Our beautifully renovated country home in France has 3 bedrooms, a loft, two living rooms, and 2 baths, as well as 2 fully equipped kitchens. We have a huge garden and patio, facing the natural Loire River! Our village has dozens of wineries in walking distance. The are has many beautiful surrounding villages, wineries, and castles nearby. We also have 10 bicycles of all sizes to be used on the many beautiful bike paths around our home.

nice townhouse in a quiet area 200 m from the city center of Toucy to spend weekends and holidays with family or friends. You have a garage for your car and a small terrace equipped for outdoor dining. The house is 1/4 hour from the castle of St Fargeau and Guédelon. The departure of the little tourist train is 3 minutes from the house as well as the 6th favorite market in France (Saturday morning).

Our stay at this warm home was an exceptional experience. The space, perfectly appointed, lacked nothing and met all our needs. The charming and peaceful setting allowed us to fully relax, enjoying the surrounding calm. The garden was a real asset, offering a nice outdoor space where we were able to recharge, and even our cats were able to enjoy it. We had a wonderful family Christmas, in a warm house, where you feel at home very quickly. We arrived late, and found a warm house, with Christmas trees, a decorated house, very clear explanations everywhere, small welcome gifts that everyone enjoyed with happiness! Christmas preparation was facilitated by quick, very detailed communication and the kindness of Dominique and Anne Sophie. I highly recommend it, we'll be happy to come back, and will enjoy the outdoors if it's in the spring.
