Townhome vacation rentals in Bedford County

Great location at Bernard’s Landing - right next to the club house with the pool and other amenities. Very large space that could easily accommodate 4 couples. Would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect location and set up for us! Jodi called before our stay and walked me through everything then also followed up with an email. It made check in, check out, and understanding how everything worked super easy. We rented a pontoon boat for our entire stay and having the slip right there is so convenient. In addition, we rented our boat from a location about 2 land miles away from the townhome. Everything was as advertised and all amenities are in great shape! Grocery shopping is 5 minutes away along with a cafe and some quick restaurants and pizza. Would 100% stay here again!

Seven of us enjoyed a wonderful joint 75th birthday celebration at this beautiful lake home. The mountain and lake views from the spacious back deck were breathtaking. It was exactly as described with prompt and thoughtful communications. Comfortable beds and amenities to meet every need. Can’t wait to return to enjoy outdoor activities with extended family.

The hosts were quick to respond when we have questions. The place was easy to find and near grocery stores. The house itself was very clean and neat.

Home was easy to find and access, and looked just like the pictures. We were not disappointed at all with the rooms and furnishings and felt very comfortable. We were in town for a college visit with our daughter and it was a perfect spot to recover from a long day of activities. Not much going on in the immediate area but we weren’t there for the neighborhood so it was no bother. The home was conveniently within 15 min of everywhere we needed to go. Would stay again!

Great stay for Thanksgiving weekend!

Jon’s place had everything we needed for a large group staying the weekend in Lynchburg. The bedrooms were spacious and the bathrooms were very clean. There were games and other activities to do in the house. The kitchen was well stocked. The hosts were very responsive and gave us all the details we needed. The location was close to downtown Lynchburg. I would definitely stay here again.

This was our second time staying at Warm and Cozy. Parking is directly in front of townhouse. Quiet location. Clean. Slept well; mattresses comfortable. We like the fan for noise in each bedroom. We also like having each bedroom having a bathroom attached. Plus half bath downstairs. The magnifying mirror that extends from the wall helps with putting in my contacts. We have stayed here in the summer and winter. The ac and heat work well! We enjoy the Muse breakfast. For us, location is perfect!

Jared was a great host and quickly answered any messages. The home was incredibly clean and very comfortable. Highly recommend for any family coming to stay in the area!

Christian was an amazing host and the house fit my family’s needs perfectly. We had to extend 2 different time and Christian made it happen. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

We stayed at Annie’s place during a short trip to Lynchburg and had a wonderful stay! Annie was an outstanding host. She was proactive and gave clear check in directions. The apartment itself was very clean with all the expected amenities. The beds were very comfortable! Annie provided local recommendations for coffee shops,restaurants etc that were very helpful. We would definitely stay here again when in the area!

The townhouse was clean and had everything needed for our trip. The views were beautiful and the location was convenient to all the fun things SML has to offer.

Everything was right where it was expected to be. We even had cookies waiting for us. That was a win from the kids perspective! We didn’t spend a lot of time at the house, but it was exactly what we needed.

I’m elated that we were able to stay at Leonard’s beautiful home. A weekend visit was enjoyed because of the location to Liberty University and Thomas Road (approximately 7 minutes). Nestle in a newer community with amenities and privacy. Clean, cozy and enough space for our party of 3 with multiple bathrooms was what we needed. Instructions were simple and straight to the point. We hope to catch this wonderful stay during our next time in town. Thank you again for a wonderful experience!

Patrick was very quick to educate us with TV viewing. Everything a guest needed was provided. Went above and beyond to respond if we had a need. Loved the town house!

This is the second time we’ve stayed here when visiting the area and we loved it! The location is wonderful - quiet and peaceful, but easy to get around with some great things close by! Spotlessly clean, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen! Our family of 7 had more than enough space!! Will def come back again!
