Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Berlin/Brandenburg Metropolitan Region

We spent New Year at Margit & Heiko’s place and it was the perfect place for a small group to getaway. The house is large and comfortable but it still felt cosy and warm. The bed (and the sofa bed) are really comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and there are nice areas to sit and eat or watch films. We especially enjoyed the attention to detail that made us feel at home like the bottle of wine they left for us, plenty of clean towels and some Christmas decorations :)

Central location but still very quiet. Good value for money, would stay there again!

What a magical place in nature with beautiful architecture. We can not wait to come back. The sauna is a great addition. Thanks to Gunar and Sabine for being lovely hosts

Erikah’s Waldhaus was wonderful, we enjoyed very much our winter short holiday, the house was great and the forest in the backyard is stunning, the village is calm and beautiful, Erikah was a great, generous and super responsive host, I highly recommend and hopefully will return:)

The house is cozy, warm, and very clean. Our host was incredibly helpful and even took me to town for grocery shopping, which was much appreciated. The location is beautiful, with a scenic forest path leading to the lake just a 10-minute walk away. I highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming retreat!

The place was fantastically beautiful and met all expectations. The location is central and everything is easily accessible. We had a very nice time and Andrea was a great host. We'll be happy to come back.

The place is magical and the house is extremely beautiful and so spacious. It has everything you need, and is extremely comfortable. There is a very beautiful garden. We would love to stay here again, and even make a trip here for that purpose. Nina was extremely helpful. She baked bread for us on two nights, and when our daughter was hospitalised she helped us out a lot at the hospital. We are so grateful to her! Thank you so much Nina.

The apartment is beautiful, clean, well kept and located in a wonderful location close to restaurants, bars, and convenient transit options. Alexander was a friendly and responsive host who went above and beyond compared to other hosts. It is the perfect spot for a couple to enjoy time in Berlin.

Joerg's place was very cozy and homey. It was ideally located and we enjoyed our stay very much!

Communications with Caroline were great. Location was great - secure, yet with easy access to anywhere you'd want to visit. Close to shop and markets. Amenities for cooking, bathroom etc. were more than adequate - brand new dishwasher and washing machine . . . but the topper was the decor. Caroline calls it 'Stylish'. I call it a very tasteful , eclectic/minimalist design - my initial comment was, "Wow!"

Our trip was amazing. The place is cozy and very pleasant to stay. It contains the necessary and the host is very responsive if you need extras. A beautiful garden is also available e.g. To drink the morning coffee outside, which is very neat. We totally recommand this place!

Beautiful apartment with perfect bed you dont wanna get out of. Communication with Nathalie was perfect and she was always ready to help us. Only downside is the location, but we knew what we were getting into + the public transport is not that far away which is convenient :)

We arrived for the Berlinale and stayed in Frank’s apartment. Everything was great — the apartment fully matched the description. It’s spacious, cozy, full of natural light. Very well designed and decorated. Transportation was great, and it was easy for us to get to the different Berlinale venues. Frank was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!

The apartment is a dream and looks exactly the same as in the photos. It is very cozy and well furnished and equipped. The location is very central and the center of Berlin is within walking distance. Particularly noteworthy is the bed in which you sleep like on clouds, and the absolute quiet location of the apartment. Underground parking completes the package perfectly. Simon is extremely nice and accommodating as a host and was always available for questions. We are happy that we were allowed to be his guests and would come back at any time.

The apartment is a real gem in Berlin. The living-dining room is magnificent and very spacious. Great views of the water. The nearest tram stop is not far away and you can quickly get to downtown by S-Bahn. I will definitely be staying there again.

Stayed at the Airbnb for one night. Airbnb was very clean, everything was as described. Good for short and longer stays!

We loved the Apartment and our stay in Berlin. It was very easy to get from the airport to the apartment (S9 train) and the apartment was beautiful , with very unique and interesting design details. The apartment was within walking distance to many sights (such as museum island) or any easy subway ride (stop right outside apartment) to others (Brandenburg Gate). Highly Recommend to others who would like to visit Berlin
