We had a nice time there. The host was very quick to respond and very friendly. Photos came across with reality. Wonderfully enjoyed the hot tub and nice that we had our own entrance. We just missed something from napkins at breakfast and maybe handy a paper towel in the cottage.

Nice quiet place with plenty of privacy. Breakfast breakfast was good and tasty. Den Bosch is easily accessible by public transport.

Great hosts with a lovely house. Everything was as described and nothing was too much trouble. Everything was explained in detail and the hosts were quick to respond with any queries we had.

This falls into the "small but nice" category! The space is not too big, but that was already clear in advance. However, everything was present and we had a great time and slept well. The sauna and hot tub were very relaxed and we enjoyed it. The hosts were quick to respond to messages in advance, but there was nothing too much during the stay.

Me and my partner spent a weekend in the Pipowagen! The experience was amazing, we spent a couple of evenings around the fire looking at stars (very romantic experience). I would also reccomend to use the hothub. The Pipowagen is simply an incredible accomodation, that merges a magic atmosfere with all the comfort you need for your stay! Cees is very kind and attentive! The hospitality was great. Thanks Cees for the wonderful weekend!

Great house highly recommended will visit again

We had a nice stay. Everything was clean and well cared for. Communication went smoothly. We received a warm welcome and greatly enjoyed it. Hot tub and surrounding area was a favorite. Definitely recommended!

Great and comfortabel place beautifully decorated fully matching the description and photos. Very easy to communicate with the hosts who are very responsive. Hosts asked us if we would like some Christmas decoration as we stayed here over Christmas period which was very appreciated. Will definitely stay here again.

A very comfortable stay! We hadn't realised the couch/sitting area was in one of the bedrooms. Which is not necessarily a problem and probably only relevant on winter.

Nice host, we had a nice stay. Accommodation a little expensive but good quality services. Since the hot bath is heated by a wood-burning fireplace, it allows for a short delay before being able to swim.

A very pleasant welcome, with a small tour. All the adjustments that were made for me and consultation were well arranged. As agreed, a short app contact from time to time and also an exciting acnefiet was solved acutely, with humor🫢🤣! Also enjoyed the bath!! The delivery also went volt and hassle-free. Nothing but nothing was disappointing for me. We have enjoyed optimally for 2 weeks!!!! For me, the low stimulant environment and nature around Groesbeek were very healing. Highly recommended for bon vivants!!

I've had many cottages in the Netherlands in the price range and this one was one of the best. Check-in was easy and flexible via a key box, you could park in front of the property and in the grounds of the holiday park there are dozens of leisure activities such as mini golf or a small zoo. The rooms were all clean, the kitchen well equipped (oven!) and the beds were the best I've ever had at an airbnb: really cozy and large blankets. We had no problems with the heater or the like (unlike many other houses). I would use the house again anytime, great recommendation!
