We had an incredible stay. Ann really made us feel at home, and the house is amazing. Lots of space for a group of 7 adults and 1 toddler. The hot tub and pool really made our weekend extra special.

Such a great property. The house itself is very nice, spacious and thoughtfully put together. The pool, sauna and sauna are amazing. Would thoroughly recommend.

A hidden gem! A unique property and location - tucked away in a Bristol park. We were 4 friends staying for a weekend getaway and absolutely loved this Airbnb. Kitchen had everything we needed and we loved the peaceful setting and enjoyed relaxing by the wood burner in the evenings. Easy to get to great restaurants in Redlands. Friendly and helpful hosts. We’d definitely stay again.

This is a wonderful house, full of character and in a brilliant location. We have been to Freshford several times and love it. It was especially great to be near the train station this time and we enjoyed the convenience of getting in easily to Bath city centre. The house is comfortable and warm, really well equipped with everything you need. Highly recommend this place and hope to return in the warmer weather when we can use the pool! There are loads of fabulous walks around and also the Freshford Inn serves a great Sunday lunch.

Our family had a great time at Matt's house. Beautiful pool and very peaceful farm area. Five Miles from Bath and a wonderful pub down the road. We appreciated the early check in and warm welcome from Donna. The pool and hot tub were looked at daily and kept very clean Would stay again on our next trip.

We had a brilliant weekend at the garden house! The facilities including pool feel very luxurious, and the hosts include little touches like a welcome box and late check out on Sundays. We were staying with 5-7year olds and they loved the place too. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Emma's house for a family weekend, it was perfect. The kids loved the pool, the tennis court was really fun, the house was spacious and beautiful. Emma was really helpful. the beds were comfy, the kitchen was fabulous. Thanks so much for a perfect weekend.

A group of five of us recently stayed at this property and we had such a lovely long weekend. The property has all you need and the sitting room / dining area was especially great for socialising with a large corner sofa and big dining table. It's located really close to the centre of town so easy walking distance to lots of restaurants / bars / things to see and do. We had a great visit and would definitely recommend to others - thank you!

We stayed in the hole in the wall, accommodation looked brand new and spotlessly clean. The location was both peaceful but also within a very short walk from many restaurants, pubs & convenience stores. The host was most helpful with directions and advice on the local places to visit, faultless would defiantly recommend.

Just returned from our stay and enjoyed the house. It felt cozy and homely. Everything we needed was there, all clean and available I use a mobility scooter and found the distance from the housewasn't too far out of town. We woulf certainly consider staying there again.

Beautiful house in Tunley. We were very impressed by the provision of children’s toys and by the thought that had gone into preparing the house for our stay with our one-year old. We were very comfortable. Worth noting there is a playground within five minutes walk - turn off the main road towards the recreation ground. There is a well equipped Coop in Timsbury, but we mostly went to the Sainsbury’s on the way into Bath.

We stayed at the coach house for a couple of days over NYE, and it was lovely. We would have loved to have stayed longer. The property is beautiful, very clean and so cosy. If you’re thinking of booking over the festive period - do it! Charlotte decorated the place so lovely. We made use of the spacious and well-equipped kitchen to cook meals, and also took up some recommendations given. There is a brilliant welcome pack with lots of information about the property as well as the local area, which included a long (very detailed!) list of nearby walks. We did walk no3 and hit a couple of the local pubs! On NYE, we went out into Bath for a few drinks but came back to the Coach House before midnight. The property is situated on a slight hill and the end of the driveway overlooks the city and rural landscape. We watched fireworks and drank champagne. One to remember!

We had a lovely stay at the property which was spacious, clean and secluded. It appeared newly furnished and had all the necessary amenities. Big glass doors and windows made it bright and pleasant and the hot tub was an added bonus. Overall it all helped to make a great weekend for us. Thanks

Me and my friends stayed here, a great midpoint between us all since we’ve graduated university and moved home. We had the best time in your home, plenty of space to relax and socialise, 5 comfortable bedrooms and 2 lovely clean bathrooms. The location of the property was wonderful, about a 15 minute bus ride into the city or 45 minute walk which we did multiple times. The hosts were wonderful and very communicative, sending messages to ensure everything was okay with our stay etc. We asked if it was possible for us to have any more toilet roll which was answered almost instantly. We had a wonderful time and will most definitely be returning. 1000% recommend, thankyou! 😊

Stayed here for night, exactly what my friends and I needed. Easy access to town- 15 mins bus. Looks exactly like the photos and Merita was super helpful and super responsive.

We had a great stay in Gennady's BnB home. A private house set in a quiet mews, with a lovely open & naturally lit layout downstairs - & two cosy comfortable double bedrooms upstairs. The off street parking was a huge bonus. Plenty of grocery shops close by, plus bus stops with choices of routes (maybe only 5 - 10 mins trip) into Bath centre (or one could walk). Friendly & prompt communication with Gennady. Thank you!

Had a brilliant few days at Debra's place with family. Debra is a super host, very friendly and helpful. The house was perfect, very comfortable, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The local countryside is lovely and we enjoyed a very nice walk from the house. The Christmas decorations were a lovely touch and enjoyed by all, especially the kids. Overall a great stay and highly recommended.
