The apartment is clean and well-maintained, with renovation. Matches photos. All promised amenities were provided. The area is quiet and peaceful, there were no problems with the neighbors. Despite the quiet neighborhood, all the main locations are within walking distance: a store, two shopping and entertainment centers, access to the seafront, a metro line and a bunch of clothing stores and restaurants. The host himself, Mr. Burak, is very welcoming and friendly. Helped with check-in. Was very respectful and accommodating in all matters regarding check-in and check-out. I was happy with the arrival, the price was a pleasant surprise. I recommend staying in this apartment, both for single people and families. I hope to come back here again.

It is 150 meters away from the nearest means of transportation.

The apartment is located in an excellent location, cafes and restaurants nearby. It is quite spacious. I love the fact that tgere is a balcony with a good view. That being said, there is some smell in the kitchen, but the owner is transparent about that so we're okay. But it needs to be fixed though. The other thing is that the there is nothing to use in the kitchen, like spices, or somethinv that when we needed to cook, we have to but several spices to cook. Other then that, it is an excellent apartment for family of 4

Enes place is great. Great location. Public transportation is just a 5 min walk. Small supermarket across the street and a big supermarket just a 15' walk inside a big nice mall. The outdoor market is excellent , only on sundays and is a 10 min walk uphill. Enes is quick to respond and is always ready to help you or provide you with assistance.

We were able to check in pretty quickly, it's easy enough to get to the property. Chris is a responsive host. You can relax here.

It already looked perfect, but in reality it was even more so, it definitely exceeded our expectations!The house is beautiful, large, very clean, with attention to the smallest details. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to feel at home and even more, the bathroom is perfect, great shower, hot water without problems, bedroom equipped with every comfort, air conditioning both in the living room and in the bedroom, washing machine, drying rack, towels, soaps. In the living room there is a large TV. The whole house is super bright, it is divided into two floors. The surrounding area is very quiet, a nice place, safe and pleasant, there is a shopping mall nearby with cafes, restaurants, ATMs, supermarket, everything you might need. There is a small comfortable outdoor space. It's easy to find transportation and taxis. The host is kind and helpful. You will want to live in this house, don't waste any more time, it will always be in our hearts. Thank you

This place is a stunning turquoise-colored building, perfect for hosting a large group comfortably. Everything inside is brand new, fresh, and designed with real thoughtfulness—it’s a joy to stay here. The location is fantastic, right near the heart of Balat in Istanbul, surrounded by local sights, charming streets, and just steps from the Bosphorus. Some of the rooms even have views of the water, which is absolutely beautiful. Couldn’t ask for a better spot for a group trip.

Georgia’s place was in a fantastic location to walk to all the local highlights in old town Istanbul and even over the bridges to the newer town. It was a safe and quiet neighborhood with grocery stores and restaurants close by. The house was large, and had just what we needed for our stay and was a welcome break from hotels. The hosts were quick to reply to any questions we had.

We had a wonderful time in this house, it felt homely and cosy. As it is winter, it was always warm inside and comfortable. There were lots of children playing in the streets which was lovely, as they became friends with our son. Also lots of cats roaming around, which our son also loved. Oskan’s niece, Merve, hosted us and she was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout our trip. A beautiful house, in a full of life part of the city!

Haci is an excellent host, very friendly and cleared all our doubts, made us feel at home. The home has an unbeatable location near the metro and tram that connects you to the best spots in Istanbul. It was very clean in a very quiet area, the apartment has everything you need and more for a very pleasant stay and close to everything.

Great view from the balcony and living room (the windows were a bit dirty though). Great access to public transport, everything was perfect, washing machine, dish washer, large fridge, tv, furniture and everything you would need to make a dinner.
