We had a great stay at Paula's apartment. It is very pleasant, bright and well located in relation to the city center. Paula is very kind, available and attentive.

Totally recommended, and communication with Eusebio has been fluid, making it accessible at all times. As for the accommodation, the location is quiet and in a very accessible location for most points of interest in the area. The apartment is clean and fully equipped, and is as comfortable as being at home. A plus if you're traveling with a dog. We'll be back!

Silvia is a very friendly and attentive host. Everything was taken care of in detail and of course it matched everything with what was described in the listing. It exceeded our expectations!

It's been a great stay. The flat was clean and tidy. They had the detail to turn the heating on us before arriving which was appreciated because it was very cold on the street, in addition the sheets were winter and there were blankets for the sofa. Regarding the location, it is a very quiet urbanization on the outskirts but very close to the urban nucleus, even for walking. Very good communication, at all times she was aware of us and made very good recommendations. If we were to return to Comillas we would definitely repeat with Luis, it was a pleasure!!

Super located apartment overlooking the sea, very clean and well equipped. The communication with Sandra and Ron and also the reception and instruction on site made the arrival easy. We enjoyed the days in this apartment very much!

Everything was very correct, we felt right at home, nothing was missing. Access to good restaurants, the beach and the promenade... all a minute walk away. The communication by road to know the perfect Cantábra area, dreamy corners. M.Belen is a charm... close, always ready to help and make everything very easy. The possibility of storing the ten car. The apartment is great, all spotless, 2 full bathrooms, 3 double bedrooms, 3 double bedrooms, very large dining room and fully furnished kitchen. And everything super clean. That's how it tastes. Everything is phenomenal. To be done, I'm sure

We had a wonderful four days in this comfortable relaxing apartment. We felt instantly at home there and were able to cook for ourselves easily in the compact but well equipped kitchen space. The apartment was a perfect base for some amazing walks, two (easily more) from the front door, that both seemed magically to end up at the bar by the little Rio Nivandi (from where the apartments presumably get their name) in Espinsma just nearby - thirst quenching cañas of Radler and Ambar flowing nicely!

The house is spacious, the living room perfect for eating and being 4 people. the beds are new and comfortable. The garage is easily accessible. And the house is in the center, nothing from the beach. Sergio quickly answered all our questions and Pilar gave us a good description of the local restoration. We'll be back if you have it available

Upon arrival, I was greeted with a warm welcome and provided me with detailed information about the apartment and the area. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped, up to my expectations. The decor was modern and cozy, which made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The location was ideal, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and work location. Elena is a very good host, she has been attentive at all times to us and our little one, she gave us recommendations for lunch, dinner, etc. The accommodation is very comfortable and familiar, it is a quiet area and there is parking in the surroundings. San Vicente de la Barquera is a place we usually go on vacation and we love its atmosphere and beaches. Recommended.

The apartment is perfect. It is in the centre of Ribadesella but is very quite. You can walk to the centre in one minute. Parking is at the top of the road and there is always a space to find. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. It was spotless clean. The best of all is Isabel. She waited for us to arrive and showed us around the apartment. Isabel gave us lots of information and is a very kind host. We highly recommend Isabel place for anybody wanting to stay in Ribadesella for a holiday.

Maite's place is incredibly beautiful, wonderful views, quiet and close to the village that has everything you need for an unforgettable stay. Beds are super comfy and everything was spotless. We'll be back very safe ❤️

The apartment is beautiful, ample and bright. It's spotless and nicely decorated. It makes you feel like home. The perfect location, a 5-minute walk from the City Hall. I would always recommend it. We were able to leave the floor on the day of departure after eating, no rush. One detail. Having a fundamental garage. Very grateful.
