This apartment is in a fantastic location. It's extremely clean and spacious with great amenities. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking at staying in Morcombe.

One of the best bnb I stayed so far. Beautiful surroundings. Great view. Neat and clean. Walkable distance to the local stores and pubs. Chirs is so friendly and responsive. 💯 recommended to all who wish to have some good time with wonderful views.

The place was perfect - great central location in Ambleside, the place itself was spotless and had everything we needed. Lovely view over Ambleside and we used it as a base to hike for a few days. Would definitely be back! Host was responsive and helpful. Thanks again Dave.

Great accommodation place, with peaceful surroundings. I was a bit disappointed because I thought the pool was in the same location, not 5 min away..Maybe it was my fault not reading carefully the description when I made the booking, and I misunderstood..However, we had a great and relaxing time together. Incredible location, lovely place, super comfy beds, very peaceful, super clean, lake access, away from the bustling Lake District tourism but close enough when we needed it. Sally was helpful and responsive. The best Air BnB experience I’ve ever had. Worth every penny!

This accommodation was modern, clean and a pleasure to stay in. Within walking distance of Bowness, very convenient short walk to ferry Nab across the lake to Claife and short drive to Ambleside .

Nice place. You can walk over the bridge into Central Lancaster. Clean, and nice touches to provide soap, biscuits, fruit and bread.

The barn was the perfect location for our weekend away. The living area is so social with lots of space to all eat together and relax. The rooms were all very clean and comfortable with the option to arrange beds to suit your group. The location is truly wonderful. Beautiful views over Coniston and so secluded. The private lake access was a real bonus - stunning November morning swims!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Morecambe! From the moment I arrived, the host made me feel incredibly welcome, offering thoughtful touches like a local map and a list of recommended places to visit. Excellent location, a 2 minute walk to the centre of ambleside. Well equiped with a fully stocked kitchen, box of baby toys, games consoles and all the tv subscriptions. Hot tub was excellent on a cold january evening. Would stay again

Stayed at Paula's cottage for Christmas and it was so lovely and peaceful. I don't think we have stayed anywhere so quiet. The cottage is so clean and cosy I didn't want to leave. We were in the area to visit family so it was a lovely place to return to for much needed peace and quiet. We drove into Arnside to appreciate the walks and lots of fresh air, and met up with family at Arnside Knott for a lovely woodland walk. The cottage had everything we needed for a very pleasant stay and would not hesitate to stay again. Thank you for hosting us Paula.

I would agree with previous comments. The property is gorgeous and in pristine condition with waterside access where we could launch our kayak and paddle boards. These as well as bicycles are also available to hire close by. All amenities are within walking distance and the nearby ferry provides access to the western shore of Lake Windermere. There is a lovely out and back path along the edge of the lake ideal for runners as well as several circular walks. All in all a we had a fantastic active family holiday but you can equally spend time on the balcony watching the world go by. Helen’s welcome pack is exceptional providing you with essentials to start your holiday. The fresh flowers were a lovely touch. I would love to come back one day. Thanks.

Probably the best Airbnb I have stayed to date. Cleanliness is very important, and this cottage didn’t disappoint. Very clean, comfortable, and well equipped for our short stay. Ensuite was a little tight, but easily manageable. There is always the option of the downstairs bathroom which is spacious alternative. We had two cars with us, parking wasn’t an issue and if not right outside we managed to park close by. Perfect location, and Ian responded promptly to any questions. Check-in was easy and the information pack easy to follow. We would absolutely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Thank you.

Andrew’s flat was exactly what we needed for a 2-night stay to attend a wedding nearby at Town Head Estate. Check-in was really easy via the key safe and there was ample parking for 2 cars. The flat was clean, well-equipped for 4 adults and also had a useful booklet of recommendations for things to do & useful contacts in the local area. We unfortunately had an issue with the hot water & heating going off during our stay but Andrew was responsive & communicative and got the issue resolved in less than 2hrs. Overall we would recommend this accommodation and would happily stay again if visiting the area in the future.

Great location for us visiting family. Would be good for walkers /bird watchers etc as good coastal access . Lovely view from main living area.

We absolutely loved staying at the Mill! Sophie was so responsive, helpful, and kind while we took a holiday to enjoy the Lake District in the clear winter weather. The apartment was spacious and also cozy, with everything we wanted for the week, including a gorgeous view of the river (particularly at sunset!). Sophie also shared great tips for local hikes and other spots to explore, including a recommendation for a riverside thermal spa which was a real cherry on top to the week! Our two dogs, spanish greyhound rescues, loved walking around the area and exploring the countryside. We look forward to coming back!

Luxury apartment with a view to match, overlooking Ambleside pier, the lake and mountains. Exquisite! Full use kitchen. Chaisse overlooking the lake is the perfect spot! Comfortable seating in front of large screen TV. Can't wait to come back!

This was my first time using and booking a place with Airbnb. I am so glad I found Glyn's apartment listed .The photos looked great and they reflected accurately once we got to the location and put the keys through the door it felt like a home from home . very beautifully decorated (modern ,stylish but still comfortable). The apartment was clean ,peaceful, and had a river flowing behind . Glyn was quick to respond ,tentative and provided me with lots of recommendations and information before the visit . Glyn had also left us with some lovely freebies ( proceco,beer, popcorn,tea , artisan coffee) to enjoy. Our toddler loved the bed in bedroom number 2 and slept really well in there . there. If we went back to this area again we would stay here. Thank you Glyn

Lovely, just lovely. We were a family of five spending Christmas (23rd-31st December) in the Lake District and we were lucky to find such a wonderful flat. Everything had been thought of (from the pretty Christmas Tree, to the welcoming bottle of Prosecco and box of chocolates) - great Wifi, easy heating, tumble dryer (!!), great TV options, fully-furnished kitchen. And the showers....the showers. Parking was just round the corner and Kendal was terrific. Thank you Maggie!
