Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Bedford County

Really lovely roundhouse in a beautiful location near cute town of Bedford. Well stocked kitchen, comfortably furnished, and cozy but not small. Very private feeling even though close to other roundhouses.

We had a nice weekend away here! The cottage had comfortable beds and was stocked well in the kitchen. We were close enough to bedford and everett that we were able to walk around and enjoy it! We would highly recommend staying here!

This home was lovely for our long weekend of relaxing with our 2 families of 5 small children. The kids room met our needs quite well, other than the steep drop off from the kids room door to the staircase - fortunately our kids age 3-7 navigated it fine. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. The hot tub was a great amenity and there were plenty of towels and robes to use after the hot tub. The play room with games and sun room with the foosball table was great. The angle of the photos of the house did leave the impression it had a larger, flatter yard. I read another review that the backyard was a hill but didn't prepare me for how steep the backyard was - fortunately, our kids loved it and could still enjoy their outdoor play. It's not an area you can go for a walk, the house is on a main road that is busy.

Always worth booking this home. This home has everything that you need to entertain family, friends or just relax and enjoy the mountain views. Best home in the Martinsburg PA area.

The view was amazing had a blast here definitely recommend this place. Also thank you to owner for letting us know ahead of time that it would be snowing, or else we would have been stuck.

Lovely home, located in the beautiful Pennsylvania country side. Ann stopped by for a visit, and is well versed in all the local events and restaurant's in the surrounding area. We attended a wedding at the Woodhaven Event Venue. The house is within walking distance of the venue with the added bonus of crossing the covered bride at the bottom of the hill. The house is beautifully furnished and we had no issues cooking our meals and also took advantage of the fire pit located in the back of the house. Thanks Ann and Richard. I highly recommend you check this place out if you are looking to spend some time in the area.

This place was even nicer than the photos! Full kitchen and everything you need to prepare meals including oil, salt and pepper! Very comfortable bed. Modern, new bathroom with a great shower, fluffy towels and even nice shampoo. Kevin even provided a snack and beverages. And a lovely Thank You note. Highly recommend if you are visiting the area!

This condo is really cute and has great natural light. We stayed as a family of four with our dogs so it was a bit crammed but if you're skiing all day, it's all you need! It's nice the place is well stocked with the basics so you don't have to worry about bringing those.

Had a great time at Judy's place! convenient to the mountain for skiing. Had everything we needed.

Judy's AirBnB was cozy, clean and well maintained, providing everything we needed for a long weekend away. We had the opportunity to do some exploring in the area . . . Flight 93 Memorial, Quecreek Mine Rescue site, Horseshoe Curve, Gallitzen tunnels and the Railroaders Memorial Museum in Altoona . . . everything within an hour's drive (with beautiful scenery!). We enjoyed the on-site Clubhouse (great service, food and drinks, reasonably priced) and a relaxing dip in the indoor pool. Peggy's Diner, in Claysburg, offers a great breakfast and daily specials. We met so many wonderful people and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We would recommend Jydy's place for a couple's weekend away . . . it easily makes our list of "return to" places. Judy provided all the information we needed for our stay. . . no need for any additional contact, because everything was just as presented and everything went well (no problems!).. Thanks, Judy . . . we hope to visit again soon!

Very beautiful house. My family & I enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. Rhonda was a great host. We will definitely come back!

We loved our stay in this beautiful home! Large living space, great showers, every bedroom has its own bathroom, technology like tv and wifi all worked perfectly. The hot tub was lovely, the location is beautiful nestled in the hills. We cooked several meals and the kitchen was more stocked than most airbnbs. Jamie was a great communicator, very responsive and kind. Would absolutely love to stay here again!

Great place to kick back, relax and take in nature. It was perfect for the dogs and owners to enjoy a quiet weekend away from home to hike and enjoy a low key time. Would definitely recommend and hopefully have an opportunity to return.

Tylere was a fantastic host. He was very responsive and addressed all of our concerns in a very timely fashion. There was a lot of snow while we were there and he had the driveway cleared twice so we were able to get out. Thanks!

This place was gorgeous and was perfect for a little getaway from the city for a few days! Unfortunately the weather/winds didn’t cooperate with us during our stay so we weren’t able to enjoy outside and the fire-pit like we wanted. However we did still get to enjoy for a few moments on our second night. Not a complaint, but the bathroom is downstairs while all bedrooms are upstairs. No biggie, but if you have any trouble with stairs, this could be uncomfortable. Also, if you’re wanting to cook a lot during your stay, the smaller stove just takes patience! Overall, we had a lovely weekend and the place was lovely!

David’s cabin is very clean and just like the photos and description. We would stay here again!
