Condo vacation rentals in Bayfield

Our family had a great time. Daija was very responsive and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the lodge was nice. Had everything needed.

A quiet and comfortable place to stay. Bed linens were very soft and clean. We had everything we needed for a family of four and lots of room to spread out. Instructions to find the place were easy to follow. There are a lot of stairs to reach the house but for us wasn’t a problem. Great location to access downtown.

Loved being right at the ski valley for the weekend. The condo is small but we spent most of the time outside of it so it wasn't a problem. Plenty of blankets, pillows, and towels. The robes were a nice touch and we appreciated them when we went up to the rooftop hot tub! Only complaint is that the drip coffee pot should be replaced or cleaned. It took about 20 minutes to make the small pot of coffee (5 cups). Otherwise the place was great and had everything we needed for the weekend!

Had a great stay and had an amazing time skiing!! The hot tub was awesome after a day of skiing. The beds were comfortable! The shower had nice hot water. We cooked dinner and breakfast every night/morning and there was plenty of pots and pans, ect. The condo was 2 minutes from purgatory resort. Everything was awesome and we would love to stay here again!! Thank you for everything!!

Rachel’s place was absolutely perfect for our family’s ski weekend!Easy check-in, well-stocked kitchen, very clean, super comfy king bed! Couch converts nicely into another double bed. You can’t beat the location without paying 3 times as much to stay at Purgatory. Highly recommend and hope to return.

This place was spacious and close to the ski lifts- 5 minute walk. We liked thatbot had separate beds in the spare bedroom so our kids didn't have to sleep in the same bed. It is overall a nice place.

This was a great place to stay! The location was beautiful and outside of the city. The lodge itself had a lovely pool and gym that we were able to access. It was only 20-25 minutes from downtown. The host was proactive in sending clear directions and instructions for check-in. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Durango!

Beautiful place with great views, close to Purgatory.

This was a perfect spot for our family trip. Close to Mesa Verde, Silverton and the Million Dollar drive. The view from our condo was amazing I would definitely recommend!

Amazing location and super helpful host

To say our stay was outstanding would be an understatement. The views from the bedrooms and living room were peaceful and just gorgeous. It was so nice to wake up to the beautiful trees and snow. It was a fully stocked house that exceeded our expectations. We drove to the ski resort each day 3 days and returned to a relaxing evening with cooking a nice dinner and enjoying the fireplace. We even enjoyed the hot tub after skiing one afternoon, which was so nice. Location was perfect. We drove to Purgatory Resort and to Durango to explore the shops/ meat market- easy in and out with ease. This was one of our top favorite family vacations. 2 adults with 4 kids (teens/ youth) and we had plenty of space. We will be back. Highly recommend.

This unit was positively perfect! The bunk room was a huge hit with my young granddaughter, the well-appointed kitchen made it a pleasure to prepare meals, and the thoughtful touches (cozy blankets for lounging on the sofa, high quality cookware, a cabinet full of board games) made our vacation absolutely great! Purgatory has lots of activities and the swimming pool was a very popular activity for us all week! The unit was immaculate and luxurious, which made me feel right at home. We will book again next summer, I promised my granddaughter!

The parking space provided does not accommodate a large vehicle (truck). There is free parking on 3rd avenue which is just one block away, but it does make it difficult to load and unload your vehicle if needed. However, once parked we didn’t need to use our vehicle again to get to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed walking into the downtown area for meals and entertainment.

We had a great trip. The location is very convenient. The unit has a very nice, roomy, living area with an open floor plan. The kitchen is very functional and there is a nice deck off the living area. We had everything we needed and the unit worked out really well for myself, my wife, and 17 year old son. If you had a larger group and wanted more privacy, you should know that one of the bedrooms is a loft over the living room and the second bedroom is accessed by going through the loft. Not an issue for us but could be for others. The spiral staircase is narrow so it could be an issue for anyone with limited mobility. We really enjoyed it and would recommend this condo.

The place was perfect! Just as described and very well stocked with everything that was needed. Amy was very helpful and quick to respond. Amy was even proactive to reach out and ensure that our stay was going good and if we had any questions. Amy was so helpful when we realized that we left something very important at the unit, which was completely our fault. Amy coordinated for us to get the item back and that was a great relief!! The property is in a great quiet location that is close enough to Durango and close to Purgatory, but not in a busy area. We loved our stay and would surely stay again!!

Kristina's condo was as described and very comfie! Everything we needed was there!

Lisa's place is great because it's very close to Purgatory and she is very responsive before your trip and during your trip if you need anything. Her place is perfect for two people!

Had a great stay at Peter’s place! The space was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view — exactly what I was hoping for. Only small suggestion would be to beef up the kitchen supplies a bit (more cooking tools or basics), but overall it was a fantastic experience. Would definitely stay again!

You can’t beat the convenience for skiing! The condo is right above Lift #4, which makes it super easy for heading out in the morning and coming back for lunch and/or after the day is over. Not a real big place, but it works and is kept up nice. Communication with the host was great. We’d stay here again!
