I had an amazing time staying here. It’s a very cute studio apartment with lots of charm. Our host was excellent and was always there if i had any questions or concerns and was very friendly and polite. We loved the place so much we even stayed an extra night!!

Great place, nice neighborhood, less than 10 minutes from all your needs and owner was timely respectful and responsive. Place was clean and comfortable and quiet. 100% would go back again.

It was great! Wasn’t expecting a crazy experience. Good for a place to sleep. Definitely could add a few things to make the place better for other folks but it worked for us while we were there!

Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen very nice for our needs. House was very quiet. Parking was off the street and easy. Close to restaurants. The house has a lot of character.

We stay here whenever we come to visit our Bay City family. Thoughtful touches, well stocked kitchen and bathroom, gorgeous place! Can’t recommend enough!

Our stay at Terri's was great! very clean and comfortable. great location and as stated in the description, right in the middle of everything you need and all very easy to get to.

Karla was a top notch host! taking extra care to leave lights on for our late arrival and informed us of easy access for our snowmobiles to get onto the bay for our ice fishing trip. the house was super clean and stocked with anything you could ask for! Thank you so much and we will be back!

Steve's place deserves a 10 star. We have rented our fair share of Airbnb's and this by far was the best. Very, very clean and so beautifully decorated. Especially liked the king and queen beds, ample amount of storage, and uncluttered atmosphere. Location worked very well for us. Our family was there during the Christmas holidays, but I think this would be a very fun place to be in the summer! We just loved everything about it. Will definitely book again when family is in Bay City! Thanks Steve!!

Cindy’s place was wonderful - comfortable, convenient and clean - a great place to come back to at the end of the day. Cindy was immediately responsive when we had a question, and she had recommendations for local sites to enjoy. The garage was a plus because the weather was cold and windy. The kitchen is spacious and perfect for enjoying appetizers and dinner. My family and I really felt at home - it was the perfect home away from home, and at a reasonable price. I hope to return! Dennis and sarah were great hosts and very accomadating, house was beautiful and spotless. Very private and a nice get away. We will definitely be back if we are ever in the area again.

This home worked very well for our group of ladies and a wedding dress shopping trip. There was an extra bedroom for us to use that was not listed, so it was a great asset. The street light shines in the downstairs bedroom/bathroom, so it was pretty light in the room (it is just frosted glass, no window covering above the tub). There are no window coverings in the living/dining/kitchen areas so it was a little off putting as anyone can see in at night when lights are on. We did enjoy the stay as it was close to where we needed to go.
