The place was really great. The price-performance ratio was great. The host was always easy to reach and helped us with all concerns. There are many opportunities to do something on foot in the area and it's close to Mactan Newton. The property is everything you need. A fully equipped kitchen that I have never seen in any accommodation and also a entertainment program. Would come back in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed our stay and the massager chair with the coffee espresso was our favorite. Almost everything you will need has been provided. I am thankful that Florabel and Ronah were responsive in all our communications. One suggestion will be if they can put a shower curtain in their bath tub since it make the bathroom flooring slippery. My mother had to be careful here. Overall, I will definitely come back here. Host and Caretaker were very accommodating and responsive. We actually arrived early and were able to wait in the bungalow and check in early. Had a few issues that were caused by previous guests which the host attempted to resolve, but due to the holidays and access to the materials needed, she wasn't able to rectify during our stay. I don't hold this against the host, she made the efforts to try and fix the issues, this was purely caused by disrespectful guests that occupied the Unit prior to my Group. Overall we had a great stay and a wonderful Christmas Celebration. Thank you so much!

The best condo I've stayed at in the Philippines, the condo staff were very nice and accommodating, the caretaker was very exceptional and answered every question we had. The room was clean and colorful, we also enjoyed the pool! I will definitely book this place again once I'm back in Cebu. We felt at home so quickly!

Very clean unit on 10th floor. Good view. Easy walk to beach area. Wifi worked well. Netflix was a bonus. Comfortable bed. Easy to walk to Starbucks, various restaurants. Laundry service nearby. Hosts very quick to respond to any questions.

the apartment is located in a slightly older apartment complex that no longer looks so nice from the outside, but the pool is still good to use and has clean water. The apartment is very large, has everything you need. If you want to cook, you will find everything here and can sit and eat nicely at the kitchen at the table. There is a water bottle with cooling or hot water. The apartment is very spacious so you can also have a longer stay there. We were there for a week and felt very comfortable. We had a motorbike and were therefore independent of taxis and were able to explore the area and drive to Cebu city or to the harbor. We were very satisfied with the value for money and would also come back and can recommend this apartment.

Perfect place in a nice area of Newtown Mactan. Great sea view, nice place, it also has a huge TV and a Play Station 4 with bunch of games (never seen that in an airbnb). Good host and fair price. Highly recommended!

Communication was quick and easy, and he was always available to answer any questions. We truly felt at home and can't wait to come back again. Great host and wonderful condo studio unit. Easy access to necessities. 7/11 below of the condo if you need anything. Perfect spot for Sinulog as you have a great view of the parade from the condo windows itself — You don’t need to race through the busy crowds if you don’t want to. Host is very easy to talk to!! just stayed for a night to relax for our wedding the the following day

Last year, after doing a lot of research, I rented this house with my teacher and daughter. It was so wonderful that we all wanted to stay again. So I'm very happy that we could stay again this year! It's in a safe environment, and there's a convenience store just a short walk away, so it's very convenient. Outside the area,there's a butcher and a place that sells vegetables right across the street, so you can easily cook at home. If you have any problems, just contact the guide and they'll help you right away. There's a water server, so it's more comfortable than a house in Japan. The toilets and kitchen are clean, and all the utensils are there, so you can relax and feel at home right away. I felt as if I was at a relative's house in the Philippines. I really hope we can stay here every year. Thank you so much!
