Excellent stay and very accommodating host. Would stay again!

Our stay was great. Host is very nice to talk to. The property was very clean. It’s a cozy property but well kept. There are 4 floors in total. 1st floor - Bedroom with Bath 2nd floor - Living area with Kitchen 3rd floor - 2 Bedrooms with 2 Baths 4th floor - 2 Bedroom with 2 Baths Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Bathrooms were clean. Bedsheets were nicely washed. Would definitely recommend it to someone who is particular about hygiene & cleanliness.

During my 3-night stay, the accommodation was nice and clean, and the yard in front was so pretty I think I had a good rest ~ It's a bit of a pity that there is no air conditioner in the kitchen on the first floor. The second and third floors of the accommodation were really good.

The host is friendly and responsive! The house is clean and everyday will have staff coming in cleaning for us.

The apartment is in a nice area with a view of Landmark 81. The building is nice with friendly staff, communication with the host was good, and the apartment was nice. The neighbors woke me up from hammering on the bedroom wall early in the morning one of the days (I only stayed three days) which was unpleasant to say the least, but the Truc did everything she could to try to resolve the situation and I really appreciated that. Overall, I had a nice stay!

I recommend Annie's place. Many things such as supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants have been solved within walking distance. I also used the shuttle bus to Estella Place Mall often. Annie was a Superhost who immediately addressed our inquiries. If you are looking for a place to stay in the area, stay at Annie's place!

The place is in a great location—only about 10 minutes by Grab to the city center, and there's a mall and supermarket just downstairs. Ordering delivery is super easy too. The room is really spacious, so everyone in our group has their own space, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. The landlord is easy to communicate with and always responds quickly. Overall, it’s been a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it!

Location-wise, it was easy to get to tourist attractions. The location is also walkable. The place is clean and communication was not a problem at all. I was satisfied with the use of a large family

It was spacious and clean enough. And it was nice to walk in the riverside park, tons of shops, various banks, etc.

It was clean, bathroom ceiling needs some repairs, it is private, peaceful, no noisy neighbours, the place is pretty, comfortable. The only downside was that, instructions on how to check-in weren't given until I messaged the host, in comparison to all the hosts we had from the past which was smooth all the time. It amazed me that it sent an automated message at the end of your stay, to throw your own trash at the garbage room in the hallway of the 15th floor and to turn off the electric buttons in the control panel of the apartment, but, no automated message on the day we are about to check-in. We are respectful of other's property, but I think, there is no need for the host to give their client's a tasks before leaving, somehow it felt a little off to my husband and my son. They should have someone ti check it by themselves. All in all a pleasant stay, also recommendable. Thanks to the host
