Sophie is a fantastic host who gave great clear instructions and was very responsive to all messages. The house was great for the 6 adults and 2 kids. A beautiful garden and short walk to the beach made this the ideal place for our chill summer holiday.

We really enjoyed our time at the property. We loved the space around the house. We spent most of our time in the kitchen or on the front deck. Nice indoor outdoor flow. Beautiful views of nature. We were mostly at festival so enjoyed coming back to the property to relax, recharge. The bathrooms had everything you need, good shower pressure too. I would highly recommend this property as it was very spacous for a group of 6. Saskia was really good to liase with, easy comms. Thanks team for a enjoyable weekend at your airbnb.

This fabulous little place is just steps from the beach. Beautifully decorated with everything you could possibly need during your stay. Lots of great hikes and restaurants just a short drive away. Glenn was so helpful and very responsive. We didn’t want to leave. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Glenn 🙃

What a beautiful home. Thank you to Rebecca for hosting my team and I for our annual get together. The house had plenty of room for meeting spaces, beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed. The outside areas were just fantastic and the pool provided some welcome cooling after an afternoon of meetings. Couldn’t recommend it more. Rebecca was very accomodating to us. Thank you!

Our family of four was seeking a secluded retreat where we could pause, unwind, and recharge—Yana's home was the perfect place. Perched high on a hill, it offered breathtaking ocean views while nestled in the tranquil rural mountains, surrounded by the soothing sounds of nature. The pool, trampoline, and spa kept our 13- and 11-year-olds happily entertained. Every comfort had been thoughtfully provided, from a high-end coffee machine and excellent Wi-Fi to luxurious linens and a quality TV and sound system. The retreat is just a few minutes from town, close to all the regular tourist 'must-sees'. Our four-night stay was absolutely perfect. Thank you, Yana!

Nicola went above and beyond for me and my friends for my 40th birthday. The house has so much character and so much to do. The tennis court and swimming pool were an added bonus on top of everything else. The house had everything we needed. Great place for everyone to enjoy.

We loved our stay. The house was large and comfortable. We loved the pool. The house is in park like grounds with a beautiful view. The location is perfect for a holiday.

A private space with a huge covered deck meant that we could relax, eat or read even when raining. We were spoiled with chocolate, juice, water bottles and a wide variety of coffees. We stayed 3 nights and had everything we needed. Comfortable bed with beautiful linen. Easy walking distance to supermarket and shops. The beach is just over the road. We appreciated that our dog was allowed. Fully fenced section. Food bowl, doggie toilet bags and an old towel to dry him were also supplied. This place is amazing.

The Woolshed is a gorgeous, peaceful and cosy space. The location is the perfect balance of lovely countryside yet still close enough to easily access the gorgeous Papamoa Beach and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed for our holiday. Beach is close by and amazing - went swimming daily. The local shops are a quick walk & have excellent food, coffee & ice cream (which the kids greatly enjoyed). The house was very comfy and clean with a great outside area. The neighbourhood is very quiet and family friendly. Would highly recommend this place for a quiet beach holiday!
