Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Batemans Bay

We stayed at Donna's house for one night and wish we could have stayed longer. It was an extremely clean and organised space and we immediately felt right at home. So many lovely details throughout the home made it cosy and very comforting. Highly recommend it as a great base for visiting the beautiful surroundings and beaches of Jervis Bay. We can't wait to come back.

Best equipped air bnb we have stayed in - particularly the kitchen - everything you could possibly think of. Very clean and comfortable. Thoughtful touches for our pet dog including towels and bowls. Great location - would book again tomorrow!

Meghan and Joe's home was one of the best we've stayed. Their house is located close to holiday spots. The communication from Meghan and Joe is very good. Their house is clean, spotless and has all the amenities to make you feel right at home. The hosts are very friendly. When we asked them about local recommendations they were very helpful. They kept checking in with us to ensure that we were comfortable and if we needed anything to make our stay even more comfortable. We are definitely going there again.

Great place to unwind. A 5 minute walk to the beach, it's the perfect beach house, equipped with everything you'd need could possibly need. Michael was a wonderful host and was very quick to reply. The coastline around Congo is stunning and it's so quiet. We did a walk one day along the Bingi dreaming track and it was wonderful... saw so many kangaroos, wallabies and 2 echidnas. It a very special part of the world...we'll definitely be back!

We had an amazing time from the moment we got there. Easy to find and in a great spot with the coastal town feel even with the kangaroos roaming the streets! The place is perfect for young kids through to grandparents. The house has a great set up with a giant balcony the perfect place for all the family to eat and hang out with both a bbq and pizza oven. It also has a huge grassed area out front where we kicked the footy and played cricket with the kids. The bathrooms are clean and tidy but the kids basically chose to use the outside shower with hot water! The bedding set up is perfect for 2 young families with the bunk beds and 3 rooms with queen beds. There is so much to do!!! It is walking distance to the beach and playground where my kids had a great time exploring. We went over to Stingray Bay in bendy and fed these giant creatures which the kids loved. All in all it’s a great family house in which we really enjoyed the week and look forward to going back again in the future!

We had a fantastic stay at Andy and Beth‘s! The house is super cute, has literally anything you could possibly need. We did a bbq one night and sat in the lounge area and had the most cozy night! Woolies and some coffee shops in walking distance. Hyam‘s beach 40min drive.

We loved staying at Lynne’s house with our two teenagers. The location is superb with a gorgeous beach 8 minutes walk from the house and a generous deck overlooking the water for outdoor dining and reading. The rooms are really generous and comfortable, heaps of room for relaxing. So many great beaches to explore in this area and only a 15 minute drive to Batemans bay for groceries. Highly recommended for a relaxing, super low key beach holiday.

We had a great stay in Mollymook! The location and ocean views are beautiful. The apartment was clean and very well equipped. Pool and tennis court are great add-ons. We loved that tennis equipment was provided. We would definitely recommend Diana’s apartment. Thanks for having us!

We had a fantastic stay in Batemans Bay, NSW! The house was brilliant – spacious, well set up, and very comfortable. Jo, the host, was incredibly welcoming and offered a wealth of local knowledge, which made our trip even better. She went above and beyond, we had everything we needed for the stay. The house was spotless, and the yard was perfect for our dog, with plenty of safe and secure space for her to enjoy. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area – we’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Serendipity.. Peter & Jeannine were superb hosts.. They had thoughtfully arranged the place to suit all our needs.. Place was spick & span and instructions were very clear.. I specially loved the book wall, would have loved to stay another couple days more, just to enjoy all the amneties…

This is our second time staying at Denise’s home. We have already booked for our next stay. It’s a great place to relax & unwind. There’s just so much I could say about Denise’s home except we love it & it’s perfection.

Wonderful and relaxing stay. Close to some nice beaches and towns with good hospitality venues. Would absolutely return.

Nin was very friendly, welcoming and allowed us to check in a little early. We all thought the apartment was actually bigger than the photos and it was very clean with all the equipment and some supplies you need in the kitchen. Beds were comfy and the living area has two three seater sofas so enough seating for everyone. There was underground secure parking and we didn’t need the car at all during our stay as everything you need is in walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

Wendy's apartment was fantastic. Very clean and well appointed with a lovely outlook.conveniently located across the road from a shopping centre with an unlocked Tesla supercharger station, so suitable for all models of EVs not just Tesla's. Excellent communication, super friendly and with great local recommendations! With so much to do, see and eat in the area, we will be back! Thanks Wendy and Dick!
