Great barbecue, facing the beach , safe, airy place, close to the Sunset Arena, we were able to walk to the place of the Shows. Estar à Beira Mar was definitely the Best choice we've ever had. since the first contact José was always very quick to answer us and clarify our doubts, very good apartment, very clean airy next to everything, beach, pharmacy, market, house utensils all working perfectly, José was always available for us to assist in everything we needed, we will certainly return more times because we were very received, I recommend to everyone.

Local area exactly as the pictures, wonderful view and sleeping listening to the sea is wonderful, we will definitely come back more often. Sr Daniel's district answered us promptly.

Excellent stay. Apartment is large, good size bedrooms, furniture in very good condition. It has a balcony of excellent size. Private entrance to a stretch of Mansa Beach with little movement, so less concern to look at young children. Very clean, well cared for condominium. Manuela extremely fast in the answers, quickly solved small problems that arose during the twelve days of stay.

It is an excellent special apartment for a family of 3 quite practical and complete. Ideal location in front of the beautiful beach just cross the street and you are already at the sea. The two hosts Marcia and Iliane super attentive at all times responds quickly to any questions.

The house is great, the rooms are clean, air conditioned working, fans in the quiet ceilings that leave the environment super airy. The pool is great, the sand field too, we hardly need to leave the house to have fun. I and my family loved the house and we certainly considered visiting it again. Super-equipped kitchen and owners are super attentive when thinking about children and making balls and games available in the house. Super attentive Andreza and answered us whenever we need, the Ana who also does the cleaning, super gentle and attentive.

We stayed at the House on January 19/20/21/24 and Ana waited with hot coffee and cake… she introduced the house and the accommodations… when I had questions she answered quickly… I indicate the place to rest and taste great dishes in the area…. 👏🏻👏🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I was with my family in Paola's house, and I say we love our stay. The house is spacious and comfortable, it has everything you need the most basic, and the cool thing is that it is very close to the sea, very good. Suggestions of improvements would be to remove that towel heater from the bathroom, as it is well rusted and check the furniture in room 1, it looks like they have a termite or some other similar insect.

very complete house, has necessary utensils and everything else . great location, close to the beach and other walks, also close to other beaches, but we like Itaguaçu beach even more, cleaner and calmer . spectacular host,very kind and proactive , responds super fast and we still have a wonderful strudel.

The Host gave excellent information for the check in, was very requested in all the times we spoke to him and responded promptly. The AP is well organized and equipped with a beach view. The condominium is wonderful with a huge pool, polite staff, infrastructure with courts and the Food Truck that Serves Us in the swimming pool Deck was astonishing. Stand in the sand in a very quiet place great to enjoy with family!! We live wonderful moments with our family!!! I recommend and we will return as soon as possible!!! Gratitude!!!

Leandro is a great host, cordial and attentive, returns contacts quickly. The apartment is very well located, comfortable and spacious. It's also very well equipped. It is not necessary to bring anything but personal items, beach towels, food and drinks (the apartment already has a water cooler filter, which helps a lot and surprised us, as it was not in the description). The configuration of the rooms comfortably accommodates 8 people (3 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds). Anyway, it was a very enjoyable stay! We recommend it! Apto with a privileged view of the sea and boardwalk. We stayed six nights and we were contemplated by the sun only a day and a half, the view helped to cherish us. We carry sun, bedding and towels, but the property is equipped with these items. Apt for couples and up to four people. With children I would advise taking extra changes of clothes, as the only difficulty is drying them and using the bathroom that is integrated into the shower, nothing that cannot be circumvented. If you arrive at peak beach time, it is interesting to mention the existence of a space for loading and unloading vehicles next to the side door of the building. Congratulations... I recommend and ...yes...I will come back other times if possible.
