If youre looking for a walkable BNB near Bui Vien with pretty much 24/7 self access this is your spot. Just respect the rules and active business below that is independent and you will have a fantastic time. Space is cozy and well air conditioned. Soap is provided as well as towels. The host team is extremely responsive and accommodating. Will definitely consider it again

Victor is awesome. He is probably the perfect kind of host you would want. He is attentive. His instructions came with detailed pictures for entrance and trash. I felt right at home in his Airbnb. Like I was living there my whole life. Spotless and clean. With plenty of plates and utensils to entertain another couple.

My friends and i enjoyed the stay so much! Loved the living room area where we watched shows together. There is a 4P outlet <5mins walk away. Beds were one of the best we stayed in, as compared to many hotels/airbnbs. Would love to return if i visit HCM again! Thanks for the splendid stay :)

Felice and Tam were really good hosts I was satisfied because it was friendly and quick to communicate. Although it is far from the city center, it is a place for a quiet and relaxing vacation. The pool was also big and it was a much better place than the pictures. The best part was the communication part. I was able to have a good trip with a lot of help. Thank you. 👍🏼

This is one of my favorite places I've ever stayed in. A lovely design, a great location, and a fantastic price. And there are pet turtles! That's just awesome. The space is down an alley with a trendy 24-hour cafe. It's a little bit out of the way from major attractions, but I got a Grab pickup near the main road whenever I was traveling around.

Great host, nice and calm homestay

Super spacious and very aesthetically curated space! Conveniently located above an equally aesthetic cafe where you get coupons for drinks too. The AC here is a lifesaver (and maybe it's something about the set up of the room but sometimes it can even get too cold! A great problem to have as this was the only place throughout Vietnam where we found ourselves turning up the temp instead of wishing it could go down more). Can get a little noisy during the day if the cafe is busy since the window faces the courtyard where there's outdoor seating, but that is to be expected. Also, be aware that the spiral staircase going up is as narrow as it looks in photos! A bit of a struggle bringing larger-sized suitcases up, but it can be done. Overall an amazing stay with responsive hosts.

Mochi is one of the most incredible, supportive and helpful hosts that I have ever stayed with. We felt right at home at this place. He was so kind to our request and helped us bring our luggage up and down. Despite staying on the 3rd floor we didn't miss an elevator at all. All the amenities were exactly as shown or even better I'd say. The highlight for us was the location. It is literally just 400m away from Bui Vien Walking Street and only about 1.2 km from Ben Thanh Market. There were great restaurants, cafes, convenience stores and even pharmacies next to it. Overall a wonderful experience and we'd love to stay here again next time we visit Ho Chi Minh City!!

Nice place to stay with a family with kids. The master bedroom is big and a spacious bathroom. My girls love the big screen Tivi in the master bedroom where they just want to stay home to relax and watch movies. It’s very nice for a walk around the complex, nice swimming pool even though we didn’t have chance for a swim. Thanks Son for accomodating us. Will be back next time in HCM

I chose this place because the reviews were good and the location was a bit far from the 7th district Korean town. The host's response was very quick, and the cleaning person was almost always there, so it was clean. The surrounding environment is also nice. In particular, there is a small local market nearby, and it is close to Lotte Mart. The house was a little old, but it was okay because there were no bugs. For the price, I was more satisfied than an apartment for the whole family. I recommend it.

The apartment locates at the end of the alley and it was pretty quite. The place was in an ideal spot—central to everything. The apartment looked exactly like the photos, and it was pretty spacious and comfy. Everything was clean and well-maintained.

Overall, I was satisfied. However, there were difficulties because the air conditioner didn't work. I contacted the host late at night, and they were quick to respond. I couldn't repair the air conditioner because it was late, so I brought a fan, and fortunately, I was able to fall asleep. I was impressed by the quick response.

Had a very good stay. The horse took very good care of us and was very prompt and responding on the app. She even arranged a mid stay clean for us. At no extra cost when the plumbing broke down, she had somebody there very promptly to fix the problem.

great stay. the place is entirely new so expect the mattress to be hard (no one stay before). location are great and convenient. Meko the co host has tried her best to provide the necessary basic.

Great place to stay. Inside apartments everything you need: kitchen, washing machine. Access to swimming pool and good gym. Lotte mart is nearby.

Vans place was the best! Very nice condo situated in a very convenient area! Very quiet at night and the host was very responsive and even met me in front to give me the key!! Definitely coming back here again! 😸
