Eric offers a small, functional, clean and well-located house. It is perfectly suited for 4 people. Don't be afraid of sand everywhere, a dune is just across the street! We had a lovely stay.

We had an exceptional stay in this rental, despite the rain that invited itself during our stay. The apartment is conveniently located, just steps away from the beach. Even with the fickle weather, the comfort of the accommodation has made our stay perfect. The host, Nathalie, was very flexible for check-in and check-out times which greatly facilitated our stay. She was very accommodating and always very available to answer our questions. We highly recommend this rental and will be back with pleasure!

We had a great Christmas week at Catherine and Thierry's. The accommodation is extremely cozy, tastefully decorated. There is all the necessary equipment. The accommodation is very functional. The ocean and the cormorant beach is 150m away, you can hear the ocean from the house. Don't hesitate to visit the moors while staying at Catherine and Thierry's!

I stayed at Betty's place a little before Christmas with my boys for family reunions. The cabin is perfect, warm, well-equipped and very pleasant to live in with its windows everywhere and its smell of wood. We feel at home there and we sleep wonderfully well there as the silence is there. Walks or access to the edge of the pool is done in a few minutes. I'll be back for sure! and I would definitely recommend as much as Betty is an exquisite host. Thank you Francoise for hosting us.

Mylene & Francois were fantastic hosts. Francois was super friendly and available during our check in and stay, although left us privacy when we wanted it. Perfect balance! The Airbnb itself was clean, comfortable and had lovely little touches and decor. Plume the cat was an added bonus and came onto our private decking area everyday. The hot tub is also not to be missed! We would recommend this Airbnb and its surrounding areas , Lit et Mixe is small but perfectly situated and it’s easy to cycle to the local beach in around 20 mins. :)

very good stay in high season with several couples of friends and young children. the proximity to the center and the beach on foot is a real plus that really facilitates the logistics of the holidays. the house is very beautiful and very pleasant. the only downside is the noise that some revellers can make on the street at night in high season.

Very friendly and very responsive host, she will advise you on activities, restaurants or others . The house is up to the listing, everything is of quality, from bedding to cutlery to bathrooms. Really very satisfied with the stay in this quiet and relaxing place. I highly recommend it.

This is a fantastic house which is beautifully designed, comfortable and well equipped. It’s spacious with lots of places to sit and hang out. The pool is large and clean. The house is in a traditional oyster port in front of a canal. We found it fascinating to observe the farmers and learned a lot when buying fresh oysters from them. It’s a pleasant 50 minute walk to Arcachon which we did several times. There is also a train that takes 4 minutes. We loved our stay and hope to come back again. Would strongly recommend staying here.

The cottage is very nice and absolutely recommended. It is lovingly furnished and the furnishings are well thought out. The floor plan is very suitable for a relaxed and restful stay. Even a basic set of spices and vinegar as well as oil are available in the kitchen. Also dish soap, etc. In addition, detergent was also available for the washing machine. We felt very comfortable and were happy about the well-functioning air conditioning on some days, when it was very hot. The whole house is a highlight, but especially the terrace and the swimming pool to the south side as well as the outdoor kitchen are a great pleasure. In addition, there is ample space for several cars on the property without any problems. The landlord Patrice is a very friendly and accommodating host. He communicated excellently, was always available and always responded within a very short time when we had a question.

We loved this quiet and very private property. It was the perfect location - 5 minute walk to Horizon beach, 10 minutes to a well-stocked Auchon grocery store, 10-15 minutes to the daily marché and loads of restaurants and shops. Marie was a responsive, friendly and responsible host. Several light bulbs died while we were there- in a bathroom and two bedrooms- which was a bit odd but not overly problematic, and they were out to replace them within minutes. One thing that didn’t quite fit the description was that it’s not what I consider central air conditioning. There are two large wall units in the living and kitchen area, and 1 in the upstairs bedroom that cool down those spaces incredibly well. The 4 downstairs bedrooms do not have units and it got warm back there on the hottest nights. We slept with doors open to get what we could out of the AC which wasn’t ideal. It’s not a deal breaker for us, but could be improved with fans. Still, overall, an excellent stay!

The listing meets the description and photos. It is very well equipped and in a good location (on foot: 5 minutes from the supermarket, 10 minutes from the market and 15 minutes from the sea). Jackie is an available and very accommodating host, she allowed us to arrive much earlier and thus optimize our short stay of 3 nights.

The place looks better in reality than we suspected from the photos. The house is equipped with everything you need. But the best part was our host, who is very warm and friendly. We arrived an hour earlier than advertised and the house cleaning was still underway. Nevertheless, we were immediately let in and offered us a beer to welcome us. If we are close to Biscarrosse again, we will book this accommodation again.

Our host was available and thoughtful with clear instructions that made it easy to check in and out! We appreciated the little “attention” we arrived 😊 The house is very well-equipped and its location is impeccable (possibility to do a lot of things on foot) in a quiet area (in winter). Everything matches the photos.

Beautiful villa located in a beautiful location. There were 12 of us and the place is perfectly designed for a tribe like ours , lots of dishes , many amenities, large bedrooms, family living room and several shower rooms, beautiful terrace. Beach access a little perilous but allows you to enjoy the beach and swim Only downside the exteriors not very well maintained and dangerous for the little ones and the fact that the house is adjoining and that it is not specified. Our stay was a real joy
