Vacation rentals in Bjorkdale No. 426

This is a great place with lots of amenities but still maintaining the cabin-at-the-lake feel. Lakefront decks with comfortable seating/eating arrangements and views are amazing. The addition of a dock and boat lift are priceless. The campfire area also has nice seating but don’t forget to bring your wood - I’m not sure if there is any for sale right at the lake. Inside, the kitchen has all the utensils/cooking equipment/dishes/spices one needs plus cleaning supplies and toiletries. The sleeping arrangements are set up well with one main bedroom on main floor and 1 private bedroom upstairs and 1 open area with a combination of beds. Makes camping in a cabin fun. The bathroom has a great shower and bathtub. There are lots of plug-ins and great lighting - even fairy lights that make a great night- light for nighttime. Just so you know, there was no barbecue at the time of our visit, so you may want to pack your own. All and all a wonderful place for a holiday!!!

Shannon and Chris are excellent hosts! They responded promptly to a few questions I had. Their place is very warm and inviting and was the perfect place to host our family Christmas . The beds were comfortable, the hot water was hot and the bonus room with the pool table made for many games and memories to be made. They supplied the wood for the fire place which kept us very toasty. They are very close to Klingers trail so we were able to go on many walks and did some cross country skiing. The lake is a bit farther away to walk but is due able, however we took the snow machines down to our ice shacks. I would highly recommend renting this cabin ( we had another family rent a different cabin down the street and it was a complete disappointment from barely any hot water, to unsafe stairs and electric baseboards not working) we felt very fortunate to be able to have exactly everything that was specified ! Oh and Shannon left a box of homemade chocolates and welcome note! ❤️?

Really great parking for sled trailer felt very secure for sleds, inside of place very nice and spacious, great hosts that have provided everything you need for a nice weekend away. The beds were comfy and the place felt newer!

Best host I've ever come across. Great work Daniel. I stayed here on a work trip, but this place is great for any vacation, staycation or little weekend getaway from the city.

Great place

Check-in was easy. Our host made sure that everyone in our party was able to find the place. Everything was very clean and orderly when we arrived. We were surprised to find more cooking utensils than expected as well as a toaster. The bunk beds were a little tricky to get into but using the wall to counterbalance makes it workable. There were clean sheets on the beds but we all came with sleeping bags. The air conditioning was great as it was warm when we were there. There are two camp chairs and a table on the deck in addition to the barbecue. This property is very close to the beach and to a little beach front shop where people can rent canoes, paddle, boats and many other items. They also carry corner store items and treats. All in all, lots of nice little extras and a very restful place to stay. I would definitely recommend this place.

We stayed here while working in the area and it was so comfortable to come "home" after a hard day at work to such a peaceful and relaxing environment. The cabin is comfortable with all the amenities we could possibly need. It even came with northern lights, gorgeous clear starry nights and the sounds of coyotes and moose. Absolutely perfect.
