Place is super cute and aesthetically pleasing. Also very clean. The host and caretaker are both very helpful and very responsive. 10/10 would recommend and will book again next time. ☺

This place was amazing, we spent Christmas Holiday at Tom’s lovely home, the home was very accommodating for our family, plenty of space, the pool was nice and can’t forget about the karaoke, everything was cleaned and prepared for us, when checking-in, it was welcoming and a home away from home. I would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you so much Tom and Team!

My family and I had a nice stay here! The place was clean, it has everything you need and there are lots of close-by landmarks like Uptown Mall. The house and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful so my family had a relaxing stay. The host was also always quick to respond whenever we had concerns. Overall, its a really good place that I can recommend to anybody eyeing it!

It's our second time here at casa Verde. The place is spacious, clean rooms, nice kitchen and really just in the metro. No longer need to travel a long time (haggard and tiring/hassle). Location is perfect specially I have my elderly parents with me. Great Host, and the caretakers are approachable. Will come back again, and thank you for making my daughter's birthday so much fun with her friends.

We had a fantastic time at Arlie’s place! We felt at home from the moment we arrived. 😊 The accommodation is tidy and well equipped with everything. What special about it was Arlie is very responsive and accommodating to our requests. She’s friendly and went out of her way to ensure we have everything we needed.

The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, and the view from the property was stunning, especially during the fireworks display. Booked for 4 days because it was steps away from the office and needed to work there for 4 consecutive days. The place was so comfy and it really felt like home, it was peaceful too and it’s also surrounded by food establishments and a lot of convenience stores as well, the place was very convenient and good for it’s price. Will possibly come back.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very responsive to all our questions and incredibly helpful throughout. The place was spacious, squeaky clean, and exceeded our expectations despite being a new listing. It was well-equipped with a complete set of kitchen utensils and cookware, including a rice cooker, kettle, frying pan, pot, and more. They also provided dishwashing soap and basic toiletries like towels, dental kits, shampoo, and soap. Additionally, its location is very convenient since it is near 7-Eleven and Uncle John’s, where you can easily buy emergency needs like water and other essentials. We had a wonderful time staying here for New Year! The place is clean, well-maintained, and close to all the main attractions like Luneta, Ocean Park and Star City. Check-in was easy, and Ms. Connie was very responsive to our questions. We had more than enough blankets and towels, and the amenities were all set. The best part? There's a Zus coffee shop right downstairs! Highly Recommended!

The unit albeit old felt homey and lived-in. The furniture was simple but functional. The kitchen had all the basic things you'll need. The location was superb and so near to key places like malls, restaurants and convenience stores. Far was a gracious host. Friendly and always willing to help on your requests or concerns. Overall, our family had a great stay and such a good way to start the New Year.

I have to echo everyone's review for this place. This is a guaranteed 5-star airbnb experience across the board. To put it in a summary: Smooth check in, extremely clean place (+ it smells good!), lots of stuff you cannot find in other airbnb offerings (check their inclusions) and a prime location if you want to explore around. One of the finest units and hosts I've experienced, it offers full amenities, including food that can be ordered and an easily accessible store inside. There’s karaoke available for singing with friends, and a comfortable bed to unwind after a long day! In general, it's consistently a fantastic experience during a staycation at Mosh Crib. Hats off to Sir Felino, who always welcome us and makes us feel at home.🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

Had an absolutely great stay. Felt right at home instantly! It was clean, the unit is complete of all necessities and went even beyond expectations. The location is great too, Panco Cafe is just on the same building. Lots of jollijeeps around as well so you won't get hungry. Greenbelt is just 5-8 minutes walk away. Mercury Drug is also few blocks away. Very good location. One parking slot also available. Would love to stay again if need be!

Beautiful modern townhome on main thouroghfare. Best greeting ever for guests with fresh bread and fruits and personalized signage on the table. got used to the neighbors dog barking every morning and the traffic wasn't that noticeable at night. Private shared parking behind automatic gate was nice, super close to nightlife in poblacion.

First time to stay at this unit, but we have previously stayed at Edsel’s other unit in the same building. We really appreciate how easy it is to communicate with Edsel and his proactiveness during the whole stay. The unit was a bit older than the other but it still has the warm, cozy feel. Makes you feel right at home. We were able to get to everything we needed to go and do everything we needed to do because of the convenience and location of the apartment. We will definitely stay again here!
