My wife and her best friend had stayed here previously and recommended it. It was a very nice, clean and quiet. We would certainly recommend and stay again. Host was very responsive and proactive with communication.

A great place to stay! Loved having a personal shower and restroom. The parking was super accessible. If you’re going to Travis County Exposition Center, this is the perfect place.

The bunkhouse is a great rustic experience in the middle of a picturesque landscape of rolling hills and beautiful huge oaks. Our hosts were extremely responsive to our needs and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. I would highly recommend staying here.

The location is just as described. The yurt was pretty comfortable thanks to the fans and air conditioning. The kitchen was stocked and even grilling material was aplenty. There were smore sticks as well. Bathrooms are spacious and clean. Nearby, there is great Texan bbq and horse riding. Highly recommend.

This place is GREATNESS!!! I rented it for my son and his girlfriend to go to an event at the Expo. They LOVED IT!! They said they felt super safe there. They loved the cute airstream! They showed it to me on FaceTime and it looked AMAZING! We are planning to go check it out ourselves soon! But the absolute best part of it all are the host!!! They are Phenomenal!!! The co-host Frazel is beyond kind and considerate. She was so understanding and accommodating for my son! I will stay here next time I am in Austin just to know that we will be staying with a great co-host/host. Do not think twice about renting this place! You won’t regret it!

Walter and Judy are more than hosts, they are pure-hearted, incredible people who made our stay unforgettable. From their warm welcome to the home-cooked breakfasts every morning (those muffins!), every moment was filled with kindness. But what made this stay truly magical was how they embraced my children with open arms, letting them play with their lovable dog and, most memorably, making their horseback riding dreams come true. With such care and patience, they created an experience that brought my kids joy at a time they needed it most. This wasn’t just a getaway.. it was healing, happiness, and pure magic. If you’re considering staying here, especially with kids, do it. You’ll leave with your heart fuller than when you arrived. Great little get away! Large front and rear decks for star gazing or napping. Very private peaceful and quiet. All the amenities you could ask for. With a fantastic host!

Yvonne and Cameron were very informative the whole time, from preparing me to get there and get in, to letting me see their huge wonderful garden to perfect instructions on what they expected when I left. Their cute little tiny home was very comfortable and peaceful, which is exactly what I needed. I cooked a lot of my meals and the kitchen was well stocked. We had unusually cold weather and the tiny home was sufficiently heated, thank goodness. I would definitely stay there again if I come back to the area.

The homes are beautiful. We loved the fact that two homes are within the same property and walking distance. It was able to accommodate our full team for MotoAmerica. The home, beds, cleanliness, space and I have to say the Pool and Hot-tub were amazing. Plus within the property there is so much to see and do. Lots of privacy, truly a great place and Jacob and Mark were super kind, hospitable and always available for any questions. Definitely will be back again.

This was my second time at bungalow 18. It is a small space, but it is extremely comfortable, homey and has a very Zen feel to it. It’s a very easy space to use and live in and the host is exceptional and hyper responsive. I will definitely be back.

My second stay here. Again, this place is great for one or two people traveling. Nice, small house on a wooded acreage. Just far enough to feel like you’re really getting away, while still being within easy reach of town. Amy and her husband are extremely helpful and quick to respond when anything arises. Would stay again!!! Pet friendly!!!!!

Incredible little get away spot, and such an adorable cozy little studio!! We loved the guesthouse so much. We were greeted by Ricardo’s outdoor kitty Cairo as soon as we arrived, and we loved seeing the chickens goats and sweet cattle dog as well! Ricardo is very friendly and easy to communicate with. 10/10, would definitely come back to stay next time we are in the area!

This was an excellent place to stay out in a rural area for 4 couples on our 2nd annual BBQ tour. Beautiful, large space to enjoy! It was clean and any questions we had were answered promptly and to our satisfaction.

I am transitioning from Colorado to Austin. Cindy and Iris provided an incredible experience to get away from the city and really enjoy some peace and quiet. But also enjoy the security of a small community, while trying to find a job and a potential apartment.. This is a beautiful home and a perfect setting for larger groups to smaller gatherings! We hosted a pre-wedding party for 20 people, and everyone from the 1-year-old to the 93-year-old enjoyed walking the spacious grounds, playing cornhole, plus splashing in the pool and hot tub. The multiple dining areas and well-stocked kitchen could handle our waffle bar brunch and BBQ lunch. The flexible house layout also allowed the little ones to have quiet rooms for naps. For the eight of us staying at the house, the living areas were cozy and inviting for animated games and conversation. Cathy was quick to respond to our questions, and she provided a terrific place for creating lasting memories. And the ranch is secluded enough that several from our party could watch a meteor shower from the front driveway.

The Cottage was a terrific place to stay while visiting the area. Rob was friendly and quick to respond to my questions. It was warm and toasty when we arrived at the home even though it was cold outside. We ran into Jolene... a welcoming masot. We would gladly stay again if we were visit again.

This house was incredible, and I hope to use it every time I come to COTA. It is about a 10 min drive from gate to gate, The place is very clean, very well furnished, and very new. I especially loved the backyard area, it is peaceful and quiet. It is a lot nicer than the price you pay. The host is very accommodating. She was easy to contact, and very helpful. I will absolutely stay here again, and I cannot recommend it enough.
