The house is located in a unique historic village. Definitely go for a walk through the village . The location is great to discover the Versace valley and Lago Maggiore. The historic has been nicely renovated . All the essentials were present. It is a small and cozy house and it was perfect for us as a family for 4 nights ( 2 adults , 1 toddler, 1 dog). You can have dinner outside looking out over the valley. There is a great restaurant located next to the house. It has to be noted that parking was difficult. There is no dedicated parking for the house. One night we had to park 10 minutes down the road. Also, you have to go down quite a few steps to get to the house. Which might a challenge for less mobile people. We also struggled to find the place on the day of our arrival. The location on Airbnb is a few 100 meters off and it seems like all houses are called Rustico. However, Davide was very responsive and showed us in the right direction. Overall we had a great stay.

The house of Barbora is located in a pastoral village of Walenstadt on the hill with a magnificent view of the valley and the lake. It is huge, comprises of three floors with a fully equipped kitchen, multiple bedrooms, two bathrooms and the cherry on the cream -- the gym and the sauna, both of them we enjoyed each day of our stay after the tracks near the lake, skiing and sledging. You have all that you need including a variety of products, games for children, dishes, and even snow equipment in the backyard. Barbora is super nice and attentive, always available for all your needs and questions, she helped us with how to get instructions after the late flight and met us with welcome gifts and food for dinner and even breakfast. The bus stop is next to the house gate and it takes 17 minutes to get to the city. The region is full of ski lifts, trails and attractions. What an amazing house Ivana has. Outside beautiful, easily accessible, private outdoor seating area. Inside, all expectations go above and beyond. We enjoyed the house, the surroundings and the delicious apple pie.

Very nice house with amazing views.

Spent two weeks in this lovely house. For us steep stairs and private room located outside of the building was OK, so no complains. Huge winner of the house is its location, close to the great bouldering in Brione as well as fantastic hiking that you can start straight of the house. The view is gorgeous and the village is quite and charming with all rustic style buildings. Would definitely recommend for active people who value great views and the nature nearby. Restaurant with delicious food is for sure a must visit :) Grazie Enrico !!! And see you soon I hope :)

Zeno is very helpful, and responds quickly. the property was as described. In a lovely location, it's about a 5 minute walk from the parking, there are steep stairs on the walk. The house itself was specious and comfortable.

since we were already here last year, of course we already knew everything. For us, the few days were very relaxing again and we would come back anytime. the apartment is spread over 3 floors but that did not bother us. also that no TV is available, we can only see as an advantage. Sometimes away from everyday life and all the luxury stuff. There are plenty of other possibilities in Ticino. That's luxury enough. Thank you, gladly again.

Great, centrally located studio in Flims, which is very stylishly furnished and very clean. Roland is also easily accessible at all times and very friendly. We had a great time!

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos and the area is pleasantly quiet. The kitchen is super equipped and the bed very comfortable. Katrin and Thomas are great hosts, they were always available for our questions and went out of their way to set up the apartment for our baby. We'll be happy to come back.

Oliver's apartment is highly recommended! We felt very comfortable😊. Location The location is great! Skiing: the bus stops at the front door and takes 1 minute to the cable cars in Flims. In the afternoon you can still sunbathe on the balcony. 🌞 Facilities Especially the kitchen is really well furnished. No cheap materials have been used. Top appliances, great finishes and comfortable furniture in the apartment. You can see small signs of wear every now and then, but totally ok and so it's much more sustainable💯. The children's room was smaller than expected, but still totally cosy. Additional 🧖🏼‍♀️ The swimming pool and sauna are right in the annex. The use is - once you understand it (everything is explained and the residents of Casa Caglims are super nice and helpful) - pleasant and soothing. You'll also have the sauna to yourself. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The house has stunning views over Locarno, Ascona and the lake. Wonderful for a few days off.

We spent 3 days on New Year's Eve 2025. Three families with kids. We had a great time. Lara welcomed us warmly at check-in and gave us all the directions to better manage the house, including a stove, jacuzzi and Finnish tub. Clean and complete environments. Super equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Spotless and comfortable rooms. Various children's games and books for moments of relaxation; availability of Sky, Netflix and Disney+. Wood and barbecue available. Priceless view of Lake Como from one side and the mountain on the other side. Great location: quite isolated to be quiet and not to bother anyone but still 5 minutes from the center of the village; less than 10 minutes away we found a very well-stocked shopping center. Really great and recommended experience, to try again in summer with the possibility of also using the outdoor pool. GREAT

Apartment was very good,very clean and warm like at home. The ownes very friendly,they give as something from the farm for free and they respond you for everything. I have it a bad luck because was raining every day but still the place was beautiful. I recommend it.

We were blown away by Laura’s place. From the moment we arrived we felt at home. The view of the lake and mountains is just stunning. We didn’t want to leave!

This was an absolutely perfect stay. Christian is an outstanding host and we could not be happier. This was perfect for two couples and the lake view is spectacular. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice, older house, quietly located. Everything you need, well-equipped and clean kitchen. Huge garden with various sun loungers, hammocks, toys for children, barbecue and pizza oven and a beautiful view. The pizzas from the pizza oven in the garden tasted delicious. The communication with the host worked flawlessly, we always got a quick response to questions. We felt very comfortable.

Maya's house is rustic, very quiet and well-equipped. The bathroom and kitchen are well equipped, large shower with plenty of water pressure. The beds are large and comfortable. The house sits on the edge of a mountain village and - which is especially pleasant in nice weather - lots of sunlight throughout the day! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Seraina's apartment is in the old family-Engadinerhaus, on the first floor with a closed, fen-Austrian veranda. Finely renovated and tastefully equipped for 4 persons. Kitchen well furnished, location in Chamuech with Volg/Beck within walking distance, bus behind the house, Great garden with toys and barbecue area. Sparkling clean and good contact, trouble-free check-in. We would love to stay here again! And don't forget: dogs are welcome- thank you:)

We were in the ski holidays right now. It was beautiful, we all felt very comfortable in the apartment. It had everything we needed and the location is great. A few steps to the bus stop and then in less than 1.5 km at the gondola, great. Andrea is very friendly, warm and straightforward.

The house sleeps 4 people and is very well located as you can easily walk to the nearest grocery store as well as the beach. The car can always be easily parked in the 2 private parking spaces of which one is covered. The beach has plenty of trees and therefore enough shade. The beachfront restaurant sells delicious pizza and other food. The place is very nice for walking and we were even lucky enough to have a city festival.

My husband and I were super happy with the place. Great location with views of the great mountains. Breakfast on the terrace with mountain views. Starting point for great hikes. Nice uncomplicated hosts. And the apartment is great. We would definitely go back.

A nice little house directly on the lake. Pure relaxation with sauna and enough space for four to sit on the sofa. You are quickly in the city or in the mountains and various shopping facilities are available nearby. Lovingly decorated and cozy. Very nice contact and impeccable communication.
