The Bike House was perfect for our family. It was so cozy and our kiddos loved the bunk room. They had it amazingly stocked with comfortable details like toys and games, yummy cookie dough, delicious coffee, and detergent and dishwasher pods to save you extra time and $ at the grocery store! The location is perfect, close to everything downtown Bentonville has to offer. Alice was a super host, easy to communicate with and answered any question we had in no time! Don't look elsewhere, rent this house!!

Eileen was a Great host and very responsive if we needed anything. Also very helpful in recommending local Fav’s . Location ideal as very close to dwntwn BNTNVLL //. Loved the cycling friendly amenities ( Bike wash station, tools. Cleaning supplies etc) . Cyclist minded, but anyone would enjoy space and close proximity to town. Loved David’s place, location was perfect for walking to restaurants,bars and downtown square. Great location for Mountain biking also. We only used the car once in 10 days. The house is well setup and very spacious, everything you need to have a great stay. The house was very comfortable and felt like home. The garage is the best part if you are a cyclist. Big clean two car garage. We will be back here soon and hopefully get the same place.

We had a wonderful month-long stay at this home! It had everything we needed, and whenever something came up, the host was quick to provide it. She was incredibly communicative, responsive, and even gave us great local recommendations. The house is perfect for young children, with thoughtful touches like baskets everywhere to help keep things tidy. I also really appreciated that everything is cotton and fragrance-free, which is important to our family. The natural light throughout the house is beautiful, and the location is ideal—close to everything yet in a peaceful neighborhood. Overall, a fantastic stay, and we would absolutely return!

This spacious home was way more roomy than what we needed as a couple in the area to ride bikes. However, we appreciated the clean, roomy, clutter-less space to relax and enjoy our stay! We especially loved having garage space for our bikes! Amber was very responsive to communications. We definitely would recommend a stay at this home.

Nestled in the Hills of Bella Vista, Arkansas, this charming home was everything we expected and more! The house was everything as described. Tastefully decorated, clean, and loaded with amenities, this pet friendly home was perfect for my wife and three dogs. We loved that there were two kennels in the house, and had a completely fenced in backyard. Our Host Yurik made it a point to be accommodating to us and our furbabies! We left our vacation refreshed and relaxed. When we come back to the Fayetteville area with our dogs, we will seek out this property again. Thank you so much Yurik for this wonderful stay. I strongly recommend him!

Had everything we needed to cook breakfast. We were not far from bike trails and food. We slept comfortably. We would stay again.

Wonderful place! Everything was just as shown in the photos and the putting green was fun to have. Very peaceful neighborhood. If you are looking for a great place to unwind and relax don’t pass up on this place.

Great hosts. The location was great even though we were there for work and did not get to enjoy it. My crew ran out of gas after a long trip and Ms Linda even helped them get fueled up. I would recommend this house to anyone.

The location is beautiful!! Even in the snow it was stunning! Todd was so helpful when we were worried about getting out in the snow! Dianne is so sweet and helpful!! Anything we needed she was there. If you’re lucky you’ll get to see the donkeys! 😉 super spacious also! Couldn’t recommend this place enough! We will be back!! <3

This is a wonderful place to stay - easily walkable to downtown. Clean and has a lot of thoughtful amenities.

Lots of natural light; blackout curtains; super comfortable bed; well-equipped kitchen; bathtub. Walking distance to restaurants, coffees shops, museums, shops.

Very convenient location with an excellent host. We are usually in NWA for only one or two days at a time. We definitely need to stay longer to take advantage of all there is to do. Mark’s place would be the ideal place to stay!

My stay was great. The kitchen was well stocked with accessories - I was able to cook meals with ease. I especially appreciated the ice cube trays, knife set, and several different sizes of pans. I don’t have kids but there were several sets of plates, bowls, and silverware for kids that I felt like was a thoughtful addition. The appliances were modern, clean, and looked nice. There was a dishwasher, garbage disposal, five burner stove with oven, microwave, and large fridge with freezer. One of the bedrooms had a desk which I used for remote work. The WiFi was specific to my unit and password protected which made me feel secure using it. The TV was large and modern, it was fun to watch my favorite shows. All bedrooms had blackout curtains and extra blankets. I was able to easily adjust the thermostat which was helpful. There was plenty of storage in all rooms. The host left clear instructions in English and Spanish. I would definitely stay here again.

This is our new favorite place! Spacious, quiet, clean, comfortable. The shower is wonderful! I'm 5'10" and I hate having to duck down to wash my hair. Someone well over 6'5" could fit under that shower head. It felt luxurious and private. The bed was very comfortable. Everything you could need was available. Will be going back.

This place was a great option to stay at for mountain biking in and around the Bentonville/Bella Vista area. Everything was very comfortable, clean and in very good working order. I really like the self check-in that's offered. We will definitely be considering staying here again in the future once its nice enough to get some long days on the trails!

Beautiful clean condo! Love that bedrooms are on opposite sides to give privacy for couples. Many pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Nice private parking. Would definitely rent ftom Patrick again! Thanks for the beautiful stay!

Our stay was exactly what we needed for Thanksgiving. Accommodations were comfortable, clean, and felt right at home. Michael was very responsive & came to address a small issue we had with the garbage disposal. We would definitely stay again!

Loved my stay at Weekender Management! They’re so attentive and responsive. Easy to find, the place was spotless, clean, roomy, and chic/fun! My only callout is there’s so kitchen here, just a refrigerator. If you’re planning to stay long term and cook, that would not be an option. Definitely recommend!

Craig was super friendly and the condo was clean and a nice comfortable stay. It was close to everything.

Had great stay at Stay NWA. The location was perfect, 5 mins walk away from local 8th street market yet peaceful.
