Cozy space! Private and serene. Your neighbours are the local wild birds that will come at greet you on the porch (especially if you have food!). Warm and inviting. Just want we needed for a short getaway.

Great stay, short drive to the beach. Spa and sauna were easy to use with clear instructions from Paul on how to use both. Complete privacy separate the main house to the back where the bungalow is Would definitely come back again :)

Beautiful location, the facilities were great, we enjoyed the bbq and sitting by the water. The sauna and bath area were beautiful and so well setup. Would absolutely recommend for a quiet relaxing weekend away.

Such a fab little cabin and location! Everything you need for a relaxing stay and the property itself is so much fun for kids (and adults)! Our kids absolutely loved the basketball court, the trampoline and swimming pool & spa. Peter was very friendly and switched on the hot tub for me. The grounds and cabin itself are kept really well. The beds are comfy, the split ac/heater works quickly and the kitchen has all the latest appliances to ensure you have an easy stay. Would definitely recommend and return!

We are so blessed that Pete shared his little piece of Paradise with us. If you need to disconnect from the things that don’t matter and reconnect with those that do then this is the place for you. Words cannot describe the contentment that comes from drifting in kayaks on a private stretch of river, swimming, watching Platypus, picking berries, enjoying the weather roll by with a cup of tea in hand - either on the deck or from bed! We created our own day Spa and Pete’s place makes this all possible effortlessly. The cabin is thoughtfully set up, beautiful but simple and effectively designed. A space that just encourages you to unwind. Pete our host was great to deal with, quick to respond, obliging, providing local knowledge and generous offers, and then invisible. A heads up - the toilet is not under the main roof and being bush land there are bugs. Only an issue if that’s an issue. Whatever you do, stay for more than one night, you just won’t get the full effect. Loved it

Absolutely loved our stay! The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the beach, the place itself was well-maintained, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and welcoming retreat close to the beach, we’d love to come back someday!

Trish and Ian have created a lovely, quaint little place, where there is everything you need for a quiet weekend. The room is small but comfortable, and furnished either taste and originality. We loved it. Although we didn’t get to talk to them much, we knew we could contact our guests anytime if we needed to.

Rosie’s place was the perfect getaway for my 40th. Very close to the pier and hot springs, and a great selection of coffee choices nearby. The garden was large and peaceful and my Staffy had a fantastic time running around. Highly recommend and will definitely go back!

I couldn’t speak highly enough of Fiona’s amazing farm stay! Such a beautiful cottage in an amazing location. So peaceful and relaxing, my fiancé and I wish we could live here! Everything about the stay is as advertised and so much more. Fiona is a great host and did an amazing job organising a beautiful bouquet of native flowers and a bottle of champagne on arrival for my fiancé. My dog had so much fun on the property. Felt right at home all weekend. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! Thank you Fiona

*4.5 stay, rounded to 5 as it's still a wonderful stay. The cottage is some ways off the Great Ocean Road, and is thus very peaceful and relaxing with its fireplace and local fauna and flora. We were delighted to see a koala walk past the kitchen window and a bunny in the grass clearing. The cottage is lovingly decorated and comes with colourful, fresh linen. The sofa bed was fine for our two children but may not be comfy for adults. We did not mind the small space as our children are a bit older. However, there is seating on the decking and a grass clearing for running around and play should one need space. The bathroom is older, but this fits the rustic setting well. The water is hot, and the toiletries included (hand soap, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) are high quality and aesthetically pleasing. To the kitchen: it has everything needed and the included coffee is amazing. The fry pans and kettle just need updating. Overall, a cosy stay that we enjoyed

This is the second time we have stayed here and it was the same experience as the first time . It isn’t a fancy over done pretty over the top cottage where you can’t relax, it is a really neat and tidy rustic little place, lots of room for the dog to play and everything you need for a stay. Nothing is fancy but all the things you need are there and are just right. The lack of signs saying “don’t do” is such a relief. We really like staying at this little place, it is great and very relaxing.

We didn't read the direction carefully enough so that we couldn't find the postbox number, and only entered the house the 2nd time we approached it. It is located in the middle of a grass land,with many rabbits feeding around in the morning. We enjoyed the beautiful sky of dusk and dawn as well as a great stay.

The accommodation is cute and practical. Clean and tidy. Coffee, milk in the fridge. Ceiling fan was very helpful with hot weather at night. Chris was easy to work with, answered the phone and helped with good directions. BNB was near good restaurants, walking distance. I had a great stay.

We didn't want to leave this amazing slice of paradise. The cabin was adorable with obviously a beach theme. It was spotless, comfortable bed & furnishings, plus lots of extra touch's to make you feel welcome. We had great weather so enjoyed visiting the beach & lookout bench at sunrise & sunset each day. Thank you Lin & Joe for sharing this beautiful place, it will be a treasured memory☺️

Leroy & Peter’s cabin was perfect for our stay in Port Campbell. It was as described, was very easy to find and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay with lovely surroundings. We would highly recommend choosing Estuary Reef Cottages when planning a stay in the Port Campbell area.

We had a wonderful Weekend at this lovely cottage in Breamlea. The hamlet is so quiet and peaceful and the beach is a very short walk away. No need for the car once you get here. Alternatively, fantastic restaurants are a short 15 minute drive away in Torquay. The cottage is full of character and comfort for a wonderful stay at the beach. Would love to return

My partner and I had a great stay. We came down for the Airshow and stayed 2 nights. The location was very peaceful, clean and private. It was a great getaway from home! Will recommend to friends and family.

If you are looking for great weekend away and have kids, this place ticks all the boxes. The cabin has the basics to get you through, but it’s all about the extra facilities, a pool, play ground, activities catering to kids, the beach across the street. The cabin aligns to what you’d expect from a holiday park, but the beads were comfy, the aircon worked, yet the owner was a champion. Clear comms, always will to help and friendly.
