Top location with access to a public swimming lake (free of charge). You are far enough away from the lake so as not to be harassed by bathers and close enough to walk quickly. The apartment was super clean and newly furnished. Family Paulsteiner is always responsive and very helpful. Bicycles can be easily stored. To shop you need your car or better a bike. The location is predestined for this. From our apartment we had alpine and lake views. It can't get better. We'll be back.

Carole’s place was as described. Steps from the old city, lively neighborhood, across from the river with lots of foot traffic and retail. Perfect spot for Oktoberfest or just a weekend. Away in a cool little city

This was an outstanding experience for my husband and I - our first trip to Munich! The apartment was wonderful, quiet, and had everything that we needed for our short stay. The quiet was what stood out to me the most because the apartment was located on the first floor. Our windows were right on the street and we heard little to nothing while we were there - sheer heaven especially after walking and touring the city all day. I have already told Fabian that we are planning our next trip to Munich next year to visit family and take in a soccer match, and his place will hopefully be available again! A true gem!

We felt comfortable in the apartment. The contact was friendly and we were helped quickly and kindly with a problem. The hot tub is great, as it is not chlorinated, it has a smell of its own, but you can counteract it with provided pool fans.

I was in Helene's beautiful apartment during a trade fair and can only report good things. Everything is easy to reach by tram, the Isar and the English Garden are just around the corner and some nice restaurants are also within walking distance, so all in all absolutely recommended and I for my part will be happy to come back, thank you.

We booked Susanne's place for 4 nights for skiing. By car we were able to reach the ski resort easily, the apartment was suitably equipped for our needs and above all nice, warm and clean. Susanne welcomed us in a very friendly way and gave us helpful information for our stay.

Had a wonderful stay with Sophia. Friendly and helpful but not intrusive. Chickens on the farm laid my breakfast for me! home made jams … bread service if required. The appartment is really well equipped and everything is in good condition with lots of homely touches to make sure you enjoy your stay. We will definitely be booking again! We spent Xmas and New Year at this house. Cornelia is such a great host. The house has everything we needed for our family! It was an amazing experience!

Great place, close to ski areas and nice cross-country trails. The house has a beautiful dining room, the kids loved the big room with the bunk beds. Everything is clean. Isabell is very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful and clean area, with a lot of entertainment oppportunities, active sport life and sharp clean air on the other hand cosy, clean and silent location perfect for a family trip. Friendly and proactive host really feel like friends. Simply perfect!

Beautiful, charming house, top equipped, cozy and clean. Quietly located on the edge of the forest, great also for walks with a dog and the proximity to the lakes. Likeable and super easily accessible landlord – highly recommended – we'd love to come back 😊

We stayed for a weekend and are very satisfied. From booking to checkout, nothing remains to be desired. A great apartment with excellent location - an ideal starting point for day trips with plenty of nature! Within a 5-minute walk you can either reach the banks of the Kochel Lake, a rock wall to climb or a whole series of waterfalls in the forest. Likewise, you can start a great hike directly from the accommodation on the Jochberg and the eternal search for a free parking space is spared. By car, you can reach Kochel am See in a few minutes or on the shores of Lake Walchen. If you are traveling without a car, you have the option to travel by bus for free with the guest card. Astrid and her husband Johannes were always responsive and helpful with questions.

We were two couples with two children traveling for skiing. We have reached the Alpspitzbahn on foot in 15 to 20 minutes. The apartment is spacious and perfect for six. There's everything you need in the kitchen. Very cozy and modernly furnished. Just outside the door is a playground and a small park. We were very pleased!

Rainer was extremely helpful with all of my needs and adjustments. He was generous with tips and ideas for experiencing the local environment. He was kind with changes in my schedule, which was not to be automatically to be expected, given the Christmas holiday period when I rented. I would definitely like to return, and I will (reluctantly!) recommend this sacred place to others who might appreciate its many rare qualities. The setting is second-to-none, and Rainer is even moreso. One of the top places I have ever rented on this site.

We were guests of Dagmar and her husband for a short stay, both of whom are extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment is superbly furnished and the location is great, quiet, in nature and super connected in terms of traffic.

Anke and Christian were very gracious hosts! They made sure that we checked in easily and provided wonderful recommendations for activities and restaurants. The condo was wonderfully clean and bright and comfortable. It was such a delight to view the lake through the glass doors and balcony by the kitchen and living room. A really delightful experience in beautiful Tegernsee!

We booked this place very last minute, late at night, and it couldn’t have worked out better. Check-in was seamless, and the space was spotless—perfect for my family. But the real highlight came in the morning when we woke up to absolutely stunning views. This host and home definitely deserve all five stars!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is ideal for daytrips to Munich or the region south of Munich towards the Alps. A very important feature was the very comfortable bed !

Such a beautiful location, the views of the lake and the mountains from the veranda are amazing. Place has everything you need and it’s walking distance to the down and the many swimming spots. We loved it.

We recovered magnificently and were able to relax in Annika and Nicolai's apartment after the long hikes. We were there in January...and it was pleasantly quiet - I'm sure it's a little livelier in the summer;-)

Great equipped place in a lovely location. Really everything from the kettle to the baking paper and coffee powder. Wolfgang is very friendly and easily accessible. Two notes that were not clear to me until the day of arrival: - Pool and sauna are public area. Sauna is small (for about two people), costs extra and can only be paid in 1€pieces (about 1€/15 minutes, until sauna is hot plan about half an hour - so sauna about €4-5). - The garden is also for other hotel/holiday apartment guests and you have to cross a street to get there. Still, everything positive prevails and the place is highly recommended! Thanks + happy to come back!
