b: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect guest experience! We stayed at Rosie's apartment and the experience was just great! The apartment was exceptionally clean, tidy and comfortable, with everything you need to feel at home. Rosie was an amazing host, available for any questions, kind and took care of every little detail to make our stay perfect. The location is excellent, close to main attractions 7 minutes from the gandola, yet still quiet and cozy. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, cozy place and an exceptional host! I'm sure we'll come back again! 💯

Daniela was always contactable and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel complex has some excellent facilities but be aware these are additional costs which you pay at reception. Overall I highly recommend this apartment and thank Daniela for an excellent service.

An absolutely beautiful and cosy apartment that we felt right at home in. Everything was clean, and there were all extra amenities that we have needed (toilet roll, cleaning products, hair dryer etc). We loved our stay and how accessible it was off the ski road. Easy to get off at but a little further to walk to the gondola station. It felt private and quiet, loved the balcony too. The drying room and heat mat were perfect too! We didn’t use sauna due to the times it was accessible. Our only minor comment was the hot water didn’t last too long.

The apartment is very nice with a great view of the beautiful mountains and a good location , the atmosphere in the apartment is very cozy, cleanliness and order at the highest level) also one of the features is the fireplace, and a small surprise that awaited us on the table was very pleasant

Great, quiet location, well-equipped apartment. It is about 10 minutes from the center of Bansko, ideal for a post-ski getaway. Kakin is a phenomenal host, we had a great time in the apartment.

Theodore has been very good host and sent someone to give the Keys. this is specially good for foreigners compared with other host they just llave the key somewhere and is a hell to get to the place. fully recommended place, quiet, and clean.

The place was amazing. There was everything you can need for a trip. The location was well explained, there was also a place to leave your car. It is exactly as the pictures. Plamen was very helpful!

1st time in Bansko for the skiing which I have to say was amazing. A 10 minute walk from the apartment to the gondola & ski pass ticket office or a 5 minute drive to one of many car parks which I opted for as I had a 9 & a 13yr old with me + ski equipment. Lots of really good places to eat in Bansko and pretty reasonable. If buying food to eat at home then there is a Lidl 10 minute drive away as the food shops in Bansko are expensive. Dimitar’s place was great with plenty of room for the 3 of us. 2 double bedrooms & a sofa bed. 2 bathrooms & a lounge + kitchen/diner. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of bedding & towels. The flat was warm. Actually had to turn the heating down as the flat holds the temperature really well. The balcony was nice also. We made use of the swimming facility which was great after a days skiing. Downstairs in the lobby is a small bar, pool table & restaurant. We walked into town every evening to eat which was pretty close. Many thanks.

First, this was one of the few options in and around Bansko that was clear about the terms. In most cases, it is unclear if parking, pool, etc., are included in the price and, if not, what the additional prices are. Everything stated in the description was included here. Communication with Emilija was uncomplicated, and the apartment was well-furnished and equipped. The same applies to the amenities of the compound. Parking can get crazy during weekends, but finding a place in the surrounding streets is easy. Related to this, it required multiple visits to the reception until they entered our plate number into the system, and the parking barrier opened automatically. The gym equipment is a little beaten up.

The apartment is bigger and nicer then the photos! Bed was comfortable and big king size. Bathroom was newly renovated. Apartment heating system was excellent. The kitchen is fully equipped. Location was 5 min or less walking distance from the gondola. Ski shops were underneath the apartment. Parking was easy. And balcony was perfect addition. Miglena is wonderful and very attentive host. I highly recommend this place and hope to come back.

Our stay at Petr’s place was great. The house was very clean and tidy. It was newly furnished and fully equipped. The surroundings are remote and quiet but still close to Sandanski. Pet and kids friendly which was very important to us. Petr was helpful and a very good host. Highly recommend!

Most genuine, amazing, and incredible hosts. We faced a tragic crisis during our time in Bansko, and Katarina and Dimitris were there to help us during every step of the way. They are incredibly kind people and we feel so lucky to have met them. Not only that, but their house is beautiful and in the most perfect location.
