Marion is a lovely hostess -taking the trouble to recommend us places for dinner - and excellent recommendations too I have to add. We had a comfortable and delightful stay at the lovely and cozy house.

We had a wonderful stay! The fireplace was turned on before our arrival, snacks and some drinks were provided to us, Frank helped us directly when we needed help. A perfect place and house for a relaxing, quiet trip. We will be happy to come back! :)

We had a very enjoyable stay. The accommodation is quietly located in the second row. Everything was clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, we did not meet Frauke personally because of our late arrival. However, the communication was friendly and fast via email. We would stay again on occasion.

The house was equipped with all the comforts as shown in the photos. Upstairs neighbors but not noticed. It was very quiet. You walk down the street and you are at the nature reserve. A picturesque environment with very friendly people. I highly recommend.

The real reason for our short vacation - saving our dog from Sivester fireworks didn't quite work out. In the evening, there was more bang than I thought. But otherwise everything was great. We were well received and looked after by Anja and Kai. The house is totally cute- great furnishings and lots of beautiful things to discover. Surroundings are wonderful for walks. Anja , Elmo (a great dog) and chili and I made a nice round together today. I'm sure we'll be back sometime. The getaway house is highly recommended. Thank you for everything

A beautiful, generous place to stay. Centrally located yet in a quiet location and always a free parking space on the doorstep. My dog and I felt really comfortable. Great, helpful host: there when you need it, otherwise you have your privacy. Pay attention to amenities! If all this fits, then only recommended!

Our stay in the great semi-detached house was short, but very nice. There is everything you need, the decor is very nice and right from the house you can get to beautiful walks, perfect if you are traveling with dogs. We arrived earlier than advertised, but that was no problem either, Hans Peter welcomed us nicely and gave us some tips on how best to go to Hamburg. We can only recommend this cottage!

A lovely, moderne Holiday Home. Perfectly located with a great garden. Very modern, super clean and has everything you need in the kitchen. Would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to spend some time at the Steinhauser Meer.

The space was as expected. Unfortunately, the pool table was a little heavily used (a ball bag broken, a cue as well, but playable). So four stars. Friendly host, always approachable.

Wonderful stay in a good and quiet location. From here, we visited Bremen, Hamburg and the Lüneburg Heath. Studio was clean, complete, and cozy! Definitely recommended. Christina was helpful, friendly and thoughtful. Very easy check-in and check-out procedure.

Christoph’s place combines the quaintness of the Altes Land with great hospitality and technical competence. The wifi works perfectly, as do all appliances and the multimedia. Christoph provided nice extras for our dog (dog bed and bowls) as well as fresh eggs for our breakfast.

A special place to stay! The house is beautiful and modern, with many technological gadgets that make the stay extra comfortable. The pool and trampoline are absolutely gold for children and adults alike. Inga, the friendly host, is very helpful and always ready to answer questions, even after an extensive tour. It is also nice to know that she is staying on the same property, only 25 meters away, which offers extra reassurance. Please note that (during the period we stayed here) there were a lot of mosquitoes and wasps. The house is of course located directly on the forest. This is good to know for future guests. All in all a great experience and a place I would definitely recommend for 2 adults with kids!

Hauke and his family are super pleasant and likeable hosts. We spent over New Year's Eve/New Year with our two dogs in the apartment and will definitely stop here again. We didn't miss anything - the accommodation is well equipped, even a comfortable sofa bed with extra mattress is available. We were able to enjoy New Year's Eve with several rounds of pool billiards (for this, the super large dining table is simply converted into a pool table). The apartment is in a great location for extensive hiking and enjoying the beautiful nature:)

The stay in Gerd's apartment was fine. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Check-in was straightforward and flexible. I found it particularly nice that the fridge was already equipped with drinks and breakfast. 5 stars!

Go to Bergen at Marion if you need a perfect place to relax, where there is quiet and peaceful. There is some nice tourist spots within 30 min in car

We loved this apartment. It is well decorated with warm lighting. Nothing was lacking. It is above Edith’s house with a nice terrace to walk outside and sit. We had a car, so getting into town was easy. We would gladly return. Thank you Edith!

Frank's place is small but nice. We were greeted in a very friendly manner and felt very comfortable right away. The apartment is well equipped and really quiet. The view is great! To get out and enjoy the peace, highly recommended!

Staying at Katia’s home was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, Katia welcomed us with warmth and kindness, making us feel instantly at home. The house itself is situated in a beautiful, peaceful area, surrounded by nature – it was exactly the calming retreat we needed. Katia went above and beyond in making sure we were comfortable. Her thoughtfulness extended even to our little cat – she brought a gift for him, and even provided us with advice and medication to keep him comfortable and safe in the environment. Not only was the flat impeccably clean and cozy, but Katia’s attention to detail and genuine concern for our wellbeing made our stay unforgettable. She’s not only a wonderful host but truly a remarkable person. We left feeling like we had made a friend for life, and we can’t wait to visit her again someday. Very nice and spacious apartment in a quiet and nature-loving area in the Nordheide. It is a so-called forest villa, which is located in the back of the large area under old-grown trees. The holiday home is fully equipped; it lacks nothing; by that I mean there are also 2 bicycles available, a gas grill, a conservatory, so everything to feel completely comfortable. Within walking distance you can reach the heath landscape and if it also blooms bright violet in August / September, then the relaxing vacation is perfect. The landlady is very accommodating and happy to help you with any questions. Stop by, it's worth it!
