Vacation rentals with a patio in Bašanija

At Mevlida's apartment, we felt like at home and enjoyed our stay very much. Check-in was easy. The apartment and the house in general were really clean and cosy arranged. Our highlights were pool and our huge private terrace. Mevlida is an easy-going, open, child-friendly and helpful host who welcomed us warmly, was very responsive and provided us with all information and hints to what we can do and where we can go (beach, restaurants etc). If we come to Istria again, we would love to stay at Mevlida's place again. Dear Mevlida, thank you for your plum cake and Croatian delicacies - everything was delicious!

Monika was a very attentive and pleasant hostess. We felt really comfortable in the apartment. The location was very good, you can walk to everything wonderfully. We had a wonderful vacation at Loreta's in Vrsar

Our stay at Nataša’s apartment was just amazing. The apartment is located in quiet neighborhood, not too far from the beach. Inside there is everything you need even for a longer stay like washing machine and dishwasher. Nataša was really friendly and helpful, she even recommended a place where to buy best seafood in the city. Thank you!

We stayed at Anna's place for 10 days. The apartment is very clean and cozy. In addition, it has everything you need. The location is very convenient: only a few minutes to the sea. Anna was very kind, responded quickly and even left us breakfast! We were impressed with the hospitality. There is good internet in the apartment, so I could work without any problems. It is also convenient to park the car. I will recommend Anna to my friends!

Nice and cozy apartment with everything you need for your stay. The garage is also very useful, especially when there is a large influx of tourists and cars. Access to the apartment and garage by elevator. Great location, in a few minutes you can walk to the center of Poreč. Maja great host. Highly recommended.

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming Airbnb in Slovenia, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! The location was a couple minute drive from the pretty main square in Sezana. We used this Airbnb as a base to visit Piran, Venice, Postojna Caves and Predjama Castle. The apartment itself was cozy and inviting, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. It felt like a home away from home, with thoughtful touches that made our time there even more enjoyable. Our host was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We had a slight language barrier but it was no problem. Overall, this Airbnb was a fantastic base for exploring the beautiful Kraz region and nearby attractions. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delightful stay in Slovenia!

We are delighted with our stay. Zrinka is very responsive. Marina who is on site welcomed us very warmly, thank you for the cold drinks in the fridge! Marina speaks only Italian and Croatian but we managed to communicate, she is very kind, pleasant and available. She takes care of the maintenance of the pool very well, the green space, the environment is very pleasant. The outdoor pool, kitchen and plancha are nice. On site parking. Well located accommodation for different visits and discover Rovinj. Restaurant/snack within walking distance 5 minutes , supermarket by car 10 minutes. We totally recommend a stay at this listing.

Excellent location within walking distance of beaches, old town, and restaurants. We loved the beautiful garden space and the beds were very comfortable. Our hostess was gracious and kind. She went above and beyond in terms of hospitality and human kindness. She even had special toys for our toddler, a fruit bowl, and a welcome aperitif. She reunited my daughter with an item she left behind. Highly recommend this lodging.

We enjoyed this beautiful place to stay by Marina very much. Such a tasteful interior design has opened our hearts. Those who like it quiet and, like us, have a soft spot for old houses, will get their money's worth in Marina's house. Absolutely recommended… just like Marina herself, a magnificent hostess 👍🏻

We had a wonderful week at Celestina’s apartment. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pool was lovely and refreshing. Rovinj is a beautiful town with loads of fantastic restaurants and it’s a good base for exploring Istria. We visited Pula, Vrsar, Montona, Bale and even Piran in Slovenia. Amarin beach is easily accessible by car and is a fab place to swim. Celestina was very warm and friendly and welcoming. We would highly recommend!

Excellent from check-in to check-out. Everything went just as you could wish for. Our expectations were far exceeded. The apartment is a dream. There was nothing that wasn't there and everything was spanking clean. Parking on the premises or with a free parking card in the public square. Separate outdoor seating for breakfast or relaxing. We were helped immediately with all our questions and concerns. We can definitely recommend the apartment and the nice and friendly people who belong to it. We really enjoyed the stay. To get to the old town on foot, you have several options, whereby you do not need even 10 minutes for the shortest route at a briskly. We felt very comfortable and thank everyone who contributed to this.

Nice apartement in the outskirts of Porec, at walking distance to the beaches. There is a living room with kitchen, a separate bedroom, and a modern bathroom with shower. There is also a terrace for private use, with a table, facing the direction of the sea. Renata was very helpful, and I spent a great week-end here.

We had 10 wonderful days in Andrej's apartment. The terrace is a dream to have breakfast or read in the evening, etc. The surroundings were very quiet for us. The apartment has a very cleverly thought-out and designed spatial concept in which we quickly felt very comfortable and at home. Andrej helped us very quickly with all questions. The arrival was no problem for us by car to unload the luggage, as we have a very small car. If you still need a stroller, a small lightweight model is more practical, as the steps are quite narrow to carry a stroller into the apartment. We enjoyed the stay as a whole very much and would be happy to come back

The place was just beautiful and we felt right at home! Incredibly clean and lovingly furnished. We didn't miss anything. Katharina is a great hostess, always available and takes care of really everything. We will definitely be back!
