Beachfront vacation rentals in Bečići

An absolute gem of a property in a perfect location. We loved being a little out of town but easily walkable with our 2 children, as it gave for better views and a more tranquil stay. We found the property spacious and suited our needs for a short stay. It's a short walk from a great little supermarket and most restaurants are walkable too. The highlight was walking up and looking at the cruise ships sail past with a cup of coffee out on the waterfront. Darko is a superb host that has customer experience nailed. We had a couple of issues with the property but Darko was super quick to respond and rectify where he could. I'd highly recommend him and the property for a stay in Kotor.

The house is very clean and only 30 seconds from the sea, we would definitely recommend it.

It was in a beautiful location. Walking distance to Old Town is 15-20 min. I will definitely prefer Ado if it is available the next time I visit. The house was very clean and as shown. There was nothing missing. Ado was very friendly.

This was one of my favorite airbnbs I've stayed at. It was very nice and spacious and in a perfect location. Right by the bay, very quiet, and a nice short walk to the old town, with sidewalk all the way. The host was awesome, and rented us bikes and kayaks for a great price. I ran into him in the old town on my first day of the trip and he invited me for a beer with him and his friends. Highly recommend this spot!

This was a great stay - the house is huge (plenty of room for two families) and the pictures are a true representation. Milos was exceptionally responsive and communicated really helpfully and clearly. The house is walking distance to Old Kotor town - but it is a good 25 mins walk. Great views along the way although the road is narrow and some local drivers terrifying. The only mildly negative points is that it did feel like we were staying after the house had been through a long and busy season. Hopefully it can be given a deep clean and some maintenance in the winter months. Overall, highly recommended.

Amazing hosts, incredible stay! Staying at Marko and Anže’s place was an absolute dream! The beds were super comfy, which made it so easy to recharge and enjoy every moment of our trip. Anže and his girlfriend were the kind of hosts you hope for – always there with helpful tips, quick to respond, and so trusting, they really made us feel at home. Thanks to them, we had the best experience in Montenegro. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend!

We spent 5 days with 4 people in this apartment. The apartment is beautiful and clean. It is just a 2-minute walk from the beach. The sea is visible from the balcony. All amenities are within walking distance. It is easy to park the car on the street as many spaces are available. The apartment has everything you need for a good stay which is appreciated. I would recommned this property 👍💯

Beautiful view and great for the price. ~10 minutes to ferry and ~15 minutes to Herceg Novi by car.

The place was beautiful and clean, even beyond what was advertised. It was worth every penny. The owners were available, and everything was excellent in the best way possible.

One of the most peaceful places. Marko is kind, very responsive and knowledgeable about what to do. The place its self is gorgeous, even better than the photos. You can jump straight into the sea, lounge on some sun beds on the terrace or go exploring around. 10/10

We had an amazing time at Zoran’s place. Ideal location for the beach, all the shops, nice restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The flat is very clean, it has everything you’d need. We liked the pool, most of the time we had it all to ourselves. Zoran is a great host, he gave us very useful recommendations, was always nice to chat to and we loved his delicious house wine.

Second time staying at the property, great location and host. Interior and furnishing is on the simpler side but why sit at home if the sea is a few hundred metres from you.

The host Djordje, was incredibly responsive and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met promptly. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

We booked this plus the adjoining property for a large family holiday. We really loved both houses, the setting was superb with gorgeous views across the bay. Perfectly located for Kotor (if you have a car - the walk is approx 30 minutes and involves watching carefully for cars sharing the narrow road with you). The houses are very well appointed inside, and the terrace/jetty is a real winner. We were blessed with great weather for late Oct/early Nov and could swim in the bay in front of the house. The host also provided paddle boards, with kayaks available for rent nearby. There is also a mini market a couple of mins' walk away. Nothing but praise for the hosts, who communicated promptly and patiently answered all our questions.

I really enjoyed my stay .The house location is perfect for all amenities home itself is beautiful and clean with air conditioning in all the bedrooms and I hope to return again .

This is a peaceful area and you can get to the sightseeing by car. We had rented a car so everything ran smoothly. The house is very clean and tidy, the views are great. Milena put everything we needed in the house. There is a parking lot to park your vehicle. The house is as it appears in the photos. Milena is a very sweet host. When we come to Montenegro, we will stay here again and longer days

Pržno is a small and clean tourist resort. The apartman is clean and very nice, everything worked except for hot water, which sometimes didn't go. Delightful views, clean, and well-equipped with everything you need. Milena is very kind, she was available to us every day. In August, the beaches were crowded, sun loungers on the beach 30€ / day, there is nothing but restaurants and groceries in Pržne. The bus to Budva runs every 15min. Walking 5 minutes from Przno you can reach great and better beaches all the way to Sv. Štefan 20 min walk with very nice sidewalks in the shade. We went to these beaches 2 times a day as well. In my opinion, the stay is suitable for those who want to take advantage of the sea, for families with children, to relax. We were with children and grandparents alike, we are happy.

Fabulous stay! The scenery was beautiful and the option to use the paddle boards was a great addition. Great communication from the host too. Our only comment would be to definitely hire a car if you choose to stay here. While there is a bus nearby which will take you into Tivat this seems unreliable and taxis cost more than expected. Overall a beautiful and relaxing stay!
