We had a great stay at Paula's apartment. It is very pleasant, bright and well located in relation to the city center. Paula is very kind, available and attentive.

Just to say the apartment is a gem . with amazing views and extreme cleanliness. Comfortable bed and good quality lingerie..No car needed to go down downtown although there is a slope that is not for everyone . San Vicente de la Barquera is beautiful has good walks and eats luxury. And very close to other wonderful destinations. We didn't meet Elena in person but she was careful that everything was fine for us. We will definitely be back...

Totally recommended, and communication with Eusebio has been smooth, making him accessible at all times. As for the accommodation, the location is quiet and is in a very accessible location for most points of interest in the area. The apartment is clean and fully equipped, and it's as comfortable as being at home. A plus, also, if you are traveling with a dog. We'll be back!

Silvia's house is cute . Perfect to spend a few days there. Quiet and well-connected area . With everything you need and a perfect terrace for summer . It has been a pleasure.

It's been a great stay. The apartment was clean and tidy. They had the thoughtfulness to turn on the heating before we arrived, which was appreciated because it was very cold on the street, in addition the sheets were for winter and there were blankets for the sofa. Regarding the location, it is a very quiet residential complex on the outskirts but very close to the urban center, even on foot. Very good communication, he was always there for us and made very good recommendations. If we were to go back to Comillas, we would definitely stay with Luis again. It was a real pleasure!!

Everything was perfect, we felt right at home, nothing was missing. Access to good restaurants, the beach and the promenade... all a minute's walk away. The road connections to get to know the perfect Cantabrian area, dreamy spots. M. Belen is a sweetheart... close, always ready to help and making everything very easy. The apartment is great, all spotless, 2 full bathrooms, 3 double bedrooms, 3 double bedrooms, very large dining room and fully furnished kitchen. And everything super clean. That's how it tastes. Everything is phenomenal. To be done, I'm sure

We had a wonderful four days in this comfortable relaxing apartment. We felt instantly at home there and were able to cook for ourselves easily in the compact but well equipped kitchen space. The apartment was a perfect base for some amazing walks, two (easily more) from the front door, that both seemed magically to end up at the bar by the little Rio Nivandi (from where the apartments presumably get their name) in Espinsma just nearby - thirst quenching cañas of Radler and Ambar flowing nicely!

The house is spacious, the living room is perfect for eating and spending time for 4 people. The beds are new and comfortable. The garage is easily accessible. And the house is right in the center, not far from the beach. Sergio quickly answered all our questions and Pilar gave us a good description of the local restaurants. We'll be back if it's available

A very good experience, very nice and clean apartment, the host's attention is very good, he is very friendly and is very willing to help and make sure you are comfortable but without making you feel rushed or overwhelmed, the truth is that he is great!!

Elena was very friendly, attentive to everything we needed, she gave us a guide of places to visit, the house is just as shown in the pictures, it is really nice, quiet, excellent views from the house, very cozy, recommended to visit, we will definitely be back.

Couple trip with our dog (the one I definitely enjoy it the most) Wonderful surroundings, wonderful service, spectacular facilities, quiet, super safe for the dog to be loose around. Our dog was delighted, he befriended Piston, the dog of the owner of the property and he was left a little bed that he loved. We'll be back without hesitation

We really enjoyed our stay with Marina. Everything was just right and she was always available if needed. It’s a really beautiful location, so peaceful and full of nature.

We were three students who were renting the apartment for a university semester so stayed a total of four and a half months. The apartment is really nice, modern, cosy and spacious. It's a short walk to the most central parts of Santander. Carlos was an attentive host and we had a cleaner come over every couple of weeks, big shout out to Maribelina for being amazing! The only slight difficulty was parking, while there's lots of parking nearby it's hard to find a space and is pay and display except during certain hours of the day. The nearest reliable free parking is about a 10 min walk but here I was always able to find somewhere to park and it really wasn't that much hassle. We had a great stay and would highly recommend.

The apartment is beautiful, ample and bright. It's spotless and nicely decorated. It makes you feel like home. The perfect location, a 5-minute walk from the City Hall. I would always recommend it. We were able to leave the floor on the day of departure after eating, no rush. One detail. Having a fundamental garage. Very grateful.
