This is our second stay here. We can’t wait to come back again! The house is big enough to accommodate 8 of us and we had plenty of space. The teens spent time in the game room, we could all fit around the table for meals, we could walk to the beach, the pool was relaxing, and we were a short drive to lots of activities and restaurants. The house was clean and any issues were responded to promptly!

The location and apartment was great. Everything was within walking distance which was a great plus. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Had a great time staying here.

We (two couples) stayed for Christmas week and felt so at home. Romina was very responsive and to our surprise had decorated the interior for Christmas and left a bottle of Cabernet for us! She also pre-heated the pool for our arrival. The house is tastefully outfitted with modern furnishings and appliances, and is located in a very peaceful neighborhood backing up to a park. Everything was squeaky clean, the beds and pillows were super comfy (firm beds) and the kitchen contains everything you need to dine at the house. The garage has pool and beach items, including four beach chairs, a wagon, coolers and umbrella (and more). We had a great dinner at the Pelican Grand Beach Resort, pub fare at Sandbar (both walking distance), and caught the water taxi from the park for a tour to the north and south and a final stop for dinner at Shooters Waterfront (another great dinner). Fun at the Elbo Room, Coconuts, and Just 1 More (dive bar). Publix grocery is not far away. We highly recommend!

Jeff was proactive in reaching out. I had forgot to reserve a parking spot and he called me and got one for us before it was gone. He checked on us multiple times to see if we needed anything. His housekeeper Carmen was also checking on us. The location was perfect to enjoy the beach, the Broadwalk, restaurants and fun activities. I rate Jeff’s place 5 star and above!!!! We will definitely return.

We had an awesome, relaxing vacation. Erick was very responsive and extremely accomodating with our flight changes. The heated pool was fantastic and the one minute walk to the beach was wonderful. House was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely come back!

The house was beautiful. Nice set up. Backyard was beautiful. Hot tub and pool great. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Small suggestion is more towels and washcloths. Some furniture in the bedroom that had 2 double beds. No place to put suitcases Maybe a dresser or or luggage racks. But that’s minuet. Stunning place. 2 blocks from the beach. Walkable. Lots of walkable places to go and eat.

Fantastic Airbnb! The host Dan was very responsive and accommodating. I loved the neighborhood , it was great for taking strolls with my 2 year old. The backyard was like an oasis! We barely left the Airbnb it was soo nice!

Perfect house and perfect location!! Loved being able to walk down to the beach with the restaurants and shops!! Outside area was beautiful. Massimo was very quick to respond when we had questions. Would definitely stay here again

Fantastic location (walkable to the beach and coffee shops/restaurants) and the house itself was perfect for our trip. The pool was such an added bonus (especially for our toddler), and we loved walking the state park. Loved our stay!

Everything about it was good. Even better than expected. It's rare enough to report it. Our host also took the precaution of leaving a lot of products in the listing, so we didn't have to go to the supermarket on the first day. It's always a very friendly and convenient attention.

Great stay! Beautiful apartment. Everything was like the pictures except the bathrooms which have been updated to be even better than the pictures. Kitchen was fully stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Has plenty of towels and linens and beach towels. Has beach chairs. Right across the street from the beach. Great view. Very convenient parking spot. Great and quick communication. Very clean. Will stay here again!

We had a beautiful stay at Miriam's place. We were a group of eight, and we each felt we had plenty of room for both time together and our own space. The property is just beautiful, we enjoyed nights of grilling my the pool and watching the sunset. We also loved the beach and pool toys that were available for use. The furniture is very tasteful, and Miriam was very communicative during our stay. We had a wonderful time!

From the very first moments, we felt like we had come home. The apartment has everything you need—not everything is brand new, but everything is clean, cozy, and well-maintained, making it clear that this is a real home, not just a rental property. Our kids absolutely loved it and didn’t want to leave—our little one even cried on the last day! The beach is lovely and cozy, and we were lucky to have a few warm days. In the evenings, we took the kids to the playground just around the corner, which was perfect for them. The area is full of delicious restaurants and great shops, making it a fantastic location. We stayed 10 days. Chris was easy to deal with. The house is really nice, and the backyard and pool are great. We loved the access to the beach club. The location between Pompano and Lauderdale by the Sea is great.

This condo was amazing! Super clean and just adorable. We loved the private outdoor area in the back. The location was so convenient to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. You literally just walk out and look to your right and there's the ocean. Hosts are very quick to answer any questions you may have. My husband told me I did a "good job" at picking the place. He loved it as well! Another great thing I would add is that most AirBnBs have a very long list of checkout duties and cleaning. That is not the case here, we basically just had to take out the trash. I believe if you dirtied the dishes, you had to load the dishwasher, but we ate out so it didn't apply to us. This was refreshing as a lot of times you would spend a few hours doing everything before leaving and paying a very expensive cleaning fee on top of it. Would stay here again and again! Thank you
