The accomodation and Matt as a host is flawless. Matt provided amazing communication which gave me great confidence in booking for our stay. The description and photos in the listing were clear to see what we were getting and it was definitely worth the value. It was easy to check in, very private with everything you could possibly need to feel at home and comfortable and it met all our needs for this visit. I would look forward to staying again or having Matt as a host another time. 5 stars all round

Mykey's beautiful house is lots of fun. We were visiting the island on my daughter's 18th birthday and absolutely loved the house. Conveniently located, very welcoming and with awesome energy. Could not recommend more - we had so much fun finding more and more amazing little details and positive messages around the house. A fantastic stay.

It is a fantastic location with a great local community. The house is great with everything that you need for the whole family. Spa was really nice and relaxing. Lots of parking. Walking distance to shops and beach.

The house had everything we needed for a stay with two families and grandparents, plus the spa and sauna were a treat. Big yard for kids to run around in and the trampoline got lots of use! Short walk to the beach. Johanna was very responsive and pro-active as a host.

The location was unbeatable, close to everything we needed, yet peaceful enough to truly relax. And the hosts? Absolutely fantastic! Lovely villa at the Ramada Resort. All mod cons available and right on the doorstep of the heated pool and outdoor pool, so super convenient with 2 kids in tow.

A fantastic experience for my family. The accommodation was exactly what we were after - clean, functional and spacious. The pool was spotless and a perfect temperature and nice and close to our villa so that we could have a swim while the baby slept. Mathijs was a fantastic host - very responsive and friendly. He was accomodating as well - allowing us a late checkout while the baby had a nap. We will definitely be back soon. Thanks so much Mathijs!

Great little villa with brand new kitchen and amenities. Well appointed. Perfect size for our group of 7 with two bathrooms and one room on one side of villa and the rest on the other side. Great location, the Ramada resort is always lots of fun for the kids and they love it here. This is one of the better villas we have stayed at in the area with its freshened up look. Host was extremely responsive and attentive, would book again!

I’ve stayed in Phillip island 3-4 times but this is the first time I stayed here and safe to say I would 100% be staying here again when I visit Phillip island. There are a lot of cabins/houses here but yet you still have your own privacy and everyone’s respectful. So much to do here, wouldn’t even need to leave the resort. Loved the gym, pool and go karts here. Loved the animals and the open track walks, we seen so many rabbits, possums and even horses.

We had a fantastic stay and it was a very affordable mini getaway. Would highly recommend it to other families as there’s a pool, playground, activities onsite and even llama’s! Thank you so much :-)

Great spot. An abundance of wildlife at our doorstep. Full kitchen and washer and dryer. Great facilities at the resort this villa is located in - including pool, spa, tennis courts, walking tracks, playground and pedal buggy hire. Bar/restaurant at the venue is nice. A short drive to the GP track and town. Strawberry picking at the nursery next door.

Fantastic!!! Loved the fact we could take the dogs with us and it was all fenced off for them! They had a ball on the beach! Everything’s easily accessible and the crabs on the inlet were the highlight for us! We had an amazing time and will definitely be back!

Thank you Louisa and Jim for being such lovely hosts. Nothing was too much trouble and our stay with our fur baby Teddy was all we were hoping for and more. A beautiful and serene place to stay.

10/10 would recommend and we are definitely going to be planning a return visit! The cottage was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was a bonus and the area is unbeatable. Max is a great host and a clear communicator. 🌅😎 Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay on Philip Island.
