Gorgeous Suite in the Center of Berlin

This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. One of us is always available online. In case you need any kind of help, please don't hesitate to let us know and feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to help! Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

A quiet and harmonious little haven located in the hip Helmholtz kiez in Prenzlauerberg. With two balconies, high ceilings and original wooden flooring, modern kitchen, tasteful decor and all the modern conveniences you could need, it's a perfect little oasis and contrast to the buzz of ample restaurants, cafes and markets it's surrounded by. Alexanderplatz and Hauptbahnhof are a short tram ride away. Kollwitzkiez, Mauerpark (and markets) are within walking distance.

Cute flat between Tegel and City Center

Hey there! The apartment is located 5min by foot from the metro/tram station Osloer Strasse. There’s plenty of amazing street food around as well as some fantastic bars and restaurants (just ask me if you need recommendations!). The flat features a double bed as well as a sofa bed the size of a double bed. You are free to use all appliances in the kitchen and bathroom. Looking forward to hosting you in Berlin! Berlin Mitte with a View

Hello, this is Alexander. This luxury flat has a real story. Built in the 90's , it was for a few years the flat of an international artist. Also one of the oldest AirBnB here ! 85 square meters with 2,70 meters of ceiling heights with a direct view on our „Eiffel tower“, Berlin TV tower. My furniture are a mix of German vintage, vintage and contemporary (flat screen with Apple TV) and I try to the same level of confort than in a hotel.
