Vacation rentals with a patio in Black Canyon City

Very central location. It was exceptionally hot and our kids wanted flat sheets which were not on the beds (only a comforter). The community gate was left ajar by other residents each time we went to leave but we were always able to lock our unit. Very clean and great patio!

Andrew and Jenna were great hosts! They were very kind to be flexible on check-in for us since we were traveling by plane for the first time with our 8 month old. The place had everything we could need to have a comfortable stay for the week. Great, fully stocked kitchen for convenient cooking “at home” as well as laundry appliances for easy use. The neighborhood is close to plenty of places to eat or shop and it is a nice area to enjoy safe walks. We loved this place and would love again the next time we come to Phoenix. Great hosts, great place!

Alex place was a real treat. It was in a great location, clean and the location was quiet. Close to a lot of restaurants. We attended a Phoenix Suns game and it was within walking distance. Don’t think twice about booking it is well worth it.

We had a great stay here! We came for NASCAR weekend and the location was perfect for the race! Took us a few spins around the place to find the unit but we were a bit tired from travel all morning. The place was big, spotless and had everything you need. The bathroom was huge! I would recommend if you are cooking to buy some oil/salt/pepper as there was none available but not a big deal! 10/10 !

Very nice and cozy apartment. Lovely, quiet neighborhood. Everything was perfect. We will stay again when we are back in the area!

10/10 would recommend! Not only is the home perfect for any family looking for fun activities and a great location, but Jerry was also an outstanding host. He made everything easy with a smooth check-in process and went above and beyond to set us up for a successful stay.

Colby’s place is the perfect home for those who are trying to escape the cold of the northeast winter. It is a perfect location. A short walk takes you to Fountain Park and the many restaurants and events such as the weekly farmers market and the yearly art festival. A short drive takes you to numerous trails and relaxing hikes. If you prefer to stay at home, you’ll find a relaxing and peaceful backyard. Inside the beds are comfortable, the home is spotless and the kitchen is well supplied. I am hoping to return next year for a longer visit.

We loved this Airbnb! We went up for spring break and this house was perfect for our family. It had 3 full size bathrooms, two of which had giant showers and a great tub. The bedrooms were perfect, we loved the shuffle board, ping pong games, and the wrap around deck was excellent for relaxing and enjoying the view. This house is also in a nice quiet neighborhood and a quick drive to downtown, great restaurants, and local stores.

Mollie’s place was perfect for our stay in Sedona - Mollie met us when it was time to check in and gave us lots of recommendations for the local area. She also included a parking pass for various trail parking lots. We were able to walk from her place to several of the trails, and there is a great brewery/pub just down the road. She was very quick to respond to any of our questions and checked in with us several times to see if there was anything that we needed. We would definitely stay here again if we ever returned to Sedona!

Our family enjoyed our stay in Fountain Hills. Pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the Mountians that could be seen driving near the home. Tammy's place was clean and had everything we needed. Loved using the pool and hot tub after a morning of hiking.

I went for a week for Spring Training. The location was perfect for the games that I wanted to watch. Grocery store and restaurants nearby. Pool was great for relaxing after returning from ballgames. Condo was perfect for me

Great place to stay!! Very clean and secure. Lots of stuff in the kitchen to make meals. Beds were very comfortable and nice hot showers. We didn’t do any activities on the property but there is a lot to do if we had more time. Had to communicate some with the owners and they were prompt and very friendly. I will definitely stay here again!!

Would definitely recommend booking this place! The complex felt safe, the location was within 10-30 minutes to everything we wanted to do, the pool areas were clean and close to the home, the home had everything we needed for cooking meals, it was clean and parking was a breeze. Peter was an excellent communicator. I did stay with two young children and the place was perfect for them as well. I’d stay again for sure!! Thank you for a great stay!
