Great place. It was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. The caretaker, Kailash, was also very polite and helpful. The only downside is that it’s in a gated society and the neighbours complain about the smallest of noise. There was a complaint about people talking laughing in the swimming pool even though it was during daytime, not that loud and there was no music or anything of the sort. The place itself, however, is great and well worth it. Maybe if you’re going with a smaller group (we were 9 people), you won’t have issues with noise complaints either.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this laid-back Airbnb! The location was perfect – just a 10-15 min from the beach, where we enjoyed stunning sunsets and peaceful mornings. The house itself was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. A special mention goes to the pool – it was the highlight of our stay! Whether we were enjoying a morning swim or unwinding with an evening dip, it added a whole new level of relaxation to our trip. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making sure our stay was seamless and enjoyable. Whether it was lounging by the pool, exploring the nearby cafes and shops, or simply soaking up the serene vibes, everything about this place made our trip unforgettable. One of the highlights was the well decorated plants across the house and the items on the 2nd floor. It truly added a special touch to our stay. The location was fantastic, conveniently located near to the beach (as advertised). The neighborhood was safe and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The caretaker was incredibly welcoming and made sure everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The housing complex has some very specific rules about the swimming pool which is a little bit of inconvenience, but nothing that can't be managed by paying close attention to the rules that are sent before hand. Overall a fantastic stay, we can't wait to book this again during our next vacation !

Great location for family or 2/3 couples- good size rooms each with en-suite. Pool is clean & complex is small, clean & safe. 2 mins walk into main shopping street with Restaurants. ATM outside gate & great restaurant opposite, although all we tried in town are fantastic. £1.50 tuktuk to beautiful beach or 20mins easy walk. Definitely recommend

Wry well maintained property. Comfortable rooms, ample space for a family and friends to stay. Peaceful surrounding. About 1.2 kms from the beach. All rooms have AC Dinning table which you can also convert to a TT table There is a Foosball table instead of pool table Kitchen is all equipped in case you want to cook in house Two cars can be easily parked

We rented this beautiful villa in Goa Velha for a bachelorette party. The property was spacious and well-maintained. The highlight was the private pool, which became the centerpiece of our celebrations—it was clean, inviting, and surrounded by lush greenery that added a tropical vibe. We even used the pool until 4 am with no issues. The villa was fully equipped with everything we needed, from the kitchen to comfortable bedrooms. The outdoor seating area was ideal for relaxing evening. The host, Mayur was incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable. A special shoutout to the caretaker Manju for making several trips to accommodate our requests. The location was peaceful and private, something we were looking for. This villa truly made the bachelorette fun and unforgettable. Highly recommend it for anyone planning a group getaway in Goa!

The place, the host, the view... everything was amazing. The host told us about local recommendations. The rooms are amazing and spotless, and the flats literally have anything you need. from iron, to hair drier to a kicthen with equipment...even water purifier. amazing. 10 on 10 would recommend.

It’s kinda in middle 50 from south and 40 from north.Nearest beach is 6 kms from this property. Overall worth staying since price was on lesser side and got all we needed in a house for our south goa trip.

Our 4 days stay at Ankur was extremely comfortable. She kept the place clean, just as your home. Was always a text away for any queries. The house had everything as mentioned. No complaints, whatsoever! Local stores are just 5 mins away from the premises. Would definitely recommend this stay.

Our stay at Oscar Ji’s place was fantastic! The room was impeccably clean and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the pristine pool, which was clearly well-maintained and refreshing. Oscar Ji himself was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our visit. When we encountered a minor issue with the AC not cooling properly, he promptly arranged for a technician to come and resolve the problem. Within just two hours, the AC was back to working perfectly. Overall, our experience was delightful, and we would definitely choose to stay at Oscar Ji’s place again in the future. Thank you for your hospitality and excellent service!
