We stayed here for one week with our 3 kids. The place is beautiful, very quiet yet close to Koper, a animated city (about 10 min by car). It's a good spot to start a trip to one of several beaches (20-30 min), famous caves (30-40 min) or Ljubljana (1h drive) or even hiking in the Triglav area (2h drive). The house itself is very nice, clean and offers everything you need. The kids especially loved the big pool which they could access whenever they wanted. Andreja is very kind and helpful and gave us a lot of great Tips. Thank you very much!

The house has been beautifully updated and decorated. It was nice to have three bedrooms with their own ensuite. Our daughter loved the play area under the stairs and was sad to leave. The house felt very cozy and each room had its own heat control which allowed us all to be comfortable. The main living space is a bit small but we managed. The courtyard was lovely and would be nice to use in the warmer months to provide more living space.

The house is very spacious and really offers plenty of space for several people. The place is manageable (but everything is there for the daily supply) and therefore there is also the opportunity to talk to locals. A car is a must on site. A pool would still be the icing on the cake, but then you would miss the many beautiful coves. The host has thoughtfully thought out and proactively responds or writes. Thanks for the nice time!

I've never been to such a clean place like this – and cleanliness is really the most important thing for me! Everything was sparkling clean and beautiful. The apartment is located in a quiet village, a short walk from a bakery and a pizzeria. Another plus: You can park right outside the door and securely lock the gate. The apartment is perfectly equipped and furnished with so much love and charm, much more beautiful and loving than in the photos. I will definitely try to come back. I recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area. Top service and perfect maintenance!

Francesco and his family are really great, genuine and very pleasant people were very helpful, they made us feel at home. We were in 5 masks to visit to see the race of the covid climbing Castelmonte, the convenient location to reach the track and once we returned after the race we felt in paradise, a beautiful garden, well-kept and above all the roof with a table great for alfresco dinners. We will definitely be back highly recommended.

Gorgeous little house just outside Umag. Two minutes stroll to the sea and a couple of restaurants/beach bars. The house comes with an SUP and two bikes which was great. We drove into Umag most evenings for dinner where there are loads of restaurants, we particularly liked the ones along the sea front. We also drove to Rovinj which is beautiful and Porec. We felt Umag was nicely off the beaten track, away from other busy places in August.

Bernard`s place was amazing! Great location, quiet neigbourhood close to the center. Everything was perfect! Highly reccomended!

We really enjoyed our stay in Piran and at Milka's. The apartment's location is very convenient, close to the centre, restaurants, supermarket, beaches, but a very quiet neigbourhood at the same time. We were welcomed nicely and got plenty of necessary information. The attic bedroom is not really walkable, so bear that in mind, especially if you are tall. We didn't get an umbrella so couldn't enjoy the balcony very much during the day. On the other hand, Milka was very kind and let us stay in the apartment until 15,30 on the day of our departure.

I loved this apartment. It was modern with a lot of space. The location was great. We had a great meal at a restaurant that was in the square over the bridge. Irene was very responsive and helped with all of our questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Silvija and her mother are great hosts. Her mother baked us a wonderful cake and were very generous with parting gifts. I would stay there again!

We stayed for two weeks in the house as a family and we highly recommend it to all! It is fully equipped with everything you may need as a family, to have a very comfortable stay! It has two very spacious bedrooms and very good facilities for laundry and meal preparation. The location is fantastic in the old town of Koper and everything is a short walk away to explore as well as bus and taxi station just a few minutes away! The house was super clean and fully ready for us when we arrived and the hosts welcomed us in the best possible way! Overall a great find and we hope to stay again when we next visit Koper!

We really enjoyed our stay here in Rovinj, the apartment was spacious, clean, bed was comfortable, a/c worked very well, beautiful balcony to relax on, used the bikes to go adventuring along the coast (amazing), gated vehicle parking. The old town center is about 20-25 minute walk, close beaches are about 15-20 minute walk (5-10 min by bike), checking out the rest of the beaches and rock ledges along the coast was a entire day bike ride (highlight of our stay here)! Romina was super whenever we needed something, highly recommend this place if you are staying in Rovinj!

Had a lovely stay here, great location you can walk down soome steps 5 mins go the waterfront either restaurants etc. in Portorose. Or can take the bus that takes 10 mins to Piran! If you have lots of luggage, definitely worth staying here and day tripping into Piran. Peaceful and nice view from the apartment. Owner was super friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Apartment itself was really nice, well maintained and clean. Provided a crib and high chair, which was great. Would definitely recommend!

We had a beautiful and relaxing week exploring lovely Rovinj. The apartment was comfortable and very central. We went for walks every day - always seeing something new - and never needed to drive anywhere. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful and very thoughtful about our comfort. We would love to come back!

Very beautiful view! Location was amazing and it was very spacious! The shower was easy for us since we are younger couple we just used it as a bath as it was intended we were out most of the time sightseeing anyway so don’t base your entire stay and reviews complaining about a bath if you’re younger and able. Could be a tad tricky for elderly but other than that I’d say it was close to everything. It wasn’t loud and very cozy! Good energy in the space.

We stayed for three days in this beautiful apartment. Gabriele and Valentina were perfect in everything! Order, cleanliness, friendliness and availability are the order of the day. Highly recommend.

Mu. Joe. Gun. Go here. It's 5-10 minutes from Santa Lucia Station, and there are a lot of restaurants and souvenir shops nearby. And also close to the waterbus stop to Rialto. It's really the best place to stay here. It's so nice to be on the first floor, and the host is so kind. The house is well lit, and the radiator works well, so we stayed so warm. I want to come to Venice again, but I also want to sleep here. I couldn't get to San Marco for New Year's Eve, but Santa Lucia Station is close, so I remember gathering together on the bridge in front of it and throwing firecrackers. He also recommended restaurants. It was a beautiful and comfortable house in many ways. How cute the host's dog is..: (I met him by accident, but he must like people very much. It was so nice to get stuck with me. You can get hit 100 times. Anyway, the location is awesome, and it's really nice that it's on the first floor. It's so good.
