Charming and peaceful place to stay with amazing view and large rooms. We generously received an upgrade to a larger apartment. Very helpful and friendly hosts. We're grateful for everything and looking forward to visit again.

Beautiful house, wonderful location, great host!

Filip's room was as described and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. Some lovely additional touches such as home-made sweets and sparkling water were much appreciated. Set back between the seafront promenade and the main street - the location is very peaceful and only a 15 minute walk to the Herceg Novi Old Town. Filip's directions to find the accommodation from the main street were very helpful - and his father very kindly met me at the gate to show me the way which might have been otherwise a little confusing! Filip confirmed our booking and got in touch very swiftly. He also very kindly helped us with an airport transfer service recommendation that made crossing the Croatian border relaxing and easy (and was the nicest taxi service we experienced in Montenegro). Soap, shower gel and spare toiletry minis were available - which was helpful since we accidentally left ours in the last place! Another thoughtful touch which made our stay seamless.

This apartment and its setting was truly heaven. Watching the cruise ships and boats pass in and out of Kotor bay both day and night was a feast for the eyes. The apartment was a home from home with everything and more you needed to prepare meals. It was within walking distance to restaurants shops supermarkets and the old town of Herceg Novi. The host responded quickly to any queries we had and gave us loads of useful information. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone who would like to visit Montenegro.

The house is very clean and only 30 seconds from the sea, we would definitely recommend it.

We did not meet Ado, his bride Juvanna took care of us, Juvanna was extremely cheerful and interested, helped us with all our questions, helped us enter the museum where she worked, the house was very clean, the sheets and towels smelled very nice, we had everything we needed, if we go again I would not look for another place, I definitely recommend it

Amazing hosts, incredible stay! Staying at Marko and Anže’s place was an absolute dream! The beds were super comfy, which made it so easy to recharge and enjoy every moment of our trip. Anže and his girlfriend were the kind of hosts you hope for – always there with helpful tips, quick to respond, and so trusting, they really made us feel at home. Thanks to them, we had the best experience in Montenegro. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend!

Amazing Stay in buduva Montenegro – Highly Recommend! I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Montenegro! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—peaceful yet close to all the attractions. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing great local recommendations and ensuring I had a smooth check-in process. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, and the amenities, including fast WiFi and a well-equipped kitchen, made my stay even better. Great location, close to beach. Compact apartment with everything you could need.

The house is very cozy, has everythig you need and it has extra amenities to enjoy the balcony outside or the pool and the beach during summer. The view is amazing, we arrived late at night and could't see very much the surrounding, but when we woke up the next morning it was a delightful surprise, with the mountain very close behind and the sea up ahead. You can have a great great view during sunset and sunrise from the balcony and the liyving room windows. The area is very peaceful, and the dedicated parking spot made it even easier to access. The great atmosphere and beauty of Kotor goes on uninterrupted as you enter the house. Irena was a wonderful host, very polite, very kind, super friendly, super responsive and she gave us lots of suggestions for things to do in Kotor and great place to eat. We had a great great time, and I can imagine during summer it must be way better. I totally recommend this place to stay and Kotor to visit, worth coming back over and over again!

It was super welcoming

One of the most peaceful places. Marko is kind, very responsive and knowledgeable about what to do. The place its self is gorgeous, even better than the photos. You can jump straight into the sea, lounge on some sun beds on the terrace or go exploring around. 10/10

Beautiful airbnb - photos do not do it justice. Looks very new and clean, with all amenities provided. The host was very responsive, friendly and gave some great local recommendations. Would stay here again.

Second time staying at the property, great location and host. Interior and furnishing is on the simpler side but why sit at home if the sea is a few hundred metres from you.

We booked this plus the adjoining property for a large family holiday. We really loved both houses, the setting was superb with gorgeous views across the bay. Perfectly located for Kotor (if you have a car - the walk is approx 30 minutes and involves watching carefully for cars sharing the narrow road with you). The houses are very well appointed inside, and the terrace/jetty is a real winner. We were blessed with great weather for late Oct/early Nov and could swim in the bay in front of the house. The host also provided paddle boards, with kayaks available for rent nearby. There is also a mini market a couple of mins' walk away. Nothing but praise for the hosts, who communicated promptly and patiently answered all our questions.

This is a peaceful area and you can get to the sightseeing by car. We had rented a car so everything ran smoothly. The house is very clean and tidy, the views are great. Milena put everything we needed in the house. There is a parking lot to park your vehicle. The house is as it appears in the photos. Milena is a very sweet host. When we come to Montenegro, we will stay here again and longer days

Pržno is a small and clean tourist resort. The apartman is clean and very nice, everything worked except for hot water, which sometimes didn't go. Delightful views, clean, and well-equipped with everything you need. Milena is very kind, she was available to us every day. In August, the beaches were crowded, sun loungers on the beach 30€ / day, there is nothing but restaurants and groceries in Pržne. The bus to Budva runs every 15min. Walking 5 minutes from Przno you can reach great and better beaches all the way to Sv. Štefan 20 min walk with very nice sidewalks in the shade. We went to these beaches 2 times a day as well. In my opinion, the stay is suitable for those who want to take advantage of the sea, for families with children, to relax. We were with children and grandparents alike, we are happy.

Fabulous stay! The scenery was beautiful and the option to use the paddle boards was a great addition. Great communication from the host too. Our only comment would be to definitely hire a car if you choose to stay here. While there is a bus nearby which will take you into Tivat this seems unreliable and taxis cost more than expected. Overall a beautiful and relaxing stay!

The apartment sits right off the boardwalk and the pebble beach is very nice. Beautiful clear water, and perfect to soak up the sun. The kitchen had most of what you needed to cook, but does not have everything. Several supermarkets nearby, and the restaurants are all reasonably priced with great food selection. Only an hour by car from Kotor and Tivat. It was an amazing stay and highly recommended!

Damir's apartment is amazing, he is quite well organized and gave us clear instructions. Would definitely recommend for anyone.
