Everything was wonderful. Paula was very helpful and accommodating. Location 1-2 minutes' walk from the beach. Apartment as advertised, everything tip top. Garage with table tennis was a good change and a lot of fun 👍🏼

We had a lovely stay. Very typical house in a very good location. Nice neighborhood and close to restaurants and the center . It is very nice to be able to enjoy the two terraces well exposed and with a very nice view . Please note that the double beds are not wide .

Very nice villa to stay with friends

We spent two very nice weeks in this exceptionally different accommodation and very close to the beach. Communication in advance, during the stay and on departure was excellent and warm. Mónica and her husband are very accommodating, helpful, uncomplicated and nice hosts. Everything in the place, which used to be a fisherman's house/boat house and has been converted into an apartment, was as described in the listing and almost perfect. We felt very comfortable in it. It is only a few meters' walk to the beach. The town of Villajoyosa is very beautiful, quiet, in the morning you can watch the sunrise with a clear sky. We highly recommend this place to everyone. Since it has several beds, showers, and toilets, several people can also be accommodated. Mónica, thank you for the warm welcome and thank you for everything. Best regards from Germany.

Great host and home. Beautifully decorated and cozy. Comfortable beds. Everything you need is there. Located in quiet area near the shore. Home is private with small houses/condos surrounding. We did not spend much time in the town but really enjoyed our walk along el Portitxol. Thank you Cristobal for being so responsive and flexible with our plans!!

Olivier was very very friendly, attentive and really accommodating. Available at any time, uncomplicated communication and small gestures that were gratifying. Upon arrival, the expectations raised by the pictures were even exceeded! The view when entering the house through the terrace door directly on the pool and the sea were unique! A car on site offers the necessary flexibility and is definitely recommended, then you can reach everything effortlessly and easily (restaurants, supermarkets, beach, etc.). We would come back anytime and can only recommend Olivier as a host!

We had a lovely stay at the villa with its pool which is very large. The house was clean and large for a family with children, positive point for the TV that has Netflix and other apps ideal for children. Lots of places to visit in the surrounding area offered by Agatha, very beautiful area🙂. I recommend the place.

The house is just what we were looking for, spacious, clean, comfortable, safe (bars on all doors and windows) mosquito nets on the windows (essential for the time of year) all on one floor, very clean pool and ideal terrace, for the hottest hours the air conditioning in all rooms is available although we did not use it much since we were outside most of the time. The only objection is the lack of kitchenware (plates and glasses). We had to buy half a dozen, and the lack of a dishwasher (essential these days). Keep in mind that our stay was long, and we made many meals at home. Otherwise, fantastic

It was a great stay. the house lived up to expectations and Arno was fantastic to collaborate with. was one piece from downtown Calpe but we showed this in advance. The taxi came quickly so there was no problem. the app Glovo was amazing to have groceries delivered home to the house with free delivery. We have just returned from a week at Sina’s villa with our 3 children. We had a wonderful stay with everything that we needed. The kids absolutely loved the pool which is an asset to the villa. The villa was peaceful, private & quiet. It felt homely & safe. The supermarkets, restaurants & beach were only a few minutes drive away with easy parking. Sina was excellent and very quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely recommend this villa and return to Calpe.

We had the pleasure of renting this beautiful house for a month with a group of friends – and it was absolutely perfect! The place is stunning, spotlessly clean, and decorated with a lot of care and a cozy touch. There are so many lovely spots in and around the house where you can relax, cook, or simply enjoy time together. We especially loved the walk to the nearby viewpoint with breathtaking views, as well as the great hiking trails in the area that offer something for everyone. Truly a place to feel at home – we’d love to come back!

everything was great, big house separated in 2 appartments so more space, 2 kitchens (but we just needed to be careful on the food left in the kitchen downstairs because of the little ants.) the pool was great, clean, everything was cool, Calpe is very nice city and very close by, Karl Michael is a perfect host, responding quickly and at anytime. it was really pefect thank you so much Karl (and thanks to Max)

Mach was very helpful and communicative before and during stay. Home was beautiful, spacious, well equipped, clean. Outside area was fabulous, with plenty of seating and eating for us all. The communal pool was spotlessly clean the area around the pool was very well kept and only a few feet away from the garden gate, which was great for the little ones. There is a rooftop pool. It’s a short walk away from the beach and all the shops bars and restaurants beach area is wonderful very clean. The restaurants are a great standard with lots to choose from. The boat hire and scuba hire is on the beach.

The stay at Puri's place was really nice. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. The amenities could not have been better. Everything (and even more) you could need for a vacation was available. It was just a few minutes' walk to the sea, so you could always switch between the pool and the sea. Puri is a great host. She was friendly, helpful and available at any time. She was also very accommodating to us at check-in and check-out. We would recommend the place and Puri at any time.

The house is a wonderful, good location in a quiet area, close to the city by car. Everything was very clean and José Luis was super friendly and always attentive. We would repeat for sure!

We recommend this rental. Miguel is a great host. The house is very functional, the pool is excellent. The beach, a 5-minute walk, is very pretty and not very busy. In short, a great plan!

A great stay. Ika is always available and attentive. There were two of us and a small Dog The outdoor space is spacious. The house is next to the beach. Very clean, with all amenities and a walk from the village. We only miss a small gate on the garden fence, although there is no danger as the development is closed.

We are a family of 4 and stayed 8 nights in this adorable villa, a super private location, with a pool, terrace, and balcony. We all had a fabulous time and the kids especially enjoyed the swimming pool, so much so that they preferred it to the beach which is only a 5 minute walk away. The location is lovely, right beside a quaint tree-sheltered park that leads you to a traditional family Tapas restaurant, outside seating, brilliant prices, and fresh and delicious food, the paella is insanely good, as was the fresh squid, anchovies, mussels & clams. It is a tranquil area, set back from the busy tourist strip, perfect for just chilling with the family. Now, our host was amazing, he completely prepared us for our arrival and was in immediate contact whenever needed. We couldn't fault him or his hospitality, as we hope we have made a new friend.
