Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay overnight here. It was close to the penguins and to a beautiful walk at Cap Woolamai. We loved the jacuzzi and the peaceful location. It was very clean and comfortable. Katie was very responsive and kind when I accidentally left something in the fridge.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! It was perfect for our large family—spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The location was ideal, just a short and easy walk to a peaceful beach. Matt was incredibly helpful and responsive, making the entire experience even better. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Clean, private, perfectly located to enjoy a relaxing time at Kilcunda. It is a 4 minute walk to grab a coffee or 15 minute stroll to the beach. We went mid-week and it was perfectly peaceful to switch off and relax. Would definitely stay here again - Vicky’s house has everything you could need to make a home away from home.

Our family had a wonderful week at Barb’s lovely home. We had everything we needed to be comfortable and happy in her very well appointed, very clean house and garden. The play equipment and large garden were fantastic for our toddlers and dog and the serene courtyard gardens were beautiful, serene and restful. Barb was always responsive for any questions and helpful with her suggestions. This is the perfect place for a family to enjoy a wonderful holiday. Thanks so much Barb.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The home had a beautiful coastal feel—relaxing, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The huge, well-appointed kitchen was a highlight. Our host went above and beyond, offering a late checkout after our wedding event and surprising us with wine and snacks on arrival. We couldn’t recommend this home and host more highly—truly a 5-star experience!

The house had everything we needed for a stay with two families and grandparents, plus the spa and sauna were a treat. Big yard for kids to run around in and the trampoline got lots of use! Short walk to the beach. Johanna was very responsive and pro-active as a host.

Amazing location and private accommodation. Walkable distance to the beach and short drive to any and all of Phillip island key attractions. Large living quarters and amazing views. Would highly recommend for larger families.

Lovely villa at the Ramada Resort. All mod cons available and right on the doorstep of the heated pool and outdoor pool, so super convenient with 2 kids in tow.

Had a great stay with the wife and young kids. Huge area for them to run around and see a whole lot of wallabies, geese, swamp hens and even lamas, because it backs up right next to wildlife reserve. Some amenities were a little dated, but poses no issue to enjoy them. Pool and spa have very easy access. Only a few minute drive to the shops which made it nice to be away from that to have your own seclusion. Great host, great place, great location. Great all round for a small family.

Great little villa with brand new kitchen and amenities. Well appointed. Perfect size for our group of 7 with two bathrooms and one room on one side of villa and the rest on the other side. Great location, the Ramada resort is always lots of fun for the kids and they love it here. This is one of the better villas we have stayed at in the area with its freshened up look. Host was extremely responsive and attentive, would book again!

I’ve stayed in Phillip island 3-4 times but this is the first time I stayed here and safe to say I would 100% be staying here again when I visit Phillip island. There are a lot of cabins/houses here but yet you still have your own privacy and everyone’s respectful. So much to do here, wouldn’t even need to leave the resort. Loved the gym, pool and go karts here. Loved the animals and the open track walks, we seen so many rabbits, possums and even horses.

The cabin was spacious and great for our family. Communication with Mathijs was great and he was quick to respond to any questions. Check in was also a breeze. The Llama Lounge had an awesome play area that our young kids loved. Some the outside amenities of the property like the play area are looking a bit weathered and could use a refresh. But overall we had a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to the stay again.

Great spot. An abundance of wildlife at our doorstep. Full kitchen and washer and dryer. Great facilities at the resort this villa is located in - including pool, spa, tennis courts, walking tracks, playground and pedal buggy hire. Bar/restaurant at the venue is nice. A short drive to the GP track and town. Strawberry picking at the nursery next door.

We stayed two nights at the Gate House Cottage. It was perfect! The cottage was very clean and had beautiful furnishings and decor. The architecture and stain glass windows were gorgeous. I am a fussy person and I couldn’t fault it. Quiet. Super comfy bed. All the little extra touches and yum breakfast supplies. Everything we needed for our stay. We have stayed at the Island many times and this was our first st Rhyll. We will definitely be back to stay again.

Beautiful home and view! Made use of the tennis court and the spa which were the highlight. Furry son loved exploring the backyard too. Sad to leave!!

Great little gem right by the beach. Clean and cozy, my children loved it. We will definitely be back.
