This is a great place to stay for those looking to spend a few days in Munich touring. Fabian's home is 10 minute walk to Marienplatz which is the center of the city. His home is a few minutes walk to great restaurants, bars, grocery stores, etc. Fabian was an excellent host as he was a quick communicator, very accomodating, and so kind!

Great. Just a shame that there was no wifi but otherwise everything was as described and Florian is a very accommodating host!

My wife and I come to Germany nearly every year. This is where we will always stay in Munich. The location within 100 yards of a tram stop makes it an excellent location, but there is also a supermarket with a five minute walk and plenty of other restaurants that are outside of the tourist area. The kitchen was fully stocked, which we needed since we had to eat in on Christmas night. The washer/dryer unit is always helpful in Europe too. I highly recommend this apartment.

Daniela’s apartment felt like a home away from home! Beautiful & peaceful surroundings, absolute beauty and lovely views of Ammersee lake! Comfortable bed linen, high quality kitchenware and most importantly nice setup of home. Board games and Tv with Netflix made dark evening nicer and better. We had a fantastic stay at Nicci's apartment for a week. It was simply wonderful. The apartment was impeccably clean, and the view of Lake Tegernsee was absolutely breathtaking! The thoughtful touches, like the fridge stocked with local beer and treats, were much appreciated. Nicci’s warm communication, her generosity made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. She went above and beyond. The location was perfect, with bakeries and restaurants just steps away, and easy access to hiking trails. We felt completely at home and can't wait to return! We highly recommend her place!

Had a wonderful stay with Sophia. Friendly and helpful but not intrusive. Chickens on the farm laid my breakfast for me! home made jams … bread service if required. The appartment is really well equipped and everything is in good condition with lots of homely touches to make sure you enjoy your stay. We will definitely be booking again! Cornelia's place was absolutely beautiful! Such gorgeous decorations and intimate small touches everywhere. Lots of lovely antiques and small figurines paired with modern fixtures. Cornelia was so friendly and helpful as well! She showed a passion for her home, and that made it even better to stay in a place that is so well loved and cared for by the owner! She showed me around the entire house which really helped, and she has a great book with suggestions for food and places nearby. The home has so much space for a large family or group, and everything in it is new and beautiful! The house has everything you could need from washer/dryer, hairdryer, shampoo, towels, blankets, piano, games, bikes, ping-pong and more! The location of the home is ideal for Starnberg visiting, and the visitors center in town can provide a map with additional city features and hikes to take. It was a perfect location for our family, and we will definitely be back! I highly recommend this home!

Maria was very proactive about reaching us before our stay and explaining all the details and answering our questions. Location is really great, it is our second time in Rottach-Egern and we really loved it. House was really clean, but we have found out the covered areas like under the sofa and behind the doors were actually not cleaned very well. we didn't make it a big deal but it is just a suggestion check the cleaning people. There is nothing in the kitchen like salt, oil, coffee, basically you need to be really prepared before you come there. There are a lot of supermarkets around the house so although it would be convenient to have the basics at home, we didn't have any issue. I really recommend the house to families as the whirlpool outside and the garden were really fun with the kids.

We are still thrilled with the beautiful chalet where we felt completely comfortable. Everything was perfect: clean, well equipped and prepared with so much love. As a family, we enjoyed our time there. The location is great, and with the great weather we were really lucky – it snowed over Christmas, and the kids were able to enjoy the Winter Wonderland to the fullest. The sun has also spoiled us, and there is so much to discover in the area. We are particularly grateful for Sebastian's valuable tips, thank you for the helpful and communicative support.

Super good location, as an exit for many hikes. Easy to reach by public transport, but the bus from Kochel station only runs once an hour(but also easily on the holidays). Basics like oil and spices were also available in the kitchen. Everything was as described in the accommodation, check-in was very relaxed :)

The stay was very pleasant and we enjoyed our time in Fischbachau very much:) We were a larger group and rented both apartments together, which was absolutely no problem.

Rainer was extremely helpful with all of my needs and adjustments. He was generous with tips and ideas for experiencing the local environment. He was kind with changes in my schedule, which was not to be automatically to be expected, given the Christmas holiday period when I rented. I would definitely like to return, and I will (reluctantly!) recommend this sacred place to others who might appreciate its many rare qualities. The setting is second-to-none, and Rainer is even moreso. One of the top places I have ever rented on this site.

We stayed with Dagmar and her husband for a short stay, both of whom are extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment is top furnished and the location is super, quiet, in nature and super connected to traffic.

Anke and Christian were very gracious hosts! They made sure that we checked in easily and provided wonderful recommendations for activities and restaurants. The condo was wonderfully clean and bright and comfortable. It was such a delight to view the lake through the glass doors and balcony by the kitchen and living room. A really delightful experience in beautiful Tegernsee!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is ideal for daytrips to Munich or the region south of Munich towards the Alps. A very important feature was the very comfortable bed !

Such a beautiful location, the views of the lake and the mountains from the veranda are amazing. Place has everything you need and it’s walking distance to the down and the many swimming spots. We loved it.

We recovered magnificently and were able to relax in Annika and Nicolai's apartment after the long hikes. We were there in January...and it was pleasantly quiet - I'm sure it's a little livelier in the summer;-)

Wonderful location in the old city behind the Rathaus with beautiful walks to the Maximilienstrasse, the Függerei, and the Christmas Market. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Very comfortable apartment with plenty of space and charm. Marcel was proactive in sharing parking and checkin instructions with plenty of pictures to make it easy.
