Location is a bit far with private parking.It is convenient to have a car.The room is super large, very beautiful, very clean, and the equipment is very new!Host lives downstairs with good and flexible communication.If renting a car!Definitely stay here

Exceptional host, always responsive, answered all our questions and concerns! He waited for us when we arrived, he welcomed us as if we were friends! The house is brand new, with all the comforts, just as described! I wanted to make a note in the welcome that was more than great! Water, coffee, juices and stats for children, oil of their production, makeup and basic kits, biscuits and taralli! These are small precautions that in my opinion still make arrival welcoming! The Host is very nice, very helpful and always available to give directions! I also specify that the house is equipped with very quiet fixtures! Although in the center, a 5-minute walk from the city's sea, 2 minutes from a beautiful park and downtown, closing the windows seemed to be in the countryside! No noise, then with the two air conditioners, it's super easy to stay cool! Highly recommended and if we were to return to Trani, we already know where to stay!

Very cozy apartment in the heart of the historic town of Molfeta. A minute's walk to the promenade, many restaurants. But at the same time in a quiet alley. It was not very noisy even on weekends. The apartment has everything you need for a long stay. From a washing machine to a coffee maker. Francesco was very friendly. He was ready to help with everything you need. I highly recommend it both for a holiday in Molfeta itself and for a base if you want to explore the region. Just a kilometer from the apartment is the train station, from which you can go to any point in Puglia.

Anna Maria offers a very comfortabele and clean modern appartment. It has everything you need, a necessary airconditioner included (it may be very warm in Bari, and a cool appartment is then a welcome shelter). I thank Anna Maria for her hospitality! Due to a delayed flight, I arrived very late and I worried that I would not be able to enter the appartment on time. Yet, it was easy to keep contact with her and with her helpful instructions everything went ok. I highly recommend Anna Maria's appartment and her friendly hospitality if you want to have a pleasant place to stay in Bari.

This was a super place to stay and matched the pictures and description. It was very clean, located in the city center, and close to everything. Best of all, the host was communicative and responded quickly to messages! We would definitely recommend this AirBnB for your stay in Terlizzi!

The Lullaby Room was exactly as described on the website. It is beautiful with lots of character! Guiseppe was an attentive and most helpful host. He provided very clear instructions on where to park and how to access the flat. There are restaurants all around the area. I would definitely recommend staying in the Lullaby Room. A lovely apartment managed by a lovely lady. Nothing was too much trouble. The proximity to the coast is amazing, a small supermarket round the corner and only a 10 minute walk to the centre. Lovely and cool even in the peak of the Italian summer.

A nice and comfortable apartment in the historic center of the city. It faces a small pedestrian square where there is a restaurant and a bar. In the square there were free events almost every night, from rave parties to singers and live bands. You can walk to the train station in 15 minutes, and to the supermarket in 10 minutes. The kitchen has everything you need, the bed is wide and comfortable. Giuseppe is very friendly and gives useful information. We really liked it, we recommend it and we would like to return.

Teresa is a very kind and helpful host. It helped a lot with transportation and getting to the place before the trip started. Her home is beautiful, clean, you can find everything you need. She also provided us with breakfast and treats. The accommodation is close to the train and bus stations, you can also walk to the shopping streets. We recommend Teresa's home to everyone, we hope to come back soon!

Good place for stay for couple of nights. Great location, enough space for 2 people. The only downsides are noises from the street and lack of proper window.

A spacious apartment with a good layout and a modern renovation, located in a quiet area, a halfhour walk from the center of Bari. We were very satisfied with the excellent cleanliness, impeccable beds, towels and dishes that were perfectly clean. Modern sanitary ware, high quality kitchen appliances, all the necessary dishes, a coffee machine with capsules included, all working perfectly. In the refrigerator we found a pleasant surprise: a bottle of Prosecco. The owner was very hospitable and kind, always attentive to our needs. We had a wonderful weekend! Thank you for your availability!

I was pleasantly surprised. The apartment fully corresponded to the description. Everything you needed was available. Upon arrival, Donato gave us a bottle of good Italian wine. I've booked in Italy twice before through Booking in Bergamo and Venice. And both times there were some problems. In Bergamo a few years ago, at the end of March, it was very cold in the apartment, and the host did not want to increase the temperature. In Venice last September, the apartment did not have water heating. We had to wash with cold water. Everything was in perfect order in Donato's apartment. I am grateful to Donato for his wonderful attitude towards his guests. He respects his guests. If we are in Bari again, we will stay only at Donato's place.

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying in these new apartments and we can say that it was a really excellent experience. The spaces are modern and very well cared for, with a fully equipped kitchen that offers everything you need to cook like at home. We really appreciated the availability of a washer and dryer, which were freely usable. The apartment was extremely clean and well maintained, an aspect that impressed us positively right away. The terrace and front garden are really lovely, decorated with care and taste, a great place to relax. There are several parking options, which was very convenient, and the location is super central. Within walking distance are restaurants, pharmacies, and supermarkets, making everything easily accessible. A special thank you goes to Marta and Enzo, who were incredibly friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Everything positive. Good location, very close to seafront and short walk to old city. Very clean and comfortable apartment, easily accessible on first floor with elevator. Elizabeth and Pierre were very helpful over timing of check in, and communication was excellent throughout. Good set of recommendations. Highly recommended.
