The stay was special. The accommodation was equipped with everything you could ask for, furnished with love for detail. Nothing was missing. A lovely place to relax with great hosts who couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Anytime again, thank you so much !

Great communication, great house in quiet location adjacent to a field. The equipment is great and above everything is the outdoor area with a lot of passion and style incl. Palm trees and pool. We felt like in a finca in Mallorca.

I stayed here with a colleague visiting an exhibition at the Messe. The house is spacious, clean and well equipped.

Kitchen & Dining room are good. This is a house suitable for many people to stay and also quiet convenient. Not far from the subway and convenient transportation. The keeper is willing to help & communicate, and give feedback.

This might be my FAVORITE Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in — and I’ve been using Airbnb for a decade! ☺️ This listing is everything we wanted in our family vacation — beautiful location, pool in the backyard, comfortable bedding, stylish home, gorgeous kitchen, great amenities, and very kind and responsive hosts. I cannot praise this place enough. They had every thing a traveling family with kids could want. We made amazing memories here, we loved it so much we would come back again another time! 👍🏻 Just stunning!

A very cozy accommodation. The bedrooms on top of each other are somewhat clairaudient. The bathroom and sauna are very nicely designed.

Arrive, come in, feel good. Marion is rightfully a Superhost. Extremely lovingly decorated, perfect communication. A selection of drinks, as well as small snaks, are not a given. Marion already. We will be happy to come back if it drives us to Sarstedt:-)

Christian welcomed me extremely friendly and we had a longer conversation right from the beginning, the apartment was very nice and clean. Quietly for the environment. In between, it was even cleaned once and Christian inquired if everything was okay! Absolutely recommended and thank you again in this way for the beautiful stay.

All as described. Own sauna great. Area great for nature lovers. No unnecessary honey/ decoration and also no smelly "fragrance dispensers". Thank you ☺️

Booking went smoothly, communication with the host was clear and friendly, and the place fully met expectations. Everything was clean, comfortable and just as described. I would definitely recommend it and book it again myself!

we stayed in the house because we were on Eurotier. Perfect location, half an hour by car to fair. Good to know that this house is on the first floor (with 1 large living/bedroom on the 2nd floor). Plenty of space in the house. Plenty of sleeping places. 3 of the 4 rooms had 3 single beds. Ideal if you change with people. Plenty of towels available. Bring your own slippers, otherwise you get slippers from the house. House was very clean!

This is the second time we have stayed at Marjans, it's like home from home to us. My ratings says it all!

We were there for a wedding, so we were hardly at home. The kitchen fits well for small meals, I wouldn't cook up big here now. The beds were incredibly cozy, the mattresses new, the duvet very warm (which was also necessary in the weather). The whole house is lovingly decorated with lots of little details and very clean. Rita and Dirk were very accessible, we spoke on the phone in advance. We were even allowed to check out significantly later so we can sleep in after the party. Thank you for everything!

Very nice stay on the Weserradweg. Supermarket and gas station in the immediate vicinity. Large forest area with plenty of shaded hiking trails can be reached in a few minutes.

We were here on a business trip. Everything was fine and we were very satisfied.

Makbule was an excellent host: considerate and with a good communication and advices about the city The house is in a mint condition : modern and clean and very comfortable. The location is outside Hannover, therefore a car is mandatory (there is a parking spot). It takes 15-20min to go downtown. We will definitely be back.

We stayed in Sarstedt again, it was great and very relaxing again. Despite spontaneous booking and holiday stress, Kiani managed to make us feel comfortable again, thank you very much for that. The house was very clean again, fresh linens and towels were also available again, everything was perfect again. In any case, this place is more than recommended. We're so excited for next time.
