We are a group of 20 pax. The house is clean and spacious . We enjoyed our nights in this big villa. Swimming pool is clean . KTV is function well . Has plenty of games . We definitely will be back again . Suitable for big group gatherings .

If I go to Penang again, this is the place I will visit again without hesitation!!!

Helpful hosts and easy to communicate with, we had a great stay at this unit and the bedroom facing the sea was a bonus!

Check-in was supposed to be at 3pm, but we arrived slightly early at around 2pm and the cleaner was still there. She was very welcoming and friendly to us university students. Same thing with check-out, she arrived early and was also not rushing us even though we were approaching check-out time. The point of contact was also very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. The place was spacious and had enough beds for everyone. Highly recommended for hangouts.

Wonderful stay at this one-of-a-kind historical shop house. Definitely recommend. The host offer tremendous help when I got sick on the last day of my trip and drive me to a local hospital. They really take care of their guests. Really grateful for that!

This is my second time booking at Ken's house. He is always so welcoming. He is around to welcome and explain to me about the house during check-in time. He was friendly and very accommodating to our needs. The house was at its top conditions, equipped with all necessary amenities. Most of the rooms are with bathroom attached. It's a cozy place. If you have a big family visiting Penang, this house is highly recommended. It is situated at a strategic location, near to town area and Penang Bridge. Lots of restaurants and hawker centres nearby. If you are not planning to tour anywhere in Penang, there's a KTV in the house. You can use it with a minimal fee. Once again, Ken's place is highly recommended.

The house was located in a private and small street, off the crowded main road. Check in was simple and there was space for 2 cars. The house was nicely renovated and everything still looked new. The 3 rooms could easily accommodate 8 people and there was ample dining and living space. All electrical items worked well and the TV, WiFi was good. Air-conditioning and hot water were in good condition. The 2 showers were Japanese size but no real complaints there. Having a washing machine saved us a lot of effort. The only complain we had was the loud karaoke singing from a few houses away that went on until midnight. All in it was a really good stay, maybe one of the best Airbnb deals I have experienced.

I absolutely loved this place. Brilliant location - walkable to lots of places and close to the bus stop for going further afield. This place felt like home and the courtyard was a little oasis. Very good air conditioning (much need), lovely interesting decor. Be aware that the steps to the bedroom are quite steep. Do not hesitate to book.

The house is amazing. We had friends and family flying in for a wedding for a few days, the place was just nice to have simple catchup to with some friends and family who came down. We love that it has 2 living halls and a big dining area, we had different small groups hanging out in each area and not forgetting the rooftop was a nice hangout spot too. Things to improve….There is a big space on the 2nd floor too, however the aircond wasn’t working, if not that too will be a nice hangout space. Also the extra mattresses is more like a comforters, it’s too thin and not suitable for sleeping. But overall, our family totally enjoyed a serene stay. 5stars for service as well, check in was easy and responses were excellent. Even when we had left behind our belongings after check out, we were able to retrieve it with ease. Thanks!

Great access to a lot of locations

I love this house with both inside and surroundings. There is a huge local food court nearby and my parents love it so much.

The whole house was clean, modern decor and fully equipped with all the amenities listed. Love the kitchen so much! Even the laundry detergent was provided. Kelly was so responsive when i had issues with the gate remote control. She answered the phone immediately and rectify the issue as soon as she can. Such a great host. Most of the doors/grills are well locked by the host. Very proper and secure. Overall it was a great stay and we enjoyed our 5 nights there! Thank you Kelly and KMS accommodation 👍💯
