Vacation rentals with a patio in Belize

Casa Maya was a great home base for tours and activities from San Ignacio. Spacious and well equipped with two markets a block away, easy to get taxis at that corner as well. Bed is pretty firm and shower is a bit tricky. With the shower, lower pressure gets you warmer water 😉

Ricky’s place never disappoints! I have stayed at other properties of his however this one by far was the BEST! The private pool was a great feature and the atmosphere of the whole unit was definitely worth the “luxury” in the title! The space was perfect for 1 or 2 people and offered comforts such as a full kitchen, laundry, and back patio off of the bedroom for sitting and relaxing. This place truly went above my expectations and the price was perfect! The unit was “gated” and included a parking space. Staying at this unit I definitely felt safety was of utmost importance and priority being that the property also had security cameras. I really loved staying at this place and would definitely recommend for a short or long stay for a peaceful, and relaxing, and home away from home feeling in Belize City. Lastly, Rickey and his team definitely check in before and during your stay, provide whatever you may need, and are a very responsive to travelers inquiries.

This place was absolutely perfect for us. It met all of our wants and needs The communication was great. The place overall was very nice and clean It came with a really nice breakfast which was unexpected as most Airbnb do not offer that. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay again

we really enjoyed our accommodations, and the hospitality of our host. Plenty to see and to do there, with lots of places to rest and restore as well. Highly recommend this beautiful place!

Location in the village was great for walking to many restaurants and the waterfront. Appreciated beach chairs and towels for guests to relax by the water. Loud music nearby from a popular Cool Spot a problem Thursday through Saturday nights but host provided ear plugs which were much appreciated. The fenced in grounds surrounding the property with great landscaping provided nice outdoor space for relaxing. Host was readily available upstairs and responsive to inquiries and her friendly dog visited us most mornings. Space had enough amenities for convenience including clothes washer with outdoor lines to hang dry and strong WiFi. Nice having grocery large store right across the street.

Great place! Would definitely book again. Clean interior with modern finishes. Ideal location to stay. Easy check-in and check-out. All rooms equipped with just about anything you can think of. This home can support an extended stay comfortably. Thank you again!

This is the place! We absolutely loved Dora's place - the apartment was perfect, the location was amazing, and the view was gorgeous! Despite being right in the downtown area, it's very quiet at night so sleeping was no problem (and the bed is SO comfortable too!) Dora was an incredible host and was so quick to respond to any questions or concerns - we had an issue with the toilet and she fixed it immediately and kept me updated the whole time. I highly recommend staying here - you won't find a better place in San Pedro!

We had a beautiful time. Everything was just as described, sitting on the terrace listening to the waves was so delightful. Herbert was extremely responsive and very helpful—not that we needed anything from him! It was a great experience.

We cannot say enough about Candace … she is the best host ever!! Friendly, available, kind and fun!! Would recommend any place she manages. And Coffee Rick, his amazing coffee and tour just added to the experience!

Nice apartment overlooking Santa Elena. Extremely helpful host who is quick to respond. We had an suv which was helpful to get up the rutted road up the hill. Recommended.

We stayed at Jay and Kirsty’s place for ten days and felt right at home. The communication was excellent from the very beginning of our booking. Casa Kiskadee is very well-appointed. The showers are fantastic with good pressure and an abundance of hot water. The kitchen was well-stocked for four people. There were many thoughtful inclusions of sunscreen and bug spray, aloe and more. The furniture is very comfortable and it was wonderful to have four chaise chairs and four wicker chairs for outdoor seating. The beach front is very pretty with a bendy palm by the ocean that made many of our photos! We had a wonderful time making memories with our friends, sitting on the beach, playing in the ocean, hiking Mayflower Bocawina and Cockscomb trails, discovering new restaurants, making memorable meals and so much more. Thanks Jay and Kristy for the use of the bikes and for helping to locate the additional two bikes so we could explore Hopkins all together! Hope to be back soon!

We enjoyed this accommodation. The rooms were nicely sized, clean, and the kitchen was stocked for everyday use (including multiple 5-gallon water jugs). The check-in process was seamless. The apartment is within walking distance of nearly all offerings of Caye Caulker, although situated in the southern end of Front Street in a bit less commercial area. We visited over the holidays and I suspect partly the reason for the neighborhood noise (golf carts, people speaking loudly, etc.). Otherwise, though, the place was very comfortable for a weeklong stay.

Central location and easy access to the island. Office staff was responsive and helped us with a few items we did not understand. Unit was comfortable and the roof top area a real plus. Mercedes made us feel right at home and very welcome.

Great way to be somewhat removed from the south side while still being close enough to quickly ferry over. Gorgeous location and docks!

After researching and seeing what else was out there, their reviews don’t lie. Very accommodating. One thing you will need will be a golf cart to get around. Easy to get from this location to downtown fun with a golf cart and everywhere else on the island. (Expect to pay approx $35-$50 per day). Other things to note: Have a quick hot shower as the hot water runs out quickly. (Approx 4-5min). Very friendly very tiny store 10 second walk away. Not much but some main items. Safe neighbourhood but locked property regardless. I would stay here again!! Thank you Dale and Luz!!

This was our first ever visit to Belize and San Pedro. Everyone is so nice and the food is amazing! Tres Cocos at the Cloisters did not disappoint. Beautiful Condo and very helpful staff. We are already planning our return.

Lovely space with helpful amenities. Happy that air conditioning worked. The bit of kitchen utensils were a nice addition. Even the detail of having a broom and dustpan was great when you’re that close to the beach. Sand easily tracks in. The roof top deck with hammocks was perfect! A comfortable futon in the “living room” was perfect for my son. Short walk from the ferry. Loved being able to drop our bags at the front desk.

we honestly have nothing bad to say about the condo/ Airbnb. Kimberly was always very prompt to get back with answers to any of my questions as well as helpful with recommending excursions & restaurants. It was very clean and comfortable! Loved the fact that there were kayaks, paddle boards and bicycles for us to use! We loved the table on the patio! also the chairs & ottomans were very comfortable outside our bedroom for morning coffee, we'd loved sitting out there watching the sunrise. we did have rain several days and the porch/patio always stayed dry. I would highly recommend this Airbnb and look forward to a time that we can return!
