Vacation rentals with a patio in Bella Vista

The Boho Beauty was a delightful stay! Sean proved to be an excellent host - friendly, responsive, and quick to answer any questions we had. The home itself was charming, clean, and offered great comfort throughout our visit. The beds were particularly comfortable, ensuring restful nights, and the hot water was consistently hot - perfect for relaxing showers after a long day of exploring. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like plenty of towels and extra linens. The quiet neighborhood served as a perfect base, with easy driving access to many attractions. Would definitely recommend!

I’ve stayed at Christa’s several times now because it’s perfect for work trips! Christa is always friendly and accommodating, the place is always spotless, the bed is firm and comfortable, the linens are plush, and coffee and tea are ready for guests.

Great place to stay for a relaxing getaway! The studio apartment had everything we needed, very clean, and had great decor! The hot tub was great with the beautiful surroundings!

Cynthia was very accommodating especially with some last minute changes to my reservation. The bed was very comfy and it was nice having some of the amenities you’d expect at home. It is an extension of their home so you may hear noises from the house from time to time. Water temperature is excellent.

This attic apartment is so comfortable and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Location is excellent! Walkable to the square with great restaurants and walking distance to Crystal Bridges. Loved the decor and the small details. Slept in late with the black-out curtains and used the electric kettle and French press for my morning coffee. I’d totally stay here again!

We had such a great time at Beverly's place! Close to lovely hiking/biking trails, only 10 minutes from the Amazeum and Crystal Bridges, and our son loved making s'mores in the firepit. Beverly was so welcoming and her place had lots of nice touches. We felt right at home!

We stayed for a couple of months while relocating. We loved our stay and have good memories. There's an impressive deck right outside the entrance that we spent a lot of time on. The bed was so comfortable - more comfortable than our bed at home. The bedroom and bath were spacious and we felt like we had everything we needed. Stephanie was a responsive host and went out of her way to take care of the couple of minor problems that came up over our extended stay. Considering these things, it was also one of the better values we found in the area for this length of stay.

This was the perfect place for us. We had 10 people in our group and having the ability to all be together, without stepping over each other, was great. The houses were very comfortable, the kitchens well stocked, and the beds were amazing! Katherine was very responsive to anything we needed. We hope to return to this beautiful space in 2026.

We love staying at this house! Not a huge fan of the virtual doorkey, but happy to have the option of the key pad. Will definitely be back!

Had a great stay with family while in town for a family wedding. Will definitely consider this home again if we have a large group staying in the area. Kids loved the play room and plenty of fun and secure space to run around the backyard.

Exactly what it said it was. Then beds were super comfortable and we all slept really well. The rain head shower is great. There is no salt and pepper, spices, etc in case you do any cooking- you will need your own. Great stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was real close to the person we came to spend time with. It was a quiet neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable! Would stay again if we get the chance to come back.

I had an exceptional experience and truly loved everything about this place, it felt just like home. The host was incredibly attentive and always prompt in addressing any questions I had.

I’m a filmmaker in the area, and sometimes it’s hard to find the right location I need. A lot of air bnb’s don’t work with me, but Britten helped me TREMENDOUSLY. I highly recommend her air bnb, she is very communicative!

The house was great for our family of 4. Plenty of space to move around, a lot of things to do and kitchen had everything we needed.

We really enjoy staying in this place nice and clean as well.

Condo was lovely. Lots of local parks, bike trails. Easy drive to Bentonville and areas. Enjoyed morning coffee watching many different birds on the bird feeders off balcony and pretty view of golf course. So pretty in the mornings with frost all over. Very happy with condo and Michael very great host and helpful, would visit again anytime

Great place to stay and a great location.

We stayed short notice, booking late night before our stay the following day. Michael answered questions quickly to allow us to be able to make a decision. We brought our dog, the main floor entry and patio makes it pet friendly. Supplies & amenities were included. Neighbors were quiet. Location is super easy to access, right up the street from BV Country Club & Tanyard Creek.

Very comfortable and charming. Would we stay again? A definite, yes.
