Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen very nice for our needs. House was very quiet. Parking was off the street and easy. Close to restaurants. The house has a lot of character.

Absolutely loved this historic home. Yes it had everything that one would need for a pleasant and comfortable stay, but the unique beauty and feel that only a building from the past could provide is what really did it for me. You don’t get that from your cookie cutter hotel chain. That’s why I enjoy Airbnb and stumbling onto gems like this one.

The place was perfect for me and my family. It is an historical house, so I was expecting it to be a little drafty and cold in the winter, but the temperature was well regulated and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. Overall, we had a very nice stay.

Steve's place deserves a 10 star. We have rented our fair share of Airbnb's and this by far was the best. Very, very clean and so beautifully decorated. Especially liked the king and queen beds, ample amount of storage, and uncluttered atmosphere. Location worked very well for us. Our family was there during the Christmas holidays, but I think this would be a very fun place to be in the summer! We just loved everything about it. Will definitely book again when family is in Bay City! Thanks Steve!!

Cindy’s place was wonderful - comfortable, convenient and clean - a great place to come back to at the end of the day. Cindy was immediately responsive when we had a question, and she had recommendations for local sites to enjoy. The garage was a plus because the weather was cold and windy. The kitchen is spacious and perfect for enjoying appetizers and dinner. My family and I really felt at home - it was the perfect home away from home, and at a reasonable price. I hope to return! Dennis and Sarah have provided the best experience for one of my first AirBNB I’ve ever stayed in. They were great hosts who were extremely hospitable and helpful while making our stay comfortable at the AirBNB. It was extremely helpful having provided recommendations and a variety of other checklists in using some of the appliances and services as well as laying out basic expectations and house rules. The location was extremely peaceful, quiet, and the home itself provided an extremely cozy and welcoming atmosphere. We had no troubles in making ourselves at home and enjoying all that was offered. There were a variety of provided amenities as well as cards, games, and television services. I’m glad that this AirBNB in specific got to be the home to several new memories and we’re looking forward to potentially staying here again in the future.

We came to the area from out of town for a funeral and made arrangements for a place to stay at the last minute. Jeremy's ad specifically required a two night booking but I messaged him asking if he would consider allowing us to stay for one night considering the circumstances and he agreed. He was very responsive every time I reached out prior to the stay and during. The house was clean and a perfect size for our family. The kitchen was well equipped with what we needed to cook in. The neighborhood was walkable and felt safe. It was a comfortable space that most definitely beat getting a hotel room!

What a beautiful location right on the beach of Saginaw Bay! We loved waking up to the sunrise and the lapping of waves on the shore, and then having the water to kayak & play in the water. Very close to the Bay City State Park & marsh loop trail. The house was well stocked with amenities and bedroom space. Very lovely and would highly recommend. Bikes & kayaks are available for use as well... Thanks again Ed!

What a great little place! With everything you could need … even coffee! Yay! Don’t have to buy it !
