The property has an excellent location, small quiet village around Besançon. We were hosted very well by Bastien. The interior is really impeccable, very well decorated and arranged. We had a great time in Avignon.

Lots of lovely walks and activities within 30 km. Super well-equipped studio, with the exception of the Wifi which was weak. We had a very pleasant stay. Friendly and discreet host.

Jean Michel's house is a haven of peace between Doubs and Jura and, during our week-long family vacation (with dog), we felt very good there! What a pleasure to spend evenings by the stove in the large living room upstairs, or to visit the rich surroundings of Champagne-sur-Loue! This is an excellent place for a few days of relaxation - exactly what we wanted. Small but has everything we needed including a small private garden for the dog. Christine was really friendly and helpful. View of the falls from the garden was great and we loved seeing kingfishers there. Its as loud as you would expect but the glazing does a great job of making that minimal at night. We enjoyed our stay and would use it again

A dream stay in a very pretty house, spacious and comfortable, where we spent a few days with family (large) in the heart of winter. From the decoration to the useful products and equipment for a pleasant arrival, everything testifies to a sense of delicate hospitality in every detail. We received warm hospitality, enhanced with tips to enjoy the charms of the region. Walks from the house or by car within 20 or 30 kilometers are splendid. A big thank you to Valerie for this exceptional experience!

Vincent was an excellent communicator from the beginning until the end. He always responded quickly to messages and addressed any needs we had immediately. We had a group of three adults and two kids and the place was perfect. We also hosted a dinner with local friends one night and there were plenty of chairs and table space for all.

Everything was PERFECT. The tiny house really has everything you need, clean, cozy. And the surrounding environment is very soothing. We had our cat with us and he spent his week out safely, with no roads nearby. Recommended+++

Gite as described , well equipped and convenient for children (closed outdoor space, games ) . Nice rooms, spacious living areas and with the sun opportunities to enjoy a very nice terrace. only downside: despite the proximity to the village it is difficult to walk there, the departmental is very busy and without any surroundings or paths.

Very good stay at Carmelo's. The cottage was as described and the countryside location near the city and services is a big plus. Beautiful soothing landscape seen from the windows of the cottage especially on the Doubs. The welcome is friendly and the hosts are very attentive. We came with a 2-year-old baby and everything was simple and it was a good temperature in the apartment (February). So we should come back because we have family in Besançon and this cottage is ideal as a base for a pleasant stay.
