It was a great stay and the host was great, there was nothing missing. It felt like home.

My wife and I come to Germany nearly every year. This is where we will always stay in Munich. The location within 100 yards of a tram stop makes it an excellent location, but there is also a supermarket with a five minute walk and plenty of other restaurants that are outside of the tourist area. The kitchen was fully stocked, which we needed since we had to eat in on Christmas night. The washer/dryer unit is always helpful in Europe too. I highly recommend this apartment.

Daniela’s apartment felt like a home away from home! Beautiful & peaceful surroundings, absolute beauty and lovely views of Ammersee lake! Comfortable bed linen, high quality kitchenware and most importantly nice setup of home. Board games and Tv with Netflix made dark evening nicer and better. Thank you for making our holidays beautiful!

a great place with stunning views in a fantastic area. Nicci is a great and very friendly host with many tips and clear explanations. the apartment was fantastic with many amenities.

Michael’s directions were perfect. They made finding the apartment very easy, and the whole process simple. The area is quiet and peaceful, and makes for a great place to spend your downtime while on vacation. Michael had great ideas and suggestions of things to do and places nearby, and was always available for any assistance that may be needed. We are just sad that we only had a week to spend there. We would gladly go again. A very short walk to the tram line makes getting around the city very easy. We could have not asked for a better place to spend our time. I highly recommend Michael’s apartment.

A beautiful apartment, the children loved the skylights and the cozy place in the bunk. Sofia even provided us with a Christmas tree. We were able to have a lovely Christmas party, thank you!

Cornelia's place was absolutely beautiful! Such gorgeous decorations and intimate small touches everywhere. Lots of lovely antiques and small figurines paired with modern fixtures. Cornelia was so friendly and helpful as well! She showed a passion for her home, and that made it even better to stay in a place that is so well loved and cared for by the owner! She showed me around the entire house which really helped, and she has a great book with suggestions for food and places nearby. The home has so much space for a large family or group, and everything in it is new and beautiful! The house has everything you could need from washer/dryer, hairdryer, shampoo, towels, blankets, piano, games, bikes, ping-pong and more! The location of the home is ideal for Starnberg visiting, and the visitors center in town can provide a map with additional city features and hikes to take. It was a perfect location for our family, and we will definitely be back! I highly recommend this home!

Not only we, but also the participants in our hiking holiday were absolutely delighted with the cabin. We found everything as described and Isabell was super helpful. With 22 people we made good use of the capacity of the cabin and for the weekend it worked very well. A big plus was of course the great communication, the great mountains that were within walking distance and deer right outside the door. Thank you for giving us this great time.

We spent 10 days at Astrid's place, it was the first time we used Airbnb and are totally thrilled. The place was as described, super public transport connections to Munich. We'd love to come back anytime! Communication with Astrid was also possible at any time via Wahtsapp and super friendly. We had a great vacation thank you!

We had a wonderful time at Hirsch Chalet and would like to thank Sebastian for being such an outstanding host. He proactively reached out about 2 weeks from our arrival date to make sure we have all the information needed and kept the conversation going until he knew we arrived at the house and are all set. Throughout the whole experience he's been nothing but accommodating and super responsive. The Chalet is in pristine condition, the cleanliness of the place was outstanding. I specifically loved the eye for detail, like having a little chair available that my toddler could step up on to brush teeth and the safety covers on the lower sockets. It's very cosy and we felt right at home, even our dog of advanced age, once she got used to the floor heating (one of my personal favourites). There's lots to do in a 30-40min driving radius, like visiting Neuschwanstein Castle, an Alpaka Farm or the Forest Experience Center. All in all we had a lovely little break and we hope to come back!

Super nice house in a great location with very nice decor!

Super good location, as an exit for many hikes. Easy to reach by public transport, but the bus from Kochel station only runs once an hour(but also easily on the holidays). Basics like oil and spices were also available in the kitchen. Everything was as described in the accommodation, check-in was very relaxed :)

Rainer was extremely helpful with all of my needs and adjustments. He was generous with tips and ideas for experiencing the local environment. He was kind with changes in my schedule, which was not to be automatically to be expected, given the Christmas holiday period when I rented. I would definitely like to return, and I will (reluctantly!) recommend this sacred place to others who might appreciate its many rare qualities. The setting is second-to-none, and Rainer is even moreso. One of the top places I have ever rented on this site.

We stayed with Dagmar and her husband for a short stay, both of whom are extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment is top furnished and the location is super, quiet, in nature and super connected to traffic.

Anke and Christian were very gracious hosts! They made sure that we checked in easily and provided wonderful recommendations for activities and restaurants. The condo was wonderfully clean and bright and comfortable. It was such a delight to view the lake through the glass doors and balcony by the kitchen and living room. A really delightful experience in beautiful Tegernsee!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is ideal for daytrips to Munich or the region south of Munich towards the Alps. A very important feature was the very comfortable bed !

Such a beautiful location, the views of the lake and the mountains from the veranda are amazing. Place has everything you need and it’s walking distance to the down and the many swimming spots. We loved it.

We recovered magnificently and were able to relax in Annika and Nicolai's apartment after the long hikes. We were there in January...and it was pleasantly quiet - I'm sure it's a little livelier in the summer;-)

Perfect for a weekend trip: Everything you need, very comfortable beds, good SBahn connection, totally quiet at night. The bathroom was actually a bit cold as there is no heating. This did not bother us as it was not sooo cold outside and very quickly very hot water comes out of the shower. Communication was great, super fast response by email. The parking space right outside the door is great, especially if you arrive late and in the dark/ in the rain. We ( 3 adult women) were very satisfied, felt comfortable and would definitely come back for a weekend trip

Wonderful location in the old city behind the Rathaus with beautiful walks to the Maximilienstrasse, the Függerei, and the Christmas Market. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Very comfortable apartment with plenty of space and charm. Marcel was proactive in sharing parking and checkin instructions with plenty of pictures to make it easy.
