I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was exceptionally clean, well-equipped with everything I needed, and the communication with the host was excellent. After an unfortunate experience at another place I had to move to, the owner went above and beyond by helping me out and picking me up. Truly outstanding hospitality. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Tenerife!

We liked tha apartment very much. It was cozy, clean and peaceful. It is not modern but everything worked well. Only thing that was a litlle bit anoying was that there was very few electric outlets, so bring some extension cords with you. Roberto was very good host that responded fast and fixed the problem with the oven in few minutes. Thank you Roberto again and we will be back!

Apartment was as described, clean, beautiful and nicely decorated. Had all required amenities. Shop, cafe and restaurants within minutes walk. Swimming pool was nice and facilities were really clean. Patio area is great and a nice place to relax and enjoy a drink in the evening. We were 4 adults and 2 kids . stayed from 26th to 30th Dec and loved our stay. Area is very peaceful. Great host and really helpful. Highly recommended and good value for money.

Charming duplex apartment in the centre of Chío with a great roof top terrace and a barbecue. Free on street parking, never had a problem finding a spot. As our host kindly suggested, it is a good idea to do your shopping on the way to the town as the local supermarket has a limited selection. Overall we loved our stay in Coralia's.

I visited Emilio‘s place for a few days with some of my middle-age school friends. The house is lovely, more traditional and characterful. The house has everything you need and more. The beds are comfy, lots of towels, lovely outdoor space and of course the pool which we did not use as much as we should have, but it is warm. The only downside we had was that we had a flight delay and we arrived very late and we could not find the fourth bedroom! It is an annex by the pool! So if that happens to you, don’t worry you will find it! We liked the area as it is not too built up and it is easy to walk to bars and restaurants from the house. Although the house itself is in a nice quiet area. We particularly liked a cafe called Ocean vibes close to the beach which sells quality food. So yes, we would happily recommend Emilio‘s house .

super nice, super helpful, great furnished apartment, everything exactly as described... only the pool was unfortunately not warm enough for swimming in our time (mid-December). But maybe we just had bad luck too. Nevertheless, we would book again immediately if we go to Costa adeje.

We have just stayed at Casa Candalaria and it is such a stunning property. The garden, pool and outside facilities are so beautiful and it almost had everything we needed. Domingo communicated well and was very helpful and friendly and sent us instructions in advance of our trip. The area is impressive, the terrace provides a place to view some beautiful skies and you can see the sea and La Gomera on a clear day. It's really quiet, you're one of the last properties on the road so hardly any traffic at all. It has a shared gate but the property and garden is very private and secure. Things I would have liked to have been aware of is the drive is a bit scary! you get used to it but Im glad my partner did the driving, some of the hills are very steep and narrow most of the road is fine though and very impressive but you need to be confident. Also didn't have an oven which we needed for my son as he only eats certain things. We bought a cheap airfryer so it wasn't a big deal.

What an amazing apartment right in the middle of El Medano! The views are to die for and its lovely to hear the sound of the sea so close. Its right next to lots of restaurants. Cesar is very responsive and an excellent hist. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful place in a secluded spot of Tenerife away from hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas. Stunning views of the sea, and a nice relaxing calm space, lovely to relax on the terrace as the sun set. Nuria was friendly and easy to communicate with. A lovely stay!

We have stayed in many apartments on the island and this was one of our favourites. It is well equipped and the accommodation created a fantastic atmosphere. It is surrounded by fantastic amenities and great bus links. Everything is within easy walking distance and those with mobility challenges will appreciate the absence of steps. There is (understandably) some road noise. Although I am used to a quiet environment I found the background noise relaxing. Especially the church bells. The pool, surroundings and communal areas are pristine, relaxing and quiet. I loved the warm pool and relaxing environment. Our host went above and beyond to help with anything. We arrived very late to be met with such kindness and hospitality. It started the holiday perfectly.

Had a wonderful holiday in this well maintained and clean apartment. Rocas Del Mar is a beautiful holiday complex with a beautiful swimming pool overlooking the ocean. We were also very satisfied with the reception of our host Luca . Good explanation about the accommodation and the surrounding area . Luca is always available if necessary . We have had a nice holiday.

Very satisfied! The place was absolutely sufficient for two people, clean and cozy. We were greeted as soon as we arrived and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The beautiful view of the sunset was truly unique and added to our holiday an unforgettable atmosphere. Overall, everything met our expectations and created the perfect setting for a pleasant and relaxing vacation. We'd love to come back!

It's a nice, cozy place with a great view and location. The floors were a bit dirty but Alejandro reacted very quickly and thoroughly cleaned everything.

Stayed at Monica's place for ten nights over the Christmas period 2024/ 2025. Upon arrival, the instructions provided were concise, and it was easy enough to get into the second-floor apartment. The apartment block is fully gated and secure, and there are a few shops down on the ground floor where you can buy any daily essentials. The sunbathing area is clean, and there are approximately 30 sun beds and fixed benches around the pool area, which is also gated and was never crowded when we stayed. The apartment itself was very clean and was furnished with all the essentials that you could need for a self-catering stay. The balcony has enough room for 2 people to sit and enjoy the sunrise and sunset, and the sun all day long as it is south-facing with views over to the sea which is a slow 5-minute stroll, and the apartment is conveniently located close to the main bus station in a quiet residential area. Monica as a Host was fantastic and very accommodating, any questions were answered.
