Best staying I’ve experienced with Airbnb. The apartment was spotless and the host though of everything. You even have special charger for outside of EU. The Dyson vacuum cleaner helped us a lot maintaining cleaningsness. Also, Drew is a truly dedicated person, helping you with all you may need.

It was very clean and tidy, we had trouble finding the entrance, it was hard to reach because the contact number was not shared but the house was spotless, it was very peaceful

We are very satisfied. The house is more beautiful than it looks. Everything was as described and helped us a lot.

Andrea is a fantastic host. She was super helpful and flexible. The location is a bit far from the centre but it's very close to a metrobus station. We visited Istanbul for a furniture fair which was at a walking distance so we didn't mind the location. The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities you may need.

It already seemed perfect, but in reality it was even more perfect, it definitely exceeded our expectations!The house is beautiful, large, very clean, with attention to detail. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to feel at home and even more,the bathroom is perfect, excellent shower, hot water without problems, bedroom equipped with every comfort, air conditioning both in the living room and in the bedroom, washing machine, clothes rack, towels, soaps. There is a large TV in the living room. The whole house is super bright, divided into two floors. The surrounding area is very quiet, a nice place, safe and pleasant, there is a very close shopping center with cafes, restaurants, ATMs, supermarket, everything you might need. There is a small comfortable outdoor space. It's easy to find transportation and taxis. The host is friendly and helpful. You will want to live in this house, do not waste any more time, for us it will always be in our heart. Thank you

We had a great stay thanks to Salim. He welcomed us very warmly and accompanied us throughout our stay. He even sent us transportation from the airport to the apartment for our arrival and departure.

We were so happy here. The place is comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully appointed. Location in Balat is steps away from cafes, restaurants, and shops. Really felt like we were part of the neighborhood. Highly recommend Riza's home.

We had a wonderful time in this house, it felt homely and cosy. As it is winter, it was always warm inside and comfortable. There were lots of children playing in the streets which was lovely, as they became friends with our son. Also lots of cats roaming around, which our son also loved. Oskan’s niece, Merve, hosted us and she was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout our trip. A beautiful house, in a full of life part of the city!

The host is very responsible during the stay, and we are okay with everything

Everything was spotless, no problem with cleanliness The hot water in the bathroom is a little nuisance, but it was warm. The house was very hot on these cold days. Everything was enough. There is nothing missing, there is nothing dirty, you can stay with peace of mind.

Great detailed thinking, we stayed for a week and they thought about every single thing that anybody needed to stay. We saw comments about insect issues but faced nothing. Thanks for the cozy vibe.

Great view from the balcony and living room (the windows were a bit dirty though). Great access to public transport, everything was perfect, washing machine, dish washer, large fridge, tv, furniture and everything you would need to make a dinner.

Thank you Mr. Nuri for everything. It was a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Our host approached every question positively and result-oriented. It was very good in terms of location. The metro was next to the neighborhood, and if you came with your car, there was an indoor parking lot. Places such as markets and fast food were within walking distance. We will definitely prefer Mr. Nuri for our next stay.

The apartment is gorgeous with beautiful views from the 22nd floor facing east. You can litteraly see the asian side of istanbul from the balcony and enjoy the morning sunrise. Despite the summer time, it is very breezy in the evening. The apartment is very well equipped and the owner Anas was excellent in communication and solving some minor problems. You can easily accommodate 5 people: " 2 adults and 3 children" as the bunker bed has a pull out bed which was nice. We would suggest to have at least two outdoor chairs in the balcony to enjoy the views. Also, the children bedroom does not have an AC, but is was not a big problem as the children left the door open while sleeping. The area is very safe with security at the entrance of each tower. Parking was not included in the booking, but you can find plenty of spots in the street. There is a hotel next to the building that offers breakfast for 400 turkish lira which was ok. We would definitely come back.
