Thanks to Anaëlle and her dad for hosting us. We had a great time for Le Mans 24 hours in the apartment which was comfortable and well equipped. Close to the Plantagenet city, shops and tram and close to the restaurant L 'épicerie du pré where you will be welcomed. We recommend this apartment. Nicole and Philippe

Jean Luc is a considerate and attentive host. Living on site, he has always met our needs. The beautiful garden is worthy of the description. Double hammock loungers and bikes available, it's lovely. We were able to enjoy Jean Luc's terrace and barbecue at noon. Within a radius of 30 minutes, we were able to visit the Château de Montmirail, the Templar Commandery and the 24h Museum of Le Mans. The municipal swimming pool is a 5-minute walk away (€2 after 5 p.m.) is very clean to enjoy the end of the day. Only small downside: the studio is not completely independent.

Great place. Our son stayed there 4 times this year for more than a month for his studies and it's always gone very well. The listing is very well-located and as described. Parking space is a plus. Jacques was very available and always responded quickly.

Beautiful apartment, perfect for large groups, the kitchen with its double amenities is very convenient! Our stay went well. Small point of attention anyway, the apartment is above a distillery that makes private evenings, unfortunately you can hear the music in a few rooms. Despite this, I totally recommend, it is rare to find homes as well for large groups, Romain is also responsive to requests.

Everything was perfect. The accommodation was heated when I arrived, I immediately felt comfortable and 100% in line with the description. The welcome is very warm with small touches and plenty of suggestions for outings, activities and hikes. I had a great quiet stay in this beautiful farmhouse tastefully restored, close to nature with a beautiful sunrise in front of my windows. There is everything nearby within a 5-minute walk: butcher, bakery, small grocery store, restaurant and pharmacy. The week went by very quickly. The area is beautiful. I recommend it and will come back!!

We had a lovely weekend at Pascal's for the Moto GP. The house is large, clean and the outside is very well furnished. Too bad we couldn't enjoy the pool because of the weather.☺️ Pascal gave us very good advice and was very attentive. Thank you!

The house is beautiful! Lots of places to dine and have everyone quiet. We didn't enjoy the garden in view of the season but it looked very nice. The kitchen is very well equipped which is rare for a large house. The bedding is extremely comfortable. What a positive thing for this beautiful country home!!

Stanislas and Camille's home is very warm. It is quietly isolated in the Perche countryside, this is what we were looking for for these few days at the end of the year with friends. The rooms are beautifully decorated and pleasant for moments of rest or conviviality. Everything has a lot of charm. Camille and Stanislas are very friendly and were able to answer any questions we had during our stay. Check-in instructions are very easy. We have only one small problem: the value for money, in summer with the pool it is surely more favorable. We had a pleasant stay in Monthorin.

Had a great time in Ricardo's charming house very well equipped everything was handy, bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a very comfortable king size bed, very quiet neighborhood friendly neighbors no difficulty to park and lots of local shops for me really nothing to complain about. Very responsive host, I recommend it 5 stars 👌👌 I forgot to say very, very clean place 👌
