leave this amazing property on your stay unless you want to go to the beach. Everything you need for an enjoyable stay is catered for here. We were 8 adults 4 children under 5 and it was perfect for our needs. Ensuites in 3 bedrooms and the 4th had another nearby for their use making it very comfortable and private for us all. All on one level no stairs a bonus with small children. This was a family Christmas weekend away the kitchen was perfect for all of us cooking a feast in the space. There is a well equipped kitchen with a Huge fridge well stocked Pantry great oven for our Christmas Pork and lamb. Beds were very comfy. Best feature l agree is the amazing pool and spa area everyone loved it. We had one trip to the beach and the kids were asking to go back for a swim in the pool. Anthony an excellent host communication was great. Highly recommend this property set in a great quiet location.

We had a great stay in this lovely, cozy cottage with my parents, baby and our dogs. It was in a great location close to the beach and a short walk from the main Street. The property was clean and well equiped. Thank you for having us

Clean, spacious, great location. Everything we were looking for. The kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms/linens were spotless. Living and dining areas were very spacious. The two air conditioners and ceiling fans throughout were more than enough to combat the heat during our stay. Limited parking on the road, but the driveway can fit 3 cars comfortably. Short walk to the beach, cafes, McDonalds, and more. Really quiet area. Didn't hear any ambient noise at night. Our only issue was with the back fence. It was leaning over, and there were 2 greyhounds in the neighbouring yard, so we didn't feel comfortable leaving our dog in the backyard unattended. We booked the house over New Years, so we were worried the fireworks might scare ours or the neighbour's dogs to escape. Would stay again.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us Suzie, we had a great time even though the weather wasn't the best for swimming. The house was warm and welcoming with plenty of space to read, relax and do puzzles. The kitchen was fabulously equipped and having the coffee machine was brilliant. The hot tub was spotlessly clean and even though it was chilly and windy out it was great to relax in the tub and be surrounded by tea trees.

Very happy with our stay at Rye. Excellent location, lovely clean house with a huge backyard, perfect for kids to run around in. Appreciated and enjoyed the kids toys supplied at the house. Hosts were very responsive and helpful throughout the stay.

We had the perfect holiday, quiet, peaceful with beautiful surroundings. Close to the back beach and a short drive to the front beach. We couldnt have hope for a better place. Lucy was helpful and responded quickly when we needed confirmation of things. Many Thanks

Another amazing stay at Aldo’s place, you feel so safe and secure and so comfortable. Everything is clean and modern and feels so homey. It is the perfect location. We can’t wait to return for our 3rd visit.

Our stay at Fiona’s “haven” was wonderful. The property was so clean and comfortable. We had everything we could possibly need. It was in a great location- quiet, relaxing and close to the beach. It was lovely to hear the waves at night. Thank you so much Fiona- we had the best time!
