Tawnya was quick to respond regarding reservation even though it was so last minute. Everything was as described. I would definitely stay again.

Great cabin, close to Big Bear and Lake Arrowhead. Clean house, well equipped kitchen, great shower in the bathroom. Eric is a great communicator, very proactive.

This place was great for our family. We got a unit close to the pool (which is heated, and has a kiddie pool next to it) and spent a lot of time with our daughter going back and forth. It's close enough to The Village that we were able to enjoy the lake, restaurants, and shopping without much of a drive. We will definitely be back!

Is amazing location for Big Bear Mountain -- right along the slopes. We were able to walk/ski onto the slope and walk back. The back yard is literally Chair #9, and there were plenty of restaurants downtown -- 5-10 minute drive -- to get great food. We love how cozy the fireplace and the downstairs is; our family snuggled up and played board games, and others drew and did crafting. Felt like a second home. One tip: at night, the snowblowers ran one night and it was a bit noisy -- mostly for just the back room. Bring earplugs just in case. I'll definitely rent this place the next time we're at Big Bear!

Super nice lake front suit ! Stunning views , very calms and peaceful. Close to all amenities. They also have an entertainment daily schedule which was a surprise

Nice place… lots of the appliances and kitchen furniture seem recent. Conveniently located at the bottom of the ski slopes but we did not feel like walking that slope with ski boots on, we dropped off the kids by car which worked out quite well. Will try to stay in this place again in the future

One of the best air bnb’s we have ever stayed in. So clean and so thorough. It had every amenity you could think of and more. It’s like Alex anticipated every possible need we could have had, down to labeling the cabinets and drawers so we could find everything quickly and easily. Comfortable beds, beautiful hot tub, plenty of games. I will definitely be reaching out to stay here again!

We had a great time at Kingstons cabin, the area was easy to find and the drive port was perfect for Snowy weather. The house was so cozy, and clean and had everything we needed, including a dog bed and blankets. I loved the fully enclosed backyard and it felt very safe for my dogs to explore. The cabin has both the cabin feeling of the woods and all the modern amenities we could need to be comfortable, from the kitchen to the lovely bathrooms (I loved the green bathroom design!) The rooms were warm and cozy with very comfortable beds. Communication with Kingston our host was easy friendly and responsive. Looking forward to coming back in the summer to enjoy the backyard, spa, and grill : )

Bryan was a terrific host and his place is absolutely lovely. My family and I enjoyed a relaxing weekend together!

House was beautiful just like the pictures. The game room was a hit for the teenagers. Host was great, quick response time and friendly.

Our stay was amazing! Beautiful home. Good communication with the hosts! Loved the fact that the master bedroom was away from the other rooms. Snow caught us by surprise. It looked like a winter wonderland in the morning! Wished we could’ve stayed longer! It was a nice family getaway for the weekend!

The kitchen was really well-stocked, the bathrooms were clean, and the beds were super comfortable. The variety of children's toys and games was a huge bonus—our kids loved them so much that they hardly asked for screen time during our stay! The only issue was that the maintenance team forgot to leave paper towels, bathroom tissue, and dish sponges, but Mary Grace was incredibly responsive and quickly provided everything we needed. I would absolutely love to stay here again!

Even though I showed up little late from my check in they let me check out little late too which was perfect, very communicative, cosy place. Everything you need is there.

This home was really wonderful. The view and access to the lake in addition to the gas fireplace made it a very cozy and comfortable stay for us. Home was very clean and the washer/dryer worked very well. Very conveniently located with the village very close by. Will come back again! My daughter and I loved it.

The listing was everything it was described to me. Natalie was an amazing host and gave us a heads up on everything. Made check-in super easy and flexible because we arrived about a half an hour early. Made for a great weekend get away for the family.

My family and I stayed there two years ago. This year, when we decided to go up to Big Bear for Thanksgiving checking to see if Shelly's place was available was a no-brainer. Thankfully, we could reserve it and had a great time. Shelly is super responsive and makes every effort to see that the needs of her guests are met. Thank you, Shelly! Linda is very helpful and responsive. Although her host couldn’t meet us to check us in, Linda was very responsive in giving us instructions on how to enter the rental. The condo is very nice, clean, and definitely an upgrade from the normal rustic cabins we typically rent in Big Bear. Felt more like a nice hotel. Also the kitchen is amazing! So organized and well stocked. Makes it fun to cook, and make it your own!

Children enjoyed exploring the surrounding frozen lake and swimming in the indoor pool. Close to Big Bear Village, restaurants and of course, ski slopes--making Casa de Lago a great and convenient stay . Wish we could have stayed longer. Basem was responsive and great communicator.
