Private suite vacation rentals in Benito Juárez

The private garden is wonderful. Everything works, especially airconditioning. You will need that in the humid summer. It spartan, which was one reason we liked it so much. It is only about two blocks from the center of Puerto Morelos, with the supermarket, restaurants, and eveverything else. When you are at Miranda's airbnb, you feel a hundred miles from everything. Access to the beach is through the center of town, meaning very close. We came to Puerto Morelos before and fell in love with the place. Now we know where we will stay when we come back. Which we will do.

Great, tidy and clean place. It's in downtown Cancun, experienced travelers will have no issues finding their way around the city. We didn't get to meet Ara but Hector is an awesome person that was always ready to help!

I really liked the place, the pool was quite clean, the communication with the host was good with my doubts and more at my arrival than if it was something late. The air conditioning works very well didn't smell bad. The only thing I would have liked a king bed but only because of the size since the one that is does not feel bad. I would most most go back there.

The room has what you need to rest. It is clean comfortable and with AC and private bathroom. The house is a jewel, a full kitchen, the garden and the pool all for a perfect stay. The area is very safe, private and 8min walking to plaza las americas. There are many restaurants nearby to eat. Mercedes is very attentive and makes you feel at home. 100% recommended!

Clean, cozy and private place to enjoy Cancun from. Walk to restaurants, and a convenience store, sit poolside and relax. The bed and whole ambiance was very comfortable. I enjoyed my time there and recommend it as a tranquil quiet place to rest or as a base to explore the area.

It is a very independent room, it has everything you need to be comfortable. It is very easy to get through a weight and truck route very close by. You can access the Playa del Niño by walking people arrive there until very late, close to two docks that take you to Isla Mujeres, very good price for the location.

One of the best hosts I've ever had the pleasure of hosting with. The place was just what we needed, comfortable, clean, quiet. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The studio includes a car and is a big plus for vacationing in Cancun

The place matches the pictures, I liked the location and how quiet and calm the neighborhood was. When I first arrived, there was a very strong smell. It seemed as though the room had not been opened in weeks. It smelled very humid and needed much airing out. The bathroom was not very clean the shower floor felt very grainy as well as the floor in the entire room, like there was dust or had not been mopped in days. The room has all the amenities mentioned on the description however, I wish there was more attention to detail specially in the restroom. There was a shower mat, but felt like it was very dirty. It smelled and felt wet. When you shower, the water splashes outside of the shower because there is only half a glass wall so the mat continued to get wet. If you move it further out, the floor would get wet, maybe having a shower curtain could help besides that I was content with the place. The air conditioning worked amazing and having fans was helpful to air out the room.

I fell in love with this place i will come back . Excellent pool excellent hosts and location. The studio is super comfortable spacious and clean it doesnt miss anything... Im glad to have chose this amazing house i totally recommend it☆☆☆☆☆

I came to leave papers at HGR17 and Mario has a good option 1 block from the hospital, a comfortable room with everything needed for a few days. Mario is always attentive to any questions. ! Good place !

Mario personally greeted me and showed me around. I received the studio very clean and tidy. Mario answered all my questions. I am going to recommend the place and I will book myself again. The area is nice and safe for walking, also super connected.

I thought places like this only existed in movies! The doors to the patio open to the ocean. There is a nice private beach right outside the master suite patio. The location is easy to find and it is very close to the "centro" or main city area. You'll get the sunrise over the water in the morning. There is not a camera in the world that can capture how beautiful this place is. If you don't book the whole house, you may have to share the common areas with other guests. (We booked the master suite, there were no other guests at the time so the bedrooms rooms upstairs were closed). There is also an amazing upper deck balcony with a sitting area and a covered sunroom with 2 hammocks in it. I would definitely stay here again.
