The place was really great. The value for money was great. The host was always easily accessible and helped us with all our concerns. There are many opportunities to do something on foot in the area and it is close to Mactan Newton. The place has everything you need. A fully equipped kitchen that I have never seen in any accommodation and also an entertainment program. I would come back in a heartbeat!

I have been impressed by Janice's prompt responses to my messages and her remarkable kindness. The place is comfortable and clean, making it an ideal stay. The kitchen is particularly noteworthy, as it is situated near the beach and has a complete set of utensils. Furthermore, there is a nearby calendaria and restaurant. We enjoyed convenient access to transportation, including tricycles and habal-habal. The local people were exceptionally friendly and kind, offering us additional insights about the area. Wow, what a gem this place is! The location is incredibly convenient - everything you need is nearby, from food and groceries to laundry services. Plus, it’s just a short ride away from all the must-see spots in Cebu City, which was a huge bonus for us. We were a group of seven, and there was definitely enough room for more people. The bathrooms were clean, the showers worked perfectly, the bedrooms were spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed if we wanted to cook. The neighborhood was also nice - quiet, peaceful, and safe. A huge shoutout to Ma'am Marj and Sir Jojo, who made our stay feel so welcoming. They were both super accommodating, and the check-in and check-out process was seamless. We’ll definitely be booking this place again the next time we visit Cebu! We originally booked another Airbnb in Cebu, but it was in poor condition. Thankfully, we found this beautiful place and reached out to Yen at 9 PM. She responded immediately and made sure everything was ready for us to check in that same night. The apartment itself is absolutely stunning – spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. It’s also in a prime location, within walking distance to dive clubs, grocery stores, and restaurants (we easily walked everywhere). The two balconies are a perfect spot to unwind in the evening, with a fantastic view to enjoy. Yen is extremely responsive as well as incredibly warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Cebu!

Caine's place was great! The place was well cleaned and was exactly what we needed. Definitely appreciated the really cool AC in the bigger room :) We will probably come again the next time we want get away for a while

Had a wonderful stay here! Will definitely save it and come back whenever I’m in Cebu. Yuri and Mary are both very friendly and responsive hosts. The place has basically everything you need, comfortable bed, great internet, desk, tv Netflix etc. I was working and traveling and felt like this has been the best place I’ve been in so far in the Philippines. Fely is easy to talk to, and she is helpful. She will offer whatever is necessary to help resolve any issue you have within reason. It would be nice if every host was like her. The condo was clean upon my arrival, and the neighbors are quiet. The people living at Tivoli are kind, and the guards were very friendly. It is helpful having laundry, a market, 7-11, and pharmacy right around the corner! Everything you need is a short walk, or ride away. If I am in the area again, I would happily stay here again.

Lovely is a great host. Had a warm in-person welcome even when I arrived at such an unholy hour (past midnight), and she was still all smiles and very helpful. Always responsive and pro-active, regularly checking with me if I needed anything. The place is as shown in the pictures, with most.of what you need to feel at home away from home. Great host and wonderful condo studio unit. Easy access to necessities. 7/11 below of the condo if you need anything. Perfect spot for Sinulog as you have a great view of the parade from the condo windows itself — You don’t need to race through the busy crowds if you don’t want to. Host is very easy to talk to!!
