Very well received while we had arrived late in the evening, very well-equipped apartment for 5 people. Our weekend went wonderfully thanks to the proximity to various activities such as the beach, casino and restaurants. It would be a pleasure to come back, whether with friends or family!

We were looking for a quiet place while staying close to the center and this apartment meets all the criteria. The garden is a real plus. The kids also loved their cozy little room. A very spacious and quiet apartment, just a 10-minute walk from a large shopping center and 20 minutes from the city center. Spotlessly clean and fully equipped.

We had a very enjoyable stay in the apartment. Close to the sea and cosy for a family of four, very well equipped and really useful to have private parking.

Spacious and bright, comfortable and well equipped apartment with quiet "typical " street views (living room dining / kitchen) and leafy courtyard (bedroom. A few minutes walk from the train station, shops and restaurants, the port and the fish market – also close to Deauville... My stay coinciding with the American Film Festival, I was able to go to the various "words" by braving the elements with the steps of shopping... It's very simple... I had no desire to leave...!

We stayed one night in Rouen, 4, at this place. Great location and very functional location. Kitchen equipped with essentials (salt, oil etc.). Nothing to say. Very amazing bathroom!

Ideal location and suitable accommodation for a WE with friends in Deauville-Trouville. All places of interest within walking distance. Thanks to Sonia for her responsiveness, as well as to Sylvie for her availability over the weekend. We'll be happy to go back!

Very good stay. Some difficulties with access because the GPS led us to the gate entrance to the subdivision. But once the other entrance was found, everything went smoothly. House in quiet development

Townhouse/village can't be better located in the town hall square, so very easy to find. The welcome, very accommodating with our schedules, was efficient, relaxed and embellished with nice little touches. Our stay then went very well: the house is very convenient: kitchen, bathroom and living room are well stocked; a special mention for the bedroom located on the back, spacious and extremely quiet, in which we slept like dormitories under a nice big duvet! There is no problem parking and the small convenience store is a 1-minute walk away perfectly with a nice range of hours. Finally, Mathilde has always been very responsive and clear in her explanations and recommendations. We can only recommend this place and keep it in our favorites for an upcoming getaway in the Perche!

Beautiful house from the turn of the century, very pleasant to live in even in winter. We immediately felt at home. We were able to live a few " timeless " days with the family for the Christmas period. It is ideally located in relation to downtown Houlgate and to go for a short walk to the sea. We'll be happy to go back. Magali is a very nice and available host. Thanks to her! We'll be happy to go back

This charming house is very pleasant and well located. Both quiet and close to shops, it is ideal for enjoying Trouville and its surroundings.

We stayed in Thomas's apartment for a week. Enjoyed the tasteful decor. Very special in such an area as the former Grand Hotel. Within 50m you are with your feet in the sand and the sea. Houlgate has captured our heart with its atmosphere, really French, the shops and restaurants, was a party. Surroundings are also definitely worth a visit. The apartment is lovely to stay in even on a rainy day. We can definitely recommend this.

We spent 1 night in the accommodation everything was spotless, clean, well arranged and clear accommodation. Everything you need is on and around the property. Noémie and Sébastien were available and responsive to our welcoming and warm requests. Nothing to say everything was perfect 👍

This is a great find in Honfleur, really good location for the harbour and a beautiful view. We didn’t spend much time in the apartment as we ate all our meals in the local restaurants, all of which are fabulous! Josette kindly left us a welcome basket of treats and cider and water in the fridge which was very much appreciated. You can see so much while sitting on the sofa, of the park and the entrance to the harbour, if you stand at the balcony you can see the ferris wheel across the water. When my father wanted to rest in the apartment I went and sat in the park opposite to read under a tree. I slept in the bottom bunk and my father had the double bed and we both slept really well, the mattresses were perfect. Good to have a check out with the concierge so she could see all was well. I left my sandals, my fault, and will get them when I return to the apartment on my next visit!

A big thank you to Eline and Michel for a great 2 night stay. The accommodation is great, completely redone, very well furnished, tastefully decorated, very well located, very clean with a magnificent view. We appreciated the clean windows (this is not the case for all waterfront homes unfortunately...) and the electric roller shutters. The bed is comfortable, with a large wardrobe for clothes, and room to store empty suitcases. We will be back with great pleasure, we who like to stay off-season by the sea. In addition, Eline and Michel are responsive when needed, and very attentive;) We enjoyed it! Indeed, you have to walk up 4 floors because there is no elevator, it is mentioned in the listing, but the stairs are wide enough to pass with your luggage, and the view is worth the candle.:)) so feel free to make this little effort, if health allows you of course:))
